@JioCare @reliancejio Why the internet speed in my location is decreasing day by day, when I troubleshoot it says that as many users are using internet at the same time that's why I'm getting slow internet. Is there no solution for it and I have to face it each and every day?

@ConsumerCourt_ it's almost 1 month ago I reported the worst network quality of Jio 4G to @JioCare team. They just called me and asked some questions and took no action .

@reliancejio I was put on hold, and my call was disconnected multiple times due to agents not knowing basic English language. No one has patience to even listen to a customer's issues. The whole process was frustrating. It really requires agents to know basic language.
