    @JioCare @reliancejio Why the internet speed in my location is decreasing day by day, when I troubleshoot it says that as many users are using internet at the same time that's why I'm getting slow internet. Is there no solution for it and I have to face it each and every day?

    @UIDAI so I tried to login in your new app which asked for camera permission. I haven't tried the new app so can't judge but I was not able to login because @reliancejio blocks 1947. I can able to send but the verification is not happening it's stuck.

    @JioCare hello.. sent to DM, no response. also note, customer service replied that when technician naveen who did installation might hv clicked in my phone @ my jio app and by mistake might hv clicked on free month period. still its jios tech error not mine, so shd get refund or extension

    @JioCare I’ve been following up since yesterday morning. The delivery person assigned isn’t responding, and customer care has also failed to help. My existing mobile plan has already expired, and I’m facing a lot of inconvenience because of this. @reliancejio

    @JioCare You have spine to ask this? Your backend team closes the complain even without addressing it, engineer doesn't visits the house to be see what exactly is the issue. In my building we had almost 50+ connections which is not bought down to just 4, this is bcoz of the Services...

    @JioCare @Xypher16122024 No the internet services are still down even the mobile data internet is sketchy. And you're engineers are not visiting the home to fix the jio fiber jio down for more than 48 hrs

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection has been completely down since July 5. The technician visit has now been rescheduled to July 10, meaning almost 5 days without internet on a paid postpaid plan. I have repeatedly emailed support, but I only receive automated replies
