    What are doing to overcome this never-ending signal fluctuations which nowadays have become more prominent in my area? Really frustrated with the service quality, especially the mobile internet connectivity. I really hope you take this seriously and resolve it asap. @JioCare

    @JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

    I have been told it's jio fiber work for office and this is very dangerous. Have connected with the local AEE Mr.Imran who is coordinating with Jio but what happens if some animal knocks it off are people not in danger of having a pole falling down? @reliancejio seriously

    @airtelindia No wonder you're losing out to @reliancejio . Only reason I'm on Airtel is because Jio isn't available. In case you are unable to resolve my broadband issues by tomorrow, I will cancel this connection. P.S. - There is no point of sending DMs to this handle
