many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@Tushar42685311 @JioCare @reliancejio Yes same problem bro can't handle it anymore these guys do automatically close the SR as well without asking for that our internet has been resolved or not And ee have to follow up on a daily basis. They are theives and no **** given about customer service
