@JioCare @JioCare my recharge of 899 fail but ₹ got deducted from my a/c and my refund money didn't credited to my bank a/c .when I called the customer care they told that the money got credited to your jio account. And it can not be transfer to your bank a/c

@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioBrowser It's been a long time we are trying to reach your customer care service but not getting any proper response. Our jiofiber wifi isn't working properly. It's a 5g network but seems like 2g. Sometimes it just get stop working.
