    @JioCare I have had an upleasant experience with customer support where I have had to repeat my issue everytime even after sending a detailed email. For the past 2 months I have been running around to claim my refund which was not credited #customercare #harassment

    @JioCare Dear Team, Don't mislead people in the open forum , I am agree with only one thing that is minimum recharge requirements If someone's ph is not 5G or 5G network is not there, then he/she won't be able to use it, but what is the harm in service activation on no. that is my point

    @JioCare I have still not received an invoice after raising the request for the same. Jio services have down to the dogs. What the hell is your problem that you cannot send me the bill for which I have already paid.

    And this is not first time . I faced more than 20 times this situation in 2022. You are still not resolving issue. If i not reachrged @reliancejio even I can't reachrge at that moment because of I don't have network to reacharge

    @RatanSharda55 @reliancejio Very true. I ported from VI for better connectivity but seems I have increased junk calls. Service not at par at all
