    @reliancejio @JioCare is threatening me to delete or inactivate my JIO number which I am not recharging since past few days because I have taken JIO Fiber connection on that number. May be its time to move on to different network and fiber service provider?

    @reliancejio worst fiber service promise to give 150mbps as per my plan and giving only 40 to 70 mbps all the time Service representative not registering complaint as they want customer to do the diagnosis Please refund my amount paid i dont want to use your service

    Thank you @JioCare @reliancejio my issue is resolved as per appointment scheduled. Tech issue was Jio fibers nearest Junction box in my locality was exposed and my port connector was broken. Please ensure periodic monitoring of Junctn Boxes to avoid internet disconnection. (1/2)

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Wire disconnected from 2 days. Complaint raised 3 times. No resolution yet. The engineer keep changing time slot but has not came yet. This kind of service is unacceptable from #jiofibre

    Very bad experience with @JioCare @reliancejio 10 days no phone calls no engineer visit. Only excuses... we are working, technical issues etc. etc . Jio fibre..... Not Recommended . @airtelindia now i have to change my mind, they never gonna solve my problem. I want Airtel fibre

    @reliancejio Hey there I have already requested to relocate my jio fiber connection still is not relocated and the service engineer of Jio fiber he said to me we can not give you the connection at this time because there have no connection box .

    @JioCare incomplete service call. Requested the service technician to fix the replacement modem at 6 P.M. When contacted he refused saying that the time was not convenient for him. My complete evening schedule upset. Sad state. Service Request Number SR00001CK7TP.

    @JioCare It now seems that even your team has given up. For the past three days, I have been receiving the same scripted responses from JioCare representatives: “Rest assured, our team is working hard,” “It will be resolved very soon,” “We understand your concern,” and nothing beyond that. Either you do not have a replacement set-top box, or you do not have an effective field team, or there is a lack of coordination between your managers and customer service. If none of these is true, then perhaps your employees are demotivated because they are underpaid, their salaries are delayed, or they are not being paid at all. Whatever the actual reason may be, please stop giving generic assurances and start addressing the issue. Tell me the facts. You have absolutely no explanation as to why your executive does not answer calls. He himself gave me his number and asked me to contact him, yet he does not pick up my calls. If you cannot even take action against your own executive, it reflects very poorly on your customer service. Please stop the excuses and tell me honestly what the actual problem is. This version is firm and assertive while remaining professional and suitable for sending to a customer support or grievance team.

    @JioCare I had two Jio AirFiber connections installed on 22nd May and 24th May. Today is 3rd July, and I still haven't received my refund. This is the worst service I've ever experienced from Jio. Extremely disappointed with the delay and the lack of proper customer support.
