    Very disappointed with @JioCare for Jio AirFiber service. My complaint (Request ID: SR000031R0UH) has been repeatedly rescheduled and no resolution yet. My service has been completely down for the last 3 days. This is unacceptable. Please take immediate action. #JioAirFiber #Poor

    @JioCare Urgent issue with my Jio Postpaid! I've paid my bill 3 times. The amount was deducted from my bank and shows "paid successfully," but it hasn't reflected in my Jio account. Please update my billing, refund the duplicate payments, and DO NOT suspend my connection!

    @JioCare R U joking with your customer 205days 90+email,40+msg I hv had given you details એવરી time you asked. Chk રેકોર્ડ everything there If not refunded in next few days I hv said my advocate will send notice will file FIR _ make it live on media & print media too at your cost only.

    Hi @JioCare My Wi-Fi service has been down since yesterday I have been unable to reach any support staff. This ongoing outage is significantly impacting my ability to work from home. I request an urgent investigation into this matter. Even Mobile Network also Not Working.

    I had purchased jio air fiber connection on 20 January 2026 and they never installed the connection. Also the guy doesn't pick up the call. I am been ghosted. It's been more than two months. I don't got any mail regarding this issue. Shame on you @reliancejio @JioCare .
