He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected

Tech issue was Jio fibers nearest Junction box in my locality was exposed and my port connector was broken. Please ensure periodic monitoring of Junctn Boxes to avoid internet disconnection. (1/2)

You guys only share installation complaints, which customers can request the same themselves, but you well never escalate the actual concerns raised by customers to the appropriate authorities. I need an acknowledgement or reference number confirming that this issue has been escalated to a higher level. This will help me proceed with legal action directly instead of repeatedly raising the same concern with your Nodal Officer team.
