Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

I’ve repeatedly raised this with customer care, but the response is almost comical: “Please be patient, engineer apne aap visit kar lega.” .

Despite repeated complaints, the problem remains unresolved. How can customers maintain their trust in Jio if they do not receive good service, a better network, and reliable connectivity? Please provide a permanent solution to my problem. Customers stay loyal by receiving good service, not just by paying bills.

NO0001EHS02A. it’s been 4 days sim isn’t delivered After five calls to customer care they finally understood my problem and given me 1 more complaint no. Very poorest service already. I wish now why i did this
