He told my father that if he get some additional amount, he will install the device otherwise he will cancel the request citing feasibility issues. There is a vendor and a technician. both are involved.

Bhaskarjya Sonowal (@XBeast16872761) reported@JioCare And the issue is not something like for ever for 1 day it provides the network smoothly and the rest other days you the telcom providers slow it down even 4g doesn't work shows offline. Fix it up unless u want to loose your customers.

Pravin G (@gmpravin79) reported@reliancejio ₹1,200 refund pending for 9+ months! Paid for JioFiber relocation on 2 Nov 2025. Service unavailable, so I cancelled and returned the device. Jio confirmed on Dec 13 that the refund was initiated and promised within 7 days. Still nothing @JioCare @jio_fiber

Customer service calls are cut WITHOUT the option to talk to a representative! THIS IS OUTRIGHT ROBBERY! 😡😡
