    Even the basic mobile network doesn’t work properly, no matter where you are. 5G speeds are inconsistent and network coverage is poor. Very disappointing service. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I don't getting why Jio service is getting degrading day by day? It's been hopeless to get any service on timely manner...first you didn't provide service now you are not able to refund also?

    @reliancejio All flustered customers have decided to port to airtel. Pls improve your signal gain quality in our nearby jio signal. There is a jio signal installed in DHANACHANGADA, BHAPUR, NAYAGARH, PIN- 752078.

    @JioCare @JioCare and that is the exact problem, raised service requested, shown everything to engineer, he was not able to troubleshoot and ensured me he will check from backend and i see after 2 days my service request is closed. Now you want me to start the story again

    @JioCare Call your customer care number and follow the instructions.. When they ask press 1,2,3,4,5,6,7... Press and let me know have you receive any response by press any of number... I m getting internet speed issue at my location...

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio Stop this endless “few business days” nonsense. 11 working days have already passed with no definite refund date. A major telecom brand cannot operate on vague promises while holding a customer’s money. This raises serious concerns about compliance and accountability

    @JioCare @reliancejio I need a real resolution and a confirmed installation, not another scripted apology or false assurance. After keeping a customer waiting for almost 10 days, Jio should have the basic courtesy to take responsibility and actually get the work done.
