    @JioCare @reliancejio Why the internet speed in my location is decreasing day by day, when I troubleshoot it says that as many users are using internet at the same time that's why I'm getting slow internet. Is there no solution for it and I have to face it each and every day?

    @JioCare Give me an estimate time ...u can't keep the service request open indefinitely! It's been more than a week already.... Resolve the issue by refunding the amt and cancel the SIM...I will buy it elsewhere.

    @JioCare I mistakenly recharged ₹706 on my old inactive Jio Fiber account after switching to AirFiber. Despite multiple attempts, no refund or adjustment is being provided. Registered number: 98927****15 Kindly resolve this ASAP. Very disappointing service. #Jio #CustomerSupport

    @JioCare Repeated generic replies without answering is not acceptable. I have asked multiple times about n78 (3500 MHz) status but got no clear response. Issue ongoing since 21 April near tower (300m). If no proper answer is given, I will escalate to Appellate Authority.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber It has been 24 hours now that WiFi is not working. Complaint has been done to customer care but no one is bothered to resolve the issue. When we don't pay the bill & even if it gets delayed by 1 day, the WiFi gets disconnected. What about now?

    My Jio mobile data has been down for over 6 hours despite an active recharge.Ur helpline doesn’t even work this is extremely unprofessional & unacceptable.This isn’t a minor issue; lack of connectivity can be a serious safety risk.I expect this to be fixed RIGHT NOW @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmbani06 Worst service experience! Despite multiple complaints and calls, my voice calling issue is not resolved for the last 2 months. I cannot talk to anyone properly. No proper response from customer care.
