    @JioCare After repeated complain since last 3 month very poor internet access in our area not even 1 mbps speed i think all the Jio users in our area has to switch to another network.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Really happy fr the #JioGigafiber thing but Guys Can You Actually Look Into The Current State of your network availability and data speed. It’s like we are in 2G era n Since last 12hrs,Rampant call drops and Internet Speed should not be spoken about

    Nothing working on the ground reality..every second day the same problem. Do not understand why @reliancejio isnt enhancing the network. Really fed up with the service. Seems I made a mistake porting to Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio after repeated complain also there is no response from your end. I'm unable to use data services in my area since last 3 months no technical team has been visited or call us till date. I have to switch to other network.

    @mendeepak @VodafoneIN @Idea @airtelindia @reliancejio @reliancejio is a chutiya network. Their customer care and network both sucks. I have been complaining since a year. Even their paid servants tell lie, came to my home dhring my office time told there he is getting 10mbps speed but i do get highest speed network of 20 kbps.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Dear team, The network and internet speed is getting bad to worse in Saheed Nagar,Bhubaneswar. Internet speed is in KbPs even when daily quota is in use. I'm having 1.5gb/day plan, but I can't even use 800mb. Please help. Regards

    @reliancejio @JioCare Part 1- I am from UP district ballia at our Village there is jio tower which was set up last year,it worked fine for 4 to 5 monthnow condition is bad.Earlier it used to work fine even if power supply goes means we are getting service even if no electricity
