    @JioCare @reliancejio Why the internet speed in my location is decreasing day by day, when I troubleshoot it says that as many users are using internet at the same time that's why I'm getting slow internet. Is there no solution for it and I have to face it each and every day?

    @JioCare @JioCare Complaint raised on 13 May and still no engineer has even been assigned. Red LOS light is blinking and internet is completely down. Repeated rescheduling is happening without any actual action. Request immediate field escalation and technician visit today. SR000035SG9Z

    Very disappointed with @JioCare JioFiber is down since morning, affecting my office work. Service visit for SR000035ZOGT was scheduled today (16 May) between 12-1 PM, but got rescheduled to 5-6 PM without my consent. Sitting idle unable to work. Please resolve ASAP.

    What's the status update on this SR000035XOEN 10 days old connection & it hasn’t worked properly even for 10 hours! Your team keeps opening & closing tickets daily without resolution. Fix this ASAP or take back your box & refund immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @Jiocare installation pending for more than 2 weeks even after payment completed. No response from customer care or service team despite multiple calls. Very disappointing service experience from Jio. Very disappointing and irresponsible service from Jio.

    @JioCare Again today...i have been allotted a slot of 7 to 8 pm? And your technician does not work agter 6 pm..How my complaint is goint ot be resolved?
