    @JioCare @reliancejio Why the internet speed in my location is decreasing day by day, when I troubleshoot it says that as many users are using internet at the same time that's why I'm getting slow internet. Is there no solution for it and I have to face it each and every day?

    @JioCare I do not want to use wifi therefore want to surrender. Take my request immediately @TRAI Had about 20k Rupees financial loss due to regular connectivity issue. And I have shifted to new location and taken services of Airtel.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioTrue5G 2/4 This is not a phone issue. I tested on multiple devices and every Jio user in my family is facing the same problem. High ping, high jitter, buffering videos and frequent speed drops have become a daily issue. I am attaching a screen recording of the speed test as proof.

    @JioCare when called customer care they kept me waiting for 30 mins and disconnected call. Later they rescheduled engg visit for 5th b/w 1 to 2 pm. Is this the service provided? @DoT_India why should i pay for this poor service by @JioCare
