@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@JioCare Yes i also call 1899 but the customer agent said to call 198 no solution they don't no about jio pos lite and also says that they don't no about payment related issues in Jio pos lite

@JioCare 2 more days have passed but installation hasnt happed. Nobody from your team responds and now my money is stuck with pathetic service provider like you. 9th September the booking was done today is 14th. Every day you keep extending the installation and nothing happens.

@JioCare I am unable to access mobile network all of a sudden today. Had a terrible experience contacting CS. They denied raising SR request didn't understand my problem at all simple copy pasting the blurbs. Extremely disappointed, let us know if you can't help will port out.

@JioCare Despite of several complaints & reminders the problem persists, a bit less r more. Do we pay for such a poor class of service? No use of lodging a complaint with Helpline n on Twitter either.Saddening part is that tactical answers we get when we communicate ..these ppl.
