    @JioCare How you'll overturn my experience. Nobody has bothered to call or resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. You guys should learn how address costumers complaints from @Airtel_Presence.

    1/2 @JioCare Really very bad performance by @reliancejio since last 2 months. I can't even use 100 mb data in a day. Call get's disconnected automatically, Contact number comes Out of the coverage, internet doesn't work, pings get fluctuate. So disappointed.

    @GyanTherapy @reliancejio Same here, whenever i get call when i am using 5G data on Jio,i see my 5G network turned to stop working. I lost 5G network. & When i finish with my call. I again get 5G network.

    @JioCare your customer care service is pathetic. I lodged a #complaint that my #jiofiber connection is not working. Now I am getting an email that your engineer was not allowed to enter in my premises. This is not true...no one really turned up.

    @JioCare Nobody called me as of now. And even after replacing the router twice, issue is still there especially in the evening when it goes down to 1-2 mbps. If u cant help then I will stop using jio.
