    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    @reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @JioCare There is no reschedule button and before anything still no engineer assigned so what difference will it make if I go reschedule, does it mean my current request is stuck so bad that you guys can't access to? Is it not realistic for you guys to probe and escalate the facility??

    @JioCare @JioCare 12 calls to customer care. No change to approach. Same answer we will immediately resolve it and get this done. Fake response here that they reach me out as well. Result frustration, anger. Best part they are not even refunding money. Pathetic services
