    many time i/we opened cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ weeknow,this seems like a big outage as many users reported in our place one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare you guys have the WORST service and connectivity in the world. How did you go from being so good to being terrible?! Internet has been down (10000000th time) for over 3hrs, and I just get a text saying interruption in service, expecting 4hr resolution.

    @JioCare Your agent confirmed JioFiber availability, took ₹1200 & installed connection. Now engineer says not serviceable. Internet not working. Need fix or full refund ASAP.

    @airtelindia has pathetic fiber Broadband services. Since last 2 days my WiFi is not working and no resolution is provided has been provided till now. I want to surrender my connection and will opt for @JioCare broadband services.
