@JioCare (i.e. Rs 1500), because of personal reason I cancelled service within 30 days and handed over device to your service engineer. But unfortunately I received only Rs. 425/-. Need to understand what is stopping you to do full refund?

@reliancejio Facing Network Issue raised Services Request, it was told that Service excutive will be Available within 2 hours. Now it's almost a day no engineer has visited and your toll free number executive told they don't the reason for delay. Kindly Improve Customer services @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare : I’m writing this complaint with your pathetic service of Jio Fiber. Your sales executive promised me at the time of Jio Fiber connection, if I cancel/discontinue service with in 30 days, the amount which I paid during installation will be fully refunded

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice PATHETIC SERVICE of #JioFiber in #Bhubaneswar I had asked for a new internet connection on 27th Aug. They took the money twice(as I had cancelled once getting frustrated of the delay) and now not able to provide service.

@JioCare No he didn't identify the issue. If he said so then he lied. I should make a video of it. The guy who came was just a normal guy with no idea what I wanted to get fixed on my connection.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't claim you as best company. No information by customer care rep., no response by airtel store. No corporate plan for government employee. @reliancejio is much better on customer support. Bye Airtel.
