@JioCare have anyone experienced this when in eSIM the 5G is not available when the tower is 500m and when you contact customer care they don’t resolve it and when constant calling annoy them just remove the option of customer care and computer talk only.f you

@JioCare This is unacceptable. I’ve been without service for over 2 days and still no ETA or meaningful update. Repeating the same response is not helpful. Please escalate this immediately and provide a clear resolution timeline.

@JioCare @JioCare your DM team is unable to help at all. Their first step says I’ve received a notification — which is not true. I’m still waiting for the eSIM QR code to install and activate. This is getting extremely frustrating. @reliancejio
