@JioCare DM As useless as you I closed my jio fiber in jan 21,no body bothered to attend complaint and data consumption was 7-9 gb per hour at HD, 7 times more I ported my 5 phones, last was 9646115168 after 100s of messages complaint of 9417914240 is not attended, third class replies

@JioCare You are only BEFOOLING me. Last two and a half months you are telling me this only with absolutely nothing on ground. You have taken absolutely NO action on my complaint and except for this "lip service" through Social Media, you do nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. BEWARE OF JIO.....

Hey @JioCare ,your customer service is pathetic.I wanted to get Jio Fibre brdband however I'm getting a run around.Service id 299957088765 gets rescheduled on the pretext that I requested rescheduling-Which I haven't,your representative doesn't pick the calls.Refund.

@JioCare hello team jio, Since 45 days network here is been so bad that we, the all villagers can't even browse. Please make this as before as it was. Otherwise Airtel option is here also. So don't loose your customer. Address- Narasinghpur hat, Nayahat, Puri, odisha, 752107.
