    @JioCare how come Jio care is such irresponsible that, even after a week of placing a service request for WiFi issues, won’t respond to calls, doesn’t solve the issues. If you can’t provide service, remove off your useless connection

    @JioCare we are facing a wifi outage in Mahim West, for the "last 3 days". Our data is fully drained in daily tasks. Lame automated responses, no human interaction for complaints, 24 hr deadlines in a loop. Seriously??? Hello @airtelindia 🆘

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    @JioCare Jio team should learn from MNCs like AMAZON, APPLE whose customer care is really remarkable & work ethically. Not like you, who just ask for DM so that people at large don't come to know about there I'll treatment with customers. No company can survive for long with this approach

    @reliancejio why do you guys remove humans from your customer care(198)? I have been facing internet issue in your air fibre since morning, not able to contact any human from your end. And all your chatbot is useless.

    Another eye opener post: I cancelled my @jio_fiber connection request on 17th April. So far I had to call @jio_fiber customer care several times to take update on my refund. They keep telling a new date of my refund. Please be careful guys. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is very frustrating. Got Jio Fiber installed on 29 March 2026, and since day 1 I’ve been facing constant internet fluctuations. No stability at all.

    Jio 4G 5G connectivity issues - 100 MBPS connection, getting <40 with frequent disconnects. Billing every month charged fully. Pro rate as per speed. Tired of back n forth with resolutions. Oh plz rate the interaction so we can serve you better, joke! @reliancejio #jiobroadband
