@JioCare @reliancejio want immediate refund of 2499 rs device cost+99 rs delivery charges ie Rs 2598 asap. Its a useless device w/o any improvement in data signal reach or speed. Its twice cost of similar devices 4m other brands available over Amazon & Flipkart, more popular, better reviews than yours

I should Thank @reliancejio for making me leave my home and go to nearby city because of low internet cover algae in my village (Chaliyour, 678581 Kerala). I complained and chased Jio for a better service, but I failed. There are many students whose education is affected.

@JioCare @reliancejio still awaiting since more than a month, for return & refund for purchase of jio mesh wifi extender. Made many calls 2 cust care, sent many emails (incl to appellate authority/nodal offcr), posted many msgs over FB, FB messenger, Twitter etc but no resolution

@sanjeevthr Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@ajayharod22 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
