@JioCare @reliancejio Why the internet speed in my location is decreasing day by day, when I troubleshoot it says that as many users are using internet at the same time that's why I'm getting slow internet. Is there no solution for it and I have to face it each and every day?

@reliancejio Big issue of network at Bad sahaj bahal, Po-Jagalpat, Ps-Gaisilet, Dist-Bargarh, Odisha. Many users join with reliance jio & acquire about 3 km distance network of kathaumal. So we tried since last 2017. Plz solve this problem otherwise we'll perforce to close sim🙏

@ViCustomerCare the resolution of there complaints only last for 3 days ... so pathetic is the network capabilities that all so called offers are waste.. @JioCare and all may not have plans like you but people can trust them with speed and network

Jio Store, M G Road, Khagaria Bihar 851204.Staff are totally dishonest towrds their duty. They reissue sim on a condition that customer have to recahrge even they have already a plan. They are Not coming on timely. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio the internet was down for last 16 days due to the faulty cable which is still not changed.. temporarily the complainant resolved as it's not a permanent solution, pl arrange to change faulty cable.

Jio internet speed is very slow here at my location (Hoshiyarpur Village, Sector 51, Noida, Uttar Pradesh). 15 days are going to complete I have complaint regarding this matter but till now my complaint is not resolved. @JioCare @reliancejio Please resolve this issue ASAP.
