Most of the time, they just take money, earn interest on it, & return it after 2 months when customer gets frustrated. This is what Jio AirFiber has been doing for a long time, and @jagograhakjago is sleeping.

You keep changing date and time on your end and have the ***** to lie- “service engineer couldn’t access premise”. engineer was at my home for an hour, had 2 cups of chai and bolted. Monday is workday and you’ve already rescheduled appointments thrice. Fed up. Will change provider.

My internet fails every evening, live videos stop, customer care auto-cuts calls and sends the same “Temporary Network Congestion” SMS. Send a network engineer to my location and fix it, or clearly say you can’t.
