@VitthalBobade @JioCare Nothing will change ever. Jio is best but there are few places where Jio failed to provide network and same has not been resolved even after raising multiple times. Better you port to another network Vitthal, but do not go for @airtelindia , airtel is worst.

@JioCare Sir I have already visited the store many times but store person denied for same and told me to forward the mail to care@jio. And already talked with your customer care and jio support care mail but no such positive answer received. I have done my recharge on 8266005466

@JioCare @DoT_India Wen I tried to contact the local customer care office at salem,they suggested rather u port ur no. To some other network instead of assuring of any action.certainly people will take care of jio ,rest assured,if this attitude of jio continues.complete disregard of customer.

What's slower than a snail? Jio network. It sucks. All day, suffer with 1G speed in 4G rates. @JioCare do u atleast track any complaint? Would love if I get d refund for my last data recharge. What a complete waste of everything.

@JioCare @JioChat @reliancejio Jio True Connect (SMS) has PATHETIC customer service. Why is there no helpline number? Why do I have to tweet whenever my SMSes have glitches? No email No phone number. Again I will receive the standard tweet reply and again nothing will happen.
