    @JioCare Then why am I getting false commitments from your team telling the technician will visit the place between so and so time? By the way, isnt 8 days sufficient to rectify the issue?

    @JioCare @reliancejio just told by your customer care executive that you can not do anything for the mistake you have done during the connection issuance. You issued a connection on wrong name and now deny to own this mistake and correct this. @TRAI this is matter of national

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare Though I've complaint a multiple times but I don't think you people do anything to improve it. From past 8-9 months I'm having the same problem of slow internet connection, sometimes I had to even struggle to whatsapp a text message..
