    @JioCare @JioFiber 2/3 After failing to restore the service, I requested disconnection and a full refund. Instead of taking responsibility for the outage, your team is citing policy terms to deny the refund. Why should customers pay for a service Jio failed to provide? @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am using jio airfiber but service is pathetic,when we are going to complain by call IVR will say "your area have some issue and it will resolve" this is I am hearing from 10 days, atleast someone will talked then some solution can be came.

    @JioCare @JioCare Facing serious issues on my Jio number 6283450844 for the last 10–15 days. • Outgoing calls connect only after 3–10 attempts. • Many callers hear "Invalid Number" when calling me. • IVR on 198/199 is not working—key presses are not detected. Please investigate

    @JioCare w/o any prior info or notice. This is not my fault, it is sheer negligence on Jio's part. I cannot keep travelling back and forth. Please arrange immediate digital/outstation KYC or escalate this to a principal circle manager for resolution. This has been pending for too long
