@reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

Complained on 11/06/2021 on JIO customer care for a simple (same city) shifting of the jio wifi connection. Their Engineer didn’t visit (despite countless calls to customer care) YET the complaint’s status is “resolved”! Do you operate from Hogwarts? @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

@reliancejio @JioCare need to port in to jio. Texted all the details in DM 3 days back. No response yet. Is this the best service of jio to make people wait for long time? Is jio is really best or should I port for some other service providers?
