    1/2 @JioCare Really very bad performance by @reliancejio since last 2 months. I can't even use 100 mb data in a day. Call get's disconnected automatically, Contact number comes Out of the coverage, internet doesn't work, pings get fluctuate. So disappointed.

    @JioCare How you'll overturn my experience. Nobody has bothered to call or resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. You guys should learn how address costumers complaints from @Airtel_Presence.

    @JioCare what kind of false commitment you make. I had switched from @Airtel_Presence and opted your postpaid service. Now after a year I am getting sms that I have to renew my amazon prime membership for Rs 999 whereas it was promised free for lifetime.

    @JioCare i cancelled my connection on 9th of November and the device picked up on the same day and i was promised that refund will be initiated with 7-14 days but i haven't got anything as refund please give my money back so tired of your service!
