    Worst customer service experience with @reliancejio. Paid the full amount for Jio TV/STB on Sunday, but even after several days, the request is still stuck at “Assigning an engineer” with zero proper updates. No communication, no clear timeline, nothing. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Naveen I saw your message and replied you as per your statement you can not enhance the network coverage. As per your statement user will receive or not receive the signal it's not your problem. Make sure If you not take it seriously I will highlight this issue on every platform

    4/5 Today @JioCare finally replies - not to fix anything, but to say "check number before recharging, no refund/transfer" - WITHOUT even checking that both accounts are mine, same number, verifiable in seconds. Laziest possible response.

    Hi @JioCare, my 5G speeds have been stuck at just 200-300 kbps for the past 20 days. Despite multiple complaints, there has been zero resolution or improvement. Extremely disappointed with the service. Pls fix the internet asap. @reliancejio
