    @wanipritesh @JioCare Exactly my point, Pritesh. It’s been several days that my brother is trying to get the sim. I have provided an FIR and authority letter. All my documents are in place. Why do I have to go through so much trouble to get the sim, I have no idea.

    @JioCare I’m facing pathetic connectivity for the last few weeks and every time I call your customer care they ask me to disconnect the devices and do the same troubleshooting! It doesn’t work! Tried plenty of times and no luck! Don’t you have someone who can help us?

    @JioCare one of the worst customer care support. i want to move my physical sim into e-sim but no one in the jio gallery knows about online procedure, god knows why are they employed in jio gallery if they have 0 knowledge. they say call 198. and i waste my half hour/ 45 minutes
