@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

@sunnxt @JioCare I am a user of 999 plan on jio fiber and the sunnxt subscription doesn't show up on the sunnxt app???? Please resolve this ASAP Also the prime video subscription doesn't work either even tho it's marketed as one of the otts under the 999 plan.

@excitel_rocks is one of the worst leading platform in the past 1.5 months only 10-12 days internet worked perfectly otherwise all time i listened line is damaged in between whenever i called them I prefer always go with leaders like @reliancejio @airtelindia

@JioCare @JioCinema Please reduce data consumption in jio cinema ,i am watching at low quality it's costing 1.5 GB for 20 minutes. It's 6th day of WC ,solve this issue why are you ignoring mobile users who has limited data to watch match. Never had problems with voot and Disney+
