    @JioCare worst network & service provider. No resolution at all even after many times complaint done. All incoming n outgoing call issues. Voice not reaching to front person. Full signal strength available. Call me on 9096970651. I made mistake to port in into jio network

    @VitthalBobade @JioCare Nothing will change ever. Jio is best but there are few places where Jio failed to provide network and same has not been resolved even after raising multiple times. Better you port to another network Vitthal, but do not go for @airtelindia , airtel is worst.

    @JioCare very poor speed in our area. I tried to use troubleshoot on jio app it says 1. change your location. 2. Too many users in your area. (We have 4 sims in our home) We are still unable to serve 4g customer base and talking of fibre and 5g.

    @JioCare Network at Embassy Park (Quadron) Hinjawadi, Phase 2, Pune has become pathetic since last 2 weeks. Calls not clear, internet slow. Now don't ask questions like how many bars, exact location....you guys can check that out through your engineers

    @JioCare @JioCare I tried calling you on helpline.. it took 10 mins to reach your customer representative. I have network issue in my area. But you customer care said to call me in morning. If you do not have team then why did open the network. Pathetic service from jio.

    @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @VodafoneIN Water tap is not working since few days, could you please do a survey and replace it within few months. If a #plumber can, you can. Don't worry I am in touch with plumber for network issue as well.

    @JioCare Since day 1 connection isn't working. Its been 25 days, raised 5 tickets but no solution. Even engineers always says, we are third party and you cant do anything about us as we will solve your issue by our will and it is like that only. Do whatever you want to do. @_MukeshAmbani

Once the installation is complete, the engineer will give you a demo of all the services. You will receive an SMS with the order completion code. Please share the code with the engineer (1/2)

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing a very frustrating issue with Reliance Jio JioFiber billing and misleading offers. When I got my connection installed earlier this year, I paid ₹599 and was given 2 months of free service as promised. After that free period ended, I received an offer on WhatsApp and in the app saying I could recharge ₹707 and get 2 months of service (50% OFF). I accepted it, paid ₹707, and correctly received 2 months of service. However, after those 2 months ended, I again started receiving the SAME ₹707 offer on WhatsApp, with absolutely no mention anywhere that this was a one-time offer. Naturally, I trusted the message and recharged ₹707 again expecting another 2 months of service. But now, after just 1 month, I have received a bill of ₹610. When I contacted customer care, they simply told me that the ₹707 offer is only valid once. If that is the case, then why was I repeatedly sent the same offer again after already using it? Why was there no warning during the payment process that this offer was no longer valid? The payment link directly auto-fills ₹707 and pushes you to UPI without any validation or clarity. On top of that, the support executive even tried to mislead me by saying the amount has to be entered manually, which is completely false. This whole experience feels misleading and unfair, as I ended up paying more due to unclear communication and repeated notifications. I request a proper explanation, adjustment or refund for the incorrect recharge, and a fix in this misleading notification system. @JioCare please look into this seriously and resolve it as soon as possible.
