    @JioCare So last update from service person was it might need to change the router as the landline receiver he used was also having the same issue, outgoing is working but upon dialing the number it says line is busy every time. So I just want a service person wo give proper resolution.

    @anilpatel24feb Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

    @JioCare From last 3 months I am struggling to get clarification related to my vouchers and bill. But jio fiber customer care representative just beating around the bush. Everytime I call they give different suggestions to redeem the vouchers and bill is getting generated.
