    @reliancejio It's been 6days since my fibre connection last worked. Ticket has already been raised SR000013wo6n. A technician was supposed to visit on 5th Feb 21 in morning slot. However till date no one visited. The customer care team is so helpless, they even can track technicians availblty

    @JioCare I have raised a complaint about wifi issues , its been 24hrs and no one has actioned on it. You have a really slow customer service and I can't even seem to get to customer support on call and texting custom support is the worst
