@reliancejio @TRAI I'm from Bhubanewar, Odisha. The 4G service of my locality is very poor. I think jio is not even maintaining 2G speed. I want a strong action against @reliancejio. They are charging every months but the quality of service is very poor.

@_that_funnyguy_ @JioCare @reliancejio Thay dont. They only texts. I have complained about 10 times.I alws do get a call from them and as per them "it will be solved in 2 to 3 days. We will call u back when problem will be solved. I m chceking it personally. L" No call back from them, and problem continues hereafter.

@JioCare So, today engineer came in and opened the box and said that they don’t have wire to fix the problem. Is that what we expect from such a big company? They are out of stock of wire and they sent another rescheduled email. This is getting worst everyday.
