    many time i/we opened cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ weeknow,this seems like a big outage as many users reported in our place one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @JioCare Your engineer visit is again postponed, jio installation will never happen. Seems like there is a big loop holes in the entire jio administration. Nobody follows and cares customer requirement.

    I ordered for the SIM, and guy took 72 hours to reach to me. And then says - 100 rupay extra lagge *** for sim. 121 wale support - SIM wala janne. Kya ye Free home sim ek mazak hai? Never expected this. @JioCare do you too charge extra for sim delivery?
