many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@reliancejio I am using jio since 2017 and one thing is for sure degrading network intensity i have logged several complaint about internet speed in my area but no response is seen regarding this,starting 5g services for jio is good but it should cater 4g customer and complaints
