@reliancejio @JioCare I have opened complain regrading my Jio Fiber connection.. almost 4-5 months are done...and your customer care always saying.. we have forwarded your complain.. please allow us time.. how much time you want exactly.. very bad customer relationship in jio.

@JioCare highly disappointed.more than 45 days and I have not got refund of my security deposit for fiber trial offer. Multiple follow ups but no use. Why do you commit something if you don’t want to honour your offer. Never thought Reliance will come to so low levels

Hi @JioCare Can you pls resolve the logged issue. It has been a week since I have initiated the process for JIO Fibre installation. I am receiving the update on SMS for installation, but no one is showing up. Sales Rep, Vinod is not responding. This is turning into a nightmare.

@reliancejio @JioMart egroup I ordered a product on 11th September by COD method under offer and after 3 days it got cancelled automatically and when enquired about that the customer care told that it is servor error.If no proper management then why give offers beyond limits.

@JioCare You are terminating your service exactly after validity. Then you can't take customer's money as well. I paid for 39 days and you provided service for only 28 days. Balance two days money?

@JioCare one of the worst app when it comes to deal with ivr calling, when you need to type something , suddenly screen went off and does not come up until call gets disconnected even if you do lock/unlock your phone using fingerprint, all it remains is a black screen.

@reliancejio i have a jio fiber connection, i am unable to do fax through it recently i upgraded from airtel to jio, in airtel it is working fine but in jio it is not working.
