    @reliancejio hello, your customer service is very pathetic. Today I try the jio fibre customer care number. After 10 my call connects with your rep and your rep instantly puts my call on hold after a long hold I disconnect the call. 2nd call pinky to disconnect my call.

    @JioCare Service ID: SR00001DPE49 Concern: Unable to access internet since Sep 7 morning. 3 engineers have come and confirmed that there is an external problem and will be resolved in 3 hours. But it's now been 3 days !!! None of them are accessible. Absolutely Disappointing!!

    @TheMukeshAmbani @DuttsSunil @reliancejio Just wanted to inform that I am not able to use jio fiber since aug 24th.Tried requesting in custcare but they just fix appointments and noone visits me.kindly cancel my subscription,pathetic service,rude frontlines,heights of negligence.

    JIO network in our village PAKRA KHURD UNNAO UPE is very worst .The population of this village is about 3000 Jio users.If the services of Jio network are not correct, then all the users will get their SIM Port to another service provider company. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I would like to talk to this area manager…. If you can please do that… customer support guys can’t transfer the call to any manager and you guys say that the problem will be sorted soon from 3 days… and scheduled engineer will never come or call to resolve the problem
