  @JioCare U people are SHAMELESS lot of d highest order, 7days after 1st complaint & min 2 calls per day every day for last 7days & yr system is in deep slumber. If U hv some morality left in yr system refund my deposit & advance rental. Treat this tweet as cancellation request.

  @JioCare Just called customer care and was informed that it may take 15 days for the connection. This is too late. Such a prestigious brand behaving like this is really disappointing. I am a very old JioFiber customer and need a connection urgently for my workplace.

  @JioCare I am feeling betrayed while I was complaining since 29 Apr 26 way before suspension of account no resolution was provided now jio wants me to clear dues to provide support which should done earlier @jio don't listen and care their customers. Very pathetic 😔

  @reliancejio @jio_fiber Booked for jio fiber connection on Saturday and one guy came to explain and got 800 rs for installation. He said Installation will be done in next 24 to 48 hours and we are contacting for past 5 days no response. Pathetic service.
