    Terrible condition of @reliancejio optic fibre services. Its not at all worth it. Terrible internet speed and terrible service. Hopeless!!

    @TRAI I have been reporting slow internet connection problems in my area to my network operator @reliancejio in the past 8 months. But they are not doing anything. And in the current situation, high speed internet connection is very much needed. Can I get some help on this?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Are you taking customers complaint very lightly? You've done nothing in my location. I'm complaining regarding slow internet speed since 2 year. Everything time you saying that your network team is working on it. Is this a joke for you?
