    @JioCare I want to transfer SIM card on my name to my mother’s name as I am moving out of country in couple of weeks can you help me with the same. I went to the jio store and inquired they said we cannot transfer the name to do that you need to port out of JIO is that true ?

    @JioCare I registered for jio fibre in Saturday and the connection was scheduled for sunday.. but they said there was some activation error.. still I'm waiting for it to get resolved. Please fix the problem. I have urgent works.

    I have logged a complaint and waited for a call back but no one is ready to help me on this. I have DM and shared the reason but one one gives me any explanation for the inconvenience caused. Honestly, I was not aware that customer experience were so so bad with Jio @JioCare

    @JioCare Nothing to do with the employees or. Ur service u need to improve that's it.. Network and all.. I have first time seen billing is been done on mobile phone how inconvenient it is.. Monitor are not available for billing.. Using mobile hence billing take hell lot of time
