    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber Surrendered all the asset to jio agent as process of disconnection, but still not confirmation received that the product is picked up and refund initiated. Called to many time to customer care but no luck. kindly assist.

    Hello @JioCare thanks for ruining another client call due to your jio fiber connection not working. What's the point of having a connection if there's no reliability P.s. last time your tech team blamed it on some power fluctuation and said it shouldn't happen again. #JioFiber
