  @JioCare I recharged with the Rs. 349 truly 5G unlimited plan, but I only got 2GB of data..Even with a full 5G network I'm not getting access to unlimited data. What kind of fraud is this? Fix this immediately or I will have to raise a complaint with the consumer forum! 😡📉

  @JioCare Why are customers forced to complain on X just to get support from you? Your customer care number is unreachable. When we raise a complaint through the MyJio app, we receive no resolution or meaningful updates. Do you have any proper way for customers to contact you?
