  @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

  @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

  @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

  @JioCare Now you will keep extending the fixing time up to 4-5 days, then it will get fixed? Until you say you will fix it at the earliest, it's not acceptable. This is happening for the fourth time this month. Please refund my amount, don't scam us.

  @JioCare Issue is not with my address. The same issue I have faced in INA market in Delhi and Now I am facing in Chennai. I mostly surf net through wifi and never realized that jio service has become so poor. I am now thinking of porting it.

  Hello @JioCare it’s been one week that my Jio fiber is not working. I am making continuously compliant and doing call to customer care but no response from their side since one week. Is this how you give your service to customer. It’s really pathetic that I am not able to do office related work.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Please don’t treat this as the customer’s mistake. I paid ₹760 for a 1month PREPAID plan but now you’re showing ₹775.21 outstanding and calling it POSTPAID Whose consent was my connection converted to postpaid? Reverse the incorrect charges and restore my service.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I requested Jio AirFiber relocation but cancelled it the same day. Despite this, my old AirFiber connection has been suspended and my ₹1,200 relocation payment has not been refunded. Please restore my connection and issue a full refund immediately.
