    @reliancejio I couldn't find a single way to change the Mobile number linked to my jio fiber account without using the old number linked to the account. I tried at your stores, offices and customer care. This is a legitimate problem without a solution.

    @reliancejio Poor response from the customer care executive and jio centre in Kanpur. Took a family plan, but unable to add a family member.message displayed jio number should be from the same circle.

    @reliancejio @JioCare What a lie no refund came but my service request has been resolved..Dear Customer, Your Service Request number SR00001EQKGQ related to Refund of JioFiber Security Deposit has been addressed. never seen such pathetic service.
