@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@JioCare I gave all the details that was asked for. After one day they called when I was busy. When I called back many time, no response. I don’t think you are taking any complaints seriously. Treating very casually by simply sending interim replies. Really pathetic service.

@reliancejio @JioCare Their service is just a kind of trap. Believe me it’s the worst service you could’ve ever experienced in terms of internet as well as customer support. To cut the long story short, they have the worst customer support I’ve ever experienced till date.
