    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My recharges are not reflecting. Money is deducted from Bank Acct as confirmed by customer care of my bank but recharge was not successful. Happened couple of times. Not able to connect to Jio customer care representative.

    It has been 3 days that I haven't been contacted or informed abt what to do with the jiophone. Pls help me it's urgent. I need to know why d stores are rejecting the jiophone from taking return. When in the 1st time it was informed the money is refundable. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare We trust on jio brand , but you people spoil the name of jio , ambani , even after 5 days you are unable to resolve issue , even not able to reply , the. Why you are taking salary . I am also a reliance employees , never ever heard such ethics towards customer , we always care
