many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

@JioCare @reliancejio very bad service . I have done postpaid to prepaid before 3 month but my security deposit money not waived to me . Many time I contact to jio regarding this via mail and required details provided but no response so I port out to Jio .

@rsikshekhawat "Network services" does they really have any such thing! I was frustrated with the services the same way you have been until I switched to @reliancejio I will suggest you to try the same @JioCare takes good care of their customers.

@JinongMillick @JioCare You have jio that's why you are streaming with little interruptions But with Airtel every time network disconnects you have to refresh network and restart which takes more time and in terms if stability of internet jio is better than Airtel

@JioCare The address is Balasore Chunavati Odisha 756003.The network over there remains very poor and Fragile for which we have to keep 2 mobile number for in case if Jio donot connect we USE THE OTHER NUMBER.

The jio network in silapathar,Dhemaji,Assam has been worst for the last 3 days. Due to this poor network students are facing a huge trouble in attending online classes . Its high time @reliancejio review their network in this area. @JioCare
