@reliancejio 5. Fibernet is very proactive in that regard; if you make a complaint, they respond within 4-5 hours and don't make empty promises or hang up.

@reliancejio 3. They promise that an engineer will visit your location the next day to fix the problem at a specific time—in my experience, this happens most often around 12 p.m., 14 p.m., etc.—but they arrive even later than that.

@reliancejio 6.The customer support staff and the appellate team are the teams who don't have authority to transfer call to their seniors that can take action on the engineers of Jio Fibernet's reckless behaviour or that is aware that this is merely Jio Fibernet's business plan.

@reliancejio 2. On occasion, when there are problems with Jio Fibernet Internet and you call customer service, they won't pick up the phone until 7 minutes have passed. Other times, they would discontinue calls even after 7 minutes, leaving you feeling frustrated.

@JioCare 24×7 slow data, showing Signal strength dBm value is -105 to 107 and that is not good, it should be -50 to -80 for great signal.
