    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @JioCare , I'm messaging from last 12days but no reply. My jio fiber connection activated on 10th April and till now google gemini pro banner not showing in myjio app. shared snapshots in DM multiple times. I paid money 3333 to jio, but u are not resolving my issues.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i have not received my refund ,my order no -NO0001CYD1RO . Please look into this and don't send automated replies , don't ask me to send any DM. because u don't look into it, just refund my amount that will be a great help from jio.

    @reliancejio Need urgent assistance. I recently ported my esim over to a new iPhone and travelled out of India. My esim seems to have not ported over successfully and I'm not in India and I don't seem to have anywhere to go for help

    @JioCare Despite multiple complaints, no permanent resolution has been provided. I request: • Immediate permanent fix • Activation of landline • Compensation/bill adjustment for downtime If not resolved within 3 days, I will escalate this matter to TRAI and Consumer Court.

    Booked Jio AirFiber almost 1 year ago. Payment done, but no installation and still no refund. Only false assurances from support. This is unacceptable. Either provide service immediately or process full refund. @JioCare @reliancejio Please take this seriously.
