@JioCare @reliancejio Why the internet speed in my location is decreasing day by day, when I troubleshoot it says that as many users are using internet at the same time that's why I'm getting slow internet. Is there no solution for it and I have to face it each and every day?

DAY 8: @JioCare your ground team closed ticket without resolving issue. I asked CC to re-open the ticket. Problem is not resolved. No-one come to my house. I doubt your professionalism now.

@JioCare I just called your engineer, he is saying that my connection will not be installed today and he is not able to explain the reason. I doubt your engineer will again reschedule it. So be proactive and accelerate this problem immediately and arrange a call back.

@JioCare I'll register for fiber once you extend your services to my location on pin 763001 currently ther service are there within 5km radius but it's not been extended to my area.

@JioCare All jio subscribers in the are of Kaggadasapura pin code:560093 are facing intermittent issues in receiving and making calls with jio network. Upon reaching nearby jio care, I was told that 5g testing is causing this issue. When this issue will be resolved?

@JioCare I paid additional 2000₹ rupees at that time apart from 1500₹ for new connection, overall I paid 3500₹ at that time last month on 30th of March my Jio fiber was not working so i schedule an appointment for next day.
