    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @JioCare The DM was the same generic message I always get—link to service status + reschedule. No one even checked the chat history. Nothing works, which is why I posted on X. After all that delay, this DM showed how pathetic the service is.

    @JioCare @JioCare (3/3)Customer care is only generating service requests without resolution. I request immediate cancellation and full refund with a clear timeline. Also, appropriate action should be taken against the concerned agent for unprofessional conduct. unacceptable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio how to reachout this jio customer care. If we are calling then simply there bot answering we are facing some network congestion in your area. Then disconnect the call. I tried to connect multiple times to these people but there bot is answering always.
