    1/2 @JioCare Really very bad performance by @reliancejio since last 2 months. I can't even use 100 mb data in a day. Call get's disconnected automatically, Contact number comes Out of the coverage, internet doesn't work, pings get fluctuate. So disappointed.

    @JioCare How you'll overturn my experience. Nobody has bothered to call or resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. You guys should learn how address costumers complaints from @Airtel_Presence.

    @JioCare inspite of several complaints through the my jio app, 4g speeds at my home are nothing greater than 1 mbps. Isn't there a resolution for this?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Had a word with your Customer Service Executive about Ping issue & Packet loss being faced in my city. Surprisingly seems my ISP Jio's employee are unware of basic terms of Internet,he was asking me what is IP address what ping means what is packet loss.(1)

    WTH IS WRONG WITH THE NETWORK OF @reliancejio today in Jharsuguda(768203) . Just check the problem from 10.50 and the net service is stopped for everyone.
