1/2 @JioCare Really very bad performance by @reliancejio since last 2 months. I can't even use 100 mb data in a day. Call get's disconnected automatically, Contact number comes Out of the coverage, internet doesn't work, pings get fluctuate. So disappointed.

@JioCare How you'll overturn my experience. Nobody has bothered to call or resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. You guys should learn how address costumers complaints from @Airtel_Presence.

@vehla75 @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Jarur...@VodafoneIN & @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence becoming worst service provider day by day. They don't care their customer (they think about their postpaid users). I think @reliancejio is doing better and better day by day.

@JioCare After you pay to JioFiber they show their true colors We are paying p.m. 1000₹ with settop box 2500₹ but no service from jio. Escalated to appellate authority, but no response for 3 weeks. Now they're giving settop box free new unsuspecting customers to loot them.

@TRAI at my location Manekpur, Khattalwada, Nargol in Umbergam taluka, Valsad dist @reliancejio 4G internet is not working, even normal phone calls are pathetic& call drops are very high. Jio dont have any grivance cell, still if we report by to jio dealers they dont entertain.
