many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@reliancejio worst postpaid deactivation process. Suspending sim after 7 days and permanently discontinuing after 14 days. And charging money for all these days. Why cant u close the connection on same day of cancellation request and when bill is cleared by me?

@avarakai @JioCare If you haven't really opted of any other yet, would you still use jio if they call u in next 10 mins and give a "we are sorry but stay with us" 30% discount , would you go for it ? Good old network+30%off Vs New plan + uncertainty about network but happy to try?

@JioCare After 40 hours also technician didn't visit and issue is not resolved, rescheduled appointment 4 times . Request Number SR000017X33Y for your JioFiber connection having your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 14-12-2021 : 11:00:00.

In our area, whose pin code is 802116, which is located in Buxar district of Bihar state, here the network of jio runs fine during the day but it becomes very slow at night, please fix this problem. @reliancejio @JioCare

@oyyehappy @JioCare There's only one thing. I had no signal issue with Jio. But, differentiating between customers, is not acceptable. No frills. They don't need me, I don't need them either.
