@JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

@JioCare No, Never, Your team and Jio not helped on this issue, not even get a proper response. Jio TAT is 24hr but the issue not fixed even after 48hrs. Now also you are not giving the proper justification for your delay in service. We never face such a worest service.
