1/2 @JioCare Really very bad performance by @reliancejio since last 2 months. I can't even use 100 mb data in a day. Call get's disconnected automatically, Contact number comes Out of the coverage, internet doesn't work, pings get fluctuate. So disappointed.

@reliancejio - your fiber is only meant to be a harrasment. Done a recharge for month and 90% of the times the connection is lost be it on mobiles or on the fiber box If want to troubleshoot then have to be connected to the wifi which is already not working. #poor #Services

I tried many times to book Jio fiber which was successful through the application but I have not received call back from any Jio fiber technician. I request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible and install jio fiber at my home. @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

@JioCare Every message I am being asked to be patient.... @JioCare please think about customers, their usability... . Situation is going really bad here, support SLA needs not be 1 day, but atleast within a week, you guys should fix the issues..... Really disappointed....

due to pathetic 4G speed of @airtelindia, going to port out to @reliancejio. @Airtel_Presence used to be the best network but now the network quality is pathetic, especially the data speed literally sucks and tests ur patience,in 2004 used to get better internet speed in #Airtel
