    @JioCare Got vowifi fixed with Dns change. 1.1.1.1 doesn't work to activate Jio vowifi. Changed to google DNS(8.8.8.8&8.8.4.4). Then it started working.

    @JioCare I'm trying to sign in on my account on PlayStation website using jio fiber but as soon as I click the sign in button the website states not acceptable but when I try from a different internet connection (mobile hotspot) it opens the website fine ' please help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio no network coverage in my area despite repeated calls to customer care. A tower has been established but is switched off for UNKNOWN reasons in Bamrauli area, Vishnapuri colony, prayagraj, U.P.. Kindly look into the issue and sort out network issue.

    No @reliancejio network here in Loran punch area of jammu and kashmir, its like living in 90's. While your busy handling 5g across india there are big loop holes which need to be picturised first. Please make range wider here in this area.

    @reliancejio internet is too slow I am complaining since long no one is ready to hear. Not sure how their management or owners are taking care of their brand. Such kind of services should be banned.

    @ImBrijeshsing @JioCare @jio Not so goodc in Mumbai also. Basically all seem to be equally good or bad. All seem to have army of people to push this or that plan. But all seem unable to help if customer has problem. poor connectivity and call drops are common problem. We hear 5g in media but don't get 2g!

    @JioCare This is completely fake survey .if yhis is true then your Representatives wont hung up phone when asked for supervisor. Guys please donot go with this .. its worst service in the middle of city Hyderabad Attapur .. #VeryPoorCustomerServiceReps& #PoorJioBroadbandFibreService
