@JioCare internet down since morning Goregaon East 400065 it is happening now frequently every month 3 or 4 times it causes delay in work since we are working from home also tv is also down because no network than what is the use of taking fiber and tv set of box?

@JioCare assigned my complaint to a guy who just joined training 3 days back. No satisfactory response and services from Jio. Pathetic! It's more than 10 days but no person visited yet and they marked the problem resolved. They will turn up same day, if its new connection request

@JioCare @reliancejio Additional 5Mhz B3 is not sufficient to resolve internet issue out here. It's like 1 site and users are more then required. Getting 2-3Mb/s whereas I use to get 80Mb/s. It's my request to get it resolved,that's now getting into nerves..
