    Hey @Idea Internet speed is so slow around here and hardly able to make any calls. It used to work just fine before. I've been facing such issues for like a month now. Is nearby tower broke down or something. Using idea for so long but now i guess need to switch to @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Have been using Jio for last 2.5 yrs but all of sudden the network has been pathetic..caller can't hear me...No network watsover..Complained in call centre but it no avail..I can hear others others can't hear anything.Can some action be taken ASAP.Sharing location

    Dear @DoT_India @rsprasad @jagograhakjago @JioCare where do we file a complaint against those network service provider who charge us for 4G network but gives us only 2G internet connection. Please help us. @reliancejio @JioCare You cheats customer. Disgusting Network.

    @JioCare worst network & service provider. No resolution at all even after many times complaint done. All incoming n outgoing call issues. Voice not reaching to front person. Full signal strength available. Call me on 9096970651. I made mistake to port in into jio network

    @JioCare @JioCare I tried calling you on helpline.. it took 10 mins to reach your customer representative. I have network issue in my area. But you customer care said to call me in morning. If you do not have team then why did open the network. Pathetic service from jio.

    @JioCare @TRAI I am jio user,, if u r not able to maintain connectivity why should pay per day basis, Today since 5 hrs no network, this is happened 5th time (loss 5days charges due to no network)

    @Idea worst network from you..dnt know what is stopping you from providing you good network. The Irony is that even to tweet this I had to borrow the internet from @reliancejio. Guess need to switch to Jio.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS Looks like idea no longer need new customer. Trying to port but no response from idea service center and executive force to port it in postpaid only. I guess idea has already surrendered to @reliancejio.

    @reliancejio Slow network , no one responded in customer support . 2 g speed in 4 g connection. That's the reality. I am your customer for 1 year + but now I am porting to another options.
