    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    Its been 4 Days applied for Jio Air Fiber and even i have made the payment but yet no one has contacted me for installation Worst service by jio. Agent was not even listening to us until i make payment but after payment he is not even answering the call @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @TavinderT Before taking JioFiber connect Please note : X is the option to raise issue with Jio. From MyJio app or by calling u can’t raise . My internet is not working since yesterday and still not able to raise complaint.

    @JioCare Ur tower in our area is almost dead and no one is taking care of it. Worst data speed, frequent call drops, poor coverage. U r breaking all records of becoming d worst telecom service. U r just charging a hefty amount of recharge but not at all improvement in service.

    @JioCare As the VPN connectivity issue remains unresolved. Kindly collect the device once my current plan expires ( i think i purchased on 4th April). This is a formal request, and I won’t be liable for any bills after the plan expiry
