    many time i/we opened cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ weeknow,this seems like a big outage as many users reported in our place one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @JioCare The LED is ALREADY GREEN. That's the point! The connection is active but the speed is unusable during the day. It works fine at night, which means it’s a bandwidth/congestion issue in my area. Stop checking for a Green LED and actually check the speed logs for my Customer ID.
