    @JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

    @reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

    Dear @JioCare,you are providing averypoor service to your customers There is only one jio digital store in madhubani andthat too are not doing the job well.Yesterday,I lost my phone,for that today I visited 3times to your store.But the new sim card given by you man is not working

    @reliancejio @JioCare - SR0000158NM5 - Can you guys expedite the process, your Reg. service manager Mr Ajay do not respond to calls. I HAVE NO INTERNET & AGENT ON CALL SAID IT WILL BE FIXED BY & PM TODAY and NOONE HAS CALLED ME. I WORK FRM HOME AND CANNOT WAIT for long.

    @JioCare I have link to recharge and by app also recharge can be done I know that but setup box is not working may be adapter failure so is it possible to give service by your company.or if I recharge adapter will get working

    @JioCare I had two connection of jio fiber, these fixed line number are 1. 014-13558141 2. 014-13591506 I need to surender both the connections, need refund of security deposit. Have tried calling customer care but no option to speak to executive. Tried through email, no response.
