@JioCare Jio customer care service should be named jio harassment service. They never register complaint. They ask customer to do this and they instead of registering complaint.

@JioCare I’ve explained my concern at least 15 times over email. Calls. What not!! Yesterday also your customer care scheduled a pick-up of the router and there’s been 0 updates since then. I am appalled by your incompetence!

@reliancejio @JioCare I am really shocked about jio service, They are charging false bill with customers & also not responding. I am at Jio point from last 1 hours but they are not converting my number postpaid to prepaid. Is it corporate culture???
