    Four days, two reschedules from your engineer. One promise from your escalation team that this’ll get resolved today and still no resolution @JioCare. @nch1915 for a recourse since there’s been no resolution post an escalation.

    @JioCare Moreover the same mechanic who refused to come yesterday has been assigned the job today again What will you do if he doesn't come Reschedule the slot fir tomorrow evening Or do you have a better solution

    @JioCare Dear JioCare, You have crossed all limits of poor customer service. For the last one month, I have raised complaints through the app, made several calls, tweeted multiple times, and even tried contacting your representative Tejas. Either the calls are not answered, or every complaint is closed automatically with a false update saying it has been resolved. No one has actually contacted me or visited my premises. After every tweet, I receive the same standard template: “We understand your concern.” “Rest assured, your issue will be resolved soon.” Please stop sending these copied-and-pasted replies. They have no value after one month of inaction. My issue is extremely simple. Your set-top box has been blocked. It only needs to be replaced with a new one and installed. If Jio is capable of doing this, then give me a definite date and time. If you are not capable of doing it, then say so clearly. At least tell me where I can obtain a new set-top box myself, and I will arrange it. Your engineer can come later for installation and activation. Keeping a customer waiting for over a month with repetitive assurances and no action is highly irresponsible and unacceptable. Please stop treating customers this way. I expect a clear and honest response with a concrete solution—not another standard message saying, “Rest assured, we are working on your concern.” Shivaanand Chand ( 9892078122 )

    Most Horrible Broadband service provider..Out of 30 days , Internet will be disrupted 5-6 days in a month & The irony is that , this horrible company will not bother to solve the issue.. @JioCare
