    @JioCare @reliancejio A fraud is done by your fibre team. I have paid 1200/- to relocate my jio fibre connection. Now after 3 days service engineer is saying that we don’t provide the jio fibre and air fibre connection at my new place. So how to get my amount back in my account?

    @reliancejio Dont subscribe to this fraud service. They specialise in cheating customers by not refunding their advance payments. My case pending since Feb 2026. Waiting for a refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio No need to raise a fresh request. After this experience and repeated copy-paste responses, I’ve completely lost interest. If customer service is this poor before installation, I don’t want to imagine the experience after becoming a customer.
