    @JioCare would like to know how to get the fiber installed in the society . I stay in a largely populated society and can share the address or details . There are many people following up individually from here and would like to get Jio fiber installed for themselves. Plz help!

    @airtelindia i am just tired of this network, not even a single day has passed in last two months when I felt satisfied with this network. Can’t even take calls properly due to network issue, switching to @JioCare. Thanks.

    @JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

    @JioCare Network at Embassy Park (Quadron) Hinjawadi, Phase 2, Pune has become pathetic since last 2 weeks. Calls not clear, internet slow. Now don't ask questions like how many bars, exact location....you guys can check that out through your engineers

    What are doing to overcome this never-ending signal fluctuations which nowadays have become more prominent in my area? Really frustrated with the service quality, especially the mobile internet connectivity. I really hope you take this seriously and resolve it asap. @JioCare

    @JioCare the jio network of madhao market Lanka, Varanasi-221005 is not working since last two months. We are the employees of heritage hospitals and almost 350 employees are using jio network. We are facing the problem and will think about porting our sim to other networks.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My smart phone supports so *** SMS to start using 5G services but unfortunately always my network shows only 4G , I saw it twice a day with a 5G symbol on my mobile... Does jio allowes limited connections with 5G

    @reliancejio I m a jio user & facing lots of issues of call dropping from when I got a 5G welcome offer and also not getting 5G network when it is in 5G network area from last 4 to 5 days. I'm really frustrated with it. Resolved it on priority. @TRAI

    Dear @reliancejio I have raised multiple requests for jio fiber at my location. There is a nearby pole as well. Agents are coming and saying that there is no permission here and asking to go with other broadcasters. Is this how you suggest the customer. Please assign a connection
