  @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @jio_fiber My Jio AirFiber service has been down, and the restoration time has now been extended again from 10 Aug 6:59 PM to 11 Aug 6:59 AM. This repeated delay is extremely frustrating. Please restore the service urgently and provide a clear resolution.

  I first complained to @reliancejio on X on July 25, but the issue still remains unresolved even after a site visit. I’ve already recharged for 3 months, yet the service is still poor. I’m extremely frustrated. Please stop giving assurances and provide a permanent solution. #Jio

  If anyone wants to subscribe to Jio network, think twice. For 4 days they cud not fix my problem. There is utter confusion and rotten system. Everytime some responds from Punjab/Gujarat & they send technician no.& name no longer in their rolls.@reliancejio

  opened a zero balance account with @JioPaymentsBank, but my balance is currently showing negative (-ve). As per RBI guidelines, zero balance accounts cannot be put into a negative balance. Please reverse these charges and resolve this issue at the earliest. CC: @JioCare @RBI #Jio
