  @JioCare We hve been trying 2 get Jio Fiber connection n Premier Plaza, Patia, as you hve connection around all the bldgs here. Yr team visited multiple times & contacted our society secretary but hve no time 2 come & collect D bldg access letter. Don't know Hw you rate this service?

  @debasis_kabi @reliancejio @JioCare Hmm I was hoping to get the jio fiber for my home and it's still not serviceable in my area(Unit-8) but seems like the ground staffs are not at all good from this incident. Btw how is your experience till now with the fiber?

  @JioCare jio don't care...1 month left...no improvement.. illegally people have taken fibre connection and enjoying..jio employees coming , only viewing are....worst service

  I am perssonally very unsatisfied with the services of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ,since 15 days no network is their in our office ,we have around 50 cug & 100+ prepaid customers facing the network issue but no one responding our call so we will planning to shift to @JioCare

  @JioCare Yes I know the installation date is on 29/06/2021 but my problem is no one is contacting me regarding installation and the guy who visited and verified my documents said I will get call from installation guy. On installation day just like today the appointment gets rescheduled

  @SumiKhajuria @reliancejio @JIOFIBER1 I am not facing any problem rather in comparison to BSNL WiFi, it's working much better. I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

  @JioCare @reliancejio I'm really disappointed with the services of Reliancejio, the network speed is not even 20kbps here in my area ,The customer care just tells to move to another place where network speed is good, Now there's no way rather switching to other telecom operator

  I applied for a fiber connection & paid for 6 months in advance. After the payment & paperwork,I dint my connection. I called the incharge he said me unparliamentary language. He said we are not bound to give u service. Do what ever u want. This wasn'texpect from @reliancejio

  @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service of Jio Fiber in Surya Nagr, BBSR. I regret the decision of opting for Jio Fiber very badly. Ignorant engineers and sales guys. Paid nearly 8k and they haven’t given me a bill yet.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Is it a sin to make mistakes. Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Rs.1208 is not a small amount , may be for you guys its a small amount not for me.Whats the problem in cancellation of a wrong recharge?

  I perssonally used 2 prepaid Airtel Sim and one Cug sim ,it's very difficult for me to communicate but after so many references and call still the issue is their actually no one cares our concern from @Airtel_Presence so perssonally I will shift to @JioCare @reliancejio

  The whole Jio ecosystem is messed up. On calling customer service,they don't pick up phone and reply with pre-recorded audio. The internet speed sucks , even text messages are unsendable. Doing 1 year recharge was my biggest mistake i.e 2999rs @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare Voice is not properly audible while talking...and internet speed is very very low..and you guys having response also more poor...God knows why did I chose jio over Airtel
