    @airtelindia your customer support chatbots are not solving the issue! Pls update them. For past one week I am trying to talk to a real human for terminating my wifi. But, your chatbots aren't letting me talk to one. Glad I switched to @reliancejio. AMEN

    @JioCare last recharge for my number. Next month porting to bsnl. By jio. Completed this years resolution. Get rid of Inefficient jio.

    Basically @JioCare is worse than BSNL or other local vendors... Even BSNL will resllve an issue within 3 days... If you don't know how to do job then admit it why keeping someone waiting
