@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@ViCustomerCare Ok so I'm just on call with customer care at 198 and according to them there's no other cheaper plan available apart from 399 I'm already running on. So even if I'm not using anything, minimum to be paid is 399+149+taxes. Insane! @airtelindia @reliancejio you got some options?

@JioCare Hi disappointed the services been given by you guys issue not resolved your Engineer Nishant says issue with Router but he wanted me to call customer care which I did your customer care says engineer will chandadvise about router I am really frustrated now and decided for refund
