@reliancejio @JioCare what a bad service , bad support for the jio fiber broadband , raised jio broadband for three , executive comes and paid the money online..after that no reply no response and automatically delay in installation and cancellation..this happ three times now..

@JioCare @reliancejio My service is about to expire on 5-July-2022. But from last 2 days till now my internet is crawling. Struggling in opening a single web page even. If this will be the case. I will port my number ASAP. Very poor service very very poor

This was my 4th attempt to get a jio fiber connection but everytime the jio staff assures and takes payment after KYC and then network staff cancels it by mentioning some technical fault. @JioCare Could you please help me understand what's going on. Is this how it operates ?
