    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Airtel, thanks for teaching me the meaning of Unlimited Data. My 349 Postpaid plan shows Unlimited Data, but my internet doesn't work. Calls to 121, 198, and even the Appellate Authority have produced plenty of assurances but no internet.

    @JioCare Recharged JioFiber only for football streaming on Zee5. After payment, I found the included Zee5 subscription is not Premium. This was not clearly disclosed. ₹999 and ₹399 plans are still unactivated. Cancel and refund.

    @reliancejio @JioCare From past 1 week STB(JioAirFiber) is not working, called support 10s of times, agent not getting assigned. My dad is visiting jio office twice everyday, fans/lights were on but no staff is present. Is this kind of joke ? Location: Repalle, AP (pin: 522265)

    @JioCare I don't want this Wi-Fi anymore. It's been 5 days without internet, and despite multiple complaints, your team has done absolutely nothing except send automated replies saying a technician has been assigned. If you cannot provide the service customers are paying for, please come and take back your equipment and disconnect this connection immediately. I have completely lost trust in Jio AirFiber and have no intention of continuing with such irresponsible and pathetic service. Kindly arrange for the pickup of your device. I do not wish to use your network anymore. #JioAirFiber #WorstService #JioCare
