    @Idea worst network from you..dnt know what is stopping you from providing you good network. The Irony is that even to tweet this I had to borrow the internet from @reliancejio. Guess need to switch to Jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have complained about network issue at new place where I shifted around 7 months back and I have been told that work in progress and same will be resolved within 120 days. I was still waiting for resolution and again I have told to wait for 120 days

    What are doing to overcome this never-ending signal fluctuations which nowadays have become more prominent in my area? Really frustrated with the service quality, especially the mobile internet connectivity. I really hope you take this seriously and resolve it asap. @JioCare

    @reliancejio is one of the leading operator and it's shame #DND preferences not working. After reporting many UCC/S via @TRAI DND 2.0 App. No luck as most of the complainants getting closed with insufficient details. No status update for JIO numbers on App #DNDFails #UCC

    @jio @reliancejio @JioCare very f* service. I asked about slow internet speed and cust guy told me you have maximum number of user in your area.WTH! I am paying you full amount and you are providing this kind of service.If we do not make recharge on time then you stop our service

    @JioCare I am not going to repeat the same story again... last time you guys only issued the services request number after getting all the details...i had ordered Sim on 31st March and now it is 14th April. I no longer want to wait for Sim delivery..please cancel and refund my payment

    @Prashan87890385 @JioCare Since you already paid upfront and hence the issue. No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.

    @JioCare My jio fiber account says data exhausted. I click on add data button in my jio app App redirects me to recharge ISD call package of ₹502/₹501 in hurry i pay for 502 pack which i never wanted but was looking for ad on data. Now i have lost my 502 rupees to jio

    @JioCare If the service cannot be activated, please process a refund at the earliest. Also, if reactivation wasn’t possible, why was the option to “pay now and activate” shown in the first place? This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience.
