    @reliancejio has become horrible. They even don't care on complaints. They say slow Internet is due to IPL!Damn it, even have arrogance to say that they could'nt locate my address on Google map. Had to send them the screenshot. No one turned up. Decided to port out @TRAI

    I got a call from jio today, but the executive could not pronounciat my name properly , what shame ! And then disconnected the call . Wow , what a service you provide ... Lol @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare It's embarrassing to say ur service in Bhubaneswar sucks big time.. When one customer wants to port out.. Be graceful enough to support him/her thru dis procedure.. Rather than rejecting it for some 5/10bucks . U just make customers more stubborn to quit. #dissapointed

    @JioCare For last 8-10days all the jio users of our area is facing very low connection speed for minimum 1hour twice a day. Can you please resolve this issue because this is really annoying. @abhishek_pinu

    my circle because the calling experience is something I wouldn't even like to speak about. If this continues I'll be switching over to @reliancejio whom I had discontinued after bad experience but now I realise they're the best (read relatively better)

    @BibhuRath @amrut_pattnaik @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio But fortunate persons can only get the service for 30*24*7 service & unfortunately most consumers are unfortunate customers, deprived from the service @OrtelComm pinched such customers in generating it's revenue out of the unfortunate dissatisfied customers.

    @JioCare what a shameful service provider. I changed my plan from post paid (with Jio since last one year) to prepaid yesterday, since morning data stopped working and since evening voice call have stopped. Trying from alternate number, says it's not Jio no. Jio is now Maro

    @BibhuRath @amrut_pattnaik @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio @OrtelComm Yes, it's fixed ,but the signal in cable TV is somehow disturbing and picture quality in few channels are very bad, but I can bear with it as bcoz it must be happening to others too. But still I have to pay for 30days although I didn't consume .

    @bndparida Actually you are right this people are not going to solve our problems. Even I had complained about the same but no solution I got. So I removed a solution by porting my & my family sims into Jio. and plus thing is @JioCare will get you a solution. Don't waste time on this fools

    Re: Complaint no SR0000157DBL dt. 4.6.21 Jio fibre cable was broken due to thunderstorms. Complaint lodged on 4th. Jio has closed ticket twice without any resolution. 4 days without internet. No resolution and no compensation provided yet. @JioCare @fiber_jio @TRAI

    @reliancejio Stay home with 2g/3g speed with poor qos, push other competetor also a low quality service providers, this cheap company did the minimum recharge for sim card retaining atleast 125_inr, sometime it gives the 4g speed on that time we can use the web incase 5g🥵

    @reliancejio I am a Jio user expecting a prompt service from my service provider. Was out in the morning to buy a new connection and to my surprise even though written opening time 7.30. The shops were closed. Fantastic.

    @reliancejio Jio Fiber connection is functional on the first floor. It has to travel a distance of less than 15 metres. If you are so indifferent & inefficient in selling a new connection Then what would happen when you have installed it & collected money- there is problem.

    @JioCare kindly help me out with my request of cancelling my previous connection due to address change. Your sales team is only willing to help with new connections, to achieve targets. No one is responding to complains either. How are you all the 5th best service provider?
