many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@JioCare @TRAI I made a complaint on 19 Feb no. MR00010DRT8C & it have been more then 10days the slow speed problem has not been resolved, I have paid for good service, you didn't even bother to call back even, stop cheating your customers. Those who did so are past now.

Hi, @reliancejio I'm facing speed issues in the JIO fibre net, can you please check this issue soon, so that I can WFH easily. I have also initiated the service request yesterday itself but till now no action has been taken into place also reinitiated today also but I'm waiting!

@promzzz @reliancejio In Kolkata ... we don't have any other option other then Alliance Broadband which is pathetic. If someone's having Airtel Broadband connection... alliance local operators are cutting wires of those customers. Horrible condition... in Horrible state
