many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@amitjaiswal2906 Hey Amit They are ridiculous in response they only care for new customers. You can apply from MY JIO Application and if @JioCare will rejected than no response from customer care they will tell you to repeat the process. You will be lucky if they will approve your application.

I have a @reliancejio fiber connection but my internet is down for more than 7 days now! I have registered the complaint a thousand times and have visited the @reliancejio office a dozen times. But still this pathetic service continues. Who will compensate for my lost work!
