    many time i/we opened cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ weeknow,this seems like a big outage as many users reported in our place one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare recently I had purchased a jio air fiber plan and within 20 days of connection there is no internet connectivity to the router. No support from backend no solution since last two days no internet. Disappointed a lot plz refund amount.

    @JioCare I am a media entertainment professional so it will take me less than a minute to spread the nasty narrative online. How poor operations you guys have? Lazy, incompetent staff and careless management. You guys really need some serious help!!!

    @JioCare Hi Mohit, Please arrange for a technical engineer to visit and check the issue on-site. This problem has been occurring for many months, and I am still experiencing very low speeds and frequent disconnections. I am extremely frustrated and need a permanent resolution.

    @Jiocare service engineer admitted he has no permanent solution and advised for port. Request senior management to urgently investigate the recurring faults, provide a permanent resolution, and clarify whether JioFiber can reliably sup #JioFiber #CustomerService #InternetOutage
