    @JioCare @reliancejio #MukeshAmbani I am ankur & because of my studies i used to study in nepal, few year back i bought a sim card from jio care when i came back to india my jio sim is not showing any network, then i called jio customer care & i told my problem to them.

    @JioCare fiber is down since morning after recharge and no one cares to visit and fix the connection. Was told 3 pm, got sms of 7 pm, but nobody visits to fix. #poorcustomerservice

    @JioCare hi jio, I have complaint many times about the low network and low data speed in our Area but no resolution till now, So should I think about the other operator??
