@reliancejio @JioCarey jio phone has full network on my phone still most of the times my phone shows switched off when called. Almost 80% of the times for past 1 month or so. Please look into the matter & resolve it at the earliest

Mr Hardik (9016396252) visited my place in morning & checked that download speed of 90mbps for 5GHz and 30mbps for 2.4 GHz below the router installation. He agreed that speed was down than the Jio claims. But couldn't do much. @reliancejio @JioCare 3
