@JioCare Before 3 days of recharge over they slow down the speed of net. In 24 days net working supper fast in 21 days only. But in last 3 days 4G net is working in 2G speed. Or almost like recharge over and we are using it forcefully.

Such horrible experience with customer support for my SR00001DYOGV @TheMukeshAmbani i understand it takes time to rectify the technical issues but it has been more than 4days,since i have registered the complain. The problem has not been solved by @JioCare#Jiofiber @reliancejio

@JioCare As i have already mentioned in my previous tweet , 2.4 Ghz frequency is not working for my devices and I have performed troubleshooting of restarting the router and checking settings for any devices which are not blocked from connection as suggested by customer service attendees.
