    Pathetic 😡😡 you recharge with ₹98 in @reliancejio and you can't send even a single message. Messages are free but here they are not Free.. even topup doesn't works. You can port into Other network, but recharge with a monthly plan just to send a message.

    @JioCare why is it an absolute nightmare to connect with your support team and file a compaint?! Once I make a call I am not even able to reach a human to talk. Always gives some recharge plan and when click for complaints again given a bunch of recharge plans.

    @JioCare I recharged my jio fibre with an annual plan. Unable to activate my subscriptions of OTT platforms. Accessing any help is too difficult on your platform. A robot cannot solve all the problems!

    @ViCustomerCare why don't you reply to your customers' queries?? Today I have PORted my @reliancejio number in @ViCustomerCare & I need to know the porting status of number. Already DM. I believe both companies have robots & illiterates in their customer service. No one replies.

    @JioCare Hi, that's what I want to know, what if it's not available in my area. What needs to be done to make it available in my area. Cause entire building wants to change the internet service provider.
