    My sister's jio sim needs to be replaced because it's not working with current sim. She is resident of india and currently at london, UK. I contacted jio multiple times even after repeat mails and Providing valid international documents received no help @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Asliambani Past 20 days i am waiting for resolution, but jio cus care is saying 75 Gb voucher is expired. The base plan validity is till Aug 10 , 2023 , the voucher will get expire. Understand the seriousness in the issue and resolve soon. I have raised the Query with no -MR00013DORQ3.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare Today is 25/08/22 Jiofiber installed on 01/07/22 and disconnection request of the same registered by customer care on 28/07/22.Disconnection completed on 05/08/22.Refund money not issued in my favour amounting to Rs4240.92 so far.

    @JioCare my service request number is SR00001D3VJJ dt 22/08/2022 13:15. I have called to customer care no 20 to 25 times but my complaint is not resolved 4 days had passed but no result. Pls look into this matter and resolve it

    @supaw_41 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare
