    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with #JioFiber service. New connection (just 8-9 days old and under trial period) has been down for 7 days for Fixed Voice No. 91-5123134265. Complaint SR0000345F7F registered on 21 Apr still unresolved despite repeated calls and follow-ups.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare My request (SR000033UJZ1) is still unresolved. Ticket closed repeatedly without fix & wrongly marked “resolved”. No engineer visit, no progress. Now your executive is asking to raise a new request—why? Either complete relocation immediately or refund my amount.

    @JioCare I dis see what kind of help Jio is going to provide. When I say its not specific to any location, just stop asking such irrelevant questions and take some efforts to find the actual cause. Totally disappointed with the @JioCare support and service.
