    @JioCare @reliancejio Why the internet speed in my location is decreasing day by day, when I troubleshoot it says that as many users are using internet at the same time that's why I'm getting slow internet. Is there no solution for it and I have to face it each and every day?

    @JioCare I switched from Airtel to Jio and I'm facing the same issue. Jio scheduled a tech dispatch for yesterday but they cancelled it without any justification. The service was installed on last Monday and right after a week inhave started facing issues. FIX IT NOW...!!!

    The reception at DD Diamond District, Pangappara, Tvm, 695581 is extremely poor. Typically, signal only 2 bars. Hardly get 5G. The data breaks intermittently. This is an issue for all of 2 months I had this number. Please look into this. @JioCare

    @JioCare I got an sms saying my complaint was successfully resolved. But I have no idea what the resolution is. No detailes were shared. I got no refund. Why are you fooling people like this?
