many time i/we opened cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ weeknow,this seems like a big outage as many users reported in our place one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @TRAI @jagograhakjago

@JioCare When ?? Am getting same answer from a past year. If you tell correct date of future up gradation I can think of PORTING to other network. Need a resolution for this problem immediately. I can't miss my official meetings due to bad network.

@JioCare it has been 3 wks since I requested for termination of my subscription no. 299860160663. Jiocare has temporarily suspended and then restored the service thrice in this period. May I know the reason for this. I doubt that this is deliberate attempt to cover undue delay.
