@JioCare @JioCare I tried calling you on helpline.. it took 10 mins to reach your customer representative. I have network issue in my area. But you customer care said to call me in morning. If you do not have team then why did open the network. Pathetic service from jio.

@reliancejio is one of the leading operator and it's shame #DND preferences not working. After reporting many UCC/S via @TRAI DND 2.0 App. No luck as most of the complainants getting closed with insufficient details. No status update for JIO numbers on App #DNDFails #UCC

@JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

@reliancejio Sir, First of all cheak you 4g spectrums well before dreaming about 5g it's not even providing 2g i think so because sometimes download speed is 50kb/s. funny thing is that you are talking about 5g i am not telling only to you this is for every service provider. -Tq
