@JioCare SR disappeared from myjio app yesterday. Technicians, however came today and on being asked for delay, told that they have received complaint just now. Disappointing service considering many things are dependent on wifi now a days. Hope it will improve....

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare I have been trying to return the jio fiber wifi modem for more than a month now but all my attempts have been unsuccessful. Called the customer care multiple times, raised service request but never got any outcome or even a call from anyone to collect.
