@reliancejio Sir , Today i have recharged my jio number after 4 months. Still we are facing network issue near by Haripad, Alleppey, kerala , more than 6-7 complaints i did last few months , stil they didn't impove , i lost 444 rs .

@JioCare MY SIM USED FOR DONGLE WAS NOT IN USE FOR 2 MONTHS BECAUSE ITS BATTERY HAD SOME PROBLEM. SO I HAD INSERTED THE SIM TO NEW DONGLE .TODAY I RECHARGED IT FOR RS.399 at 11:30AM BUT NOT YET RECIEVED THE DATA.

@reliancejio last one year i have complaining same weak network related issues , Kindly took our complaints seriously , It's a not a joke . Bez customer simply loose their money bez of poor network. I have recharged around 444Rs , but no use. Simply waste .

Govt. offices are much better than the jio services @reliancejio @JioCare , please dont get into the postpaid plan of Jio by any means! Their service is worst among the worst! Nothing is resolved for you at Jio store, & customer care always speaks of backend team you never know!

@JioCare I mean seriously on Jio customer care I got a response that I will recieve a reply after 1 month. Instead of that If I will apply for a new connection then you guys will call us 24x7 for getting JIO fibre installed.
