I urge my friends who have taken @highspeedION to switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio . Or even local service provider are best. As after stopping their service in my area ion still took my money stating upcoming recharge and now they are not even reply to my mails and calls.

@JioCare Pathetic, horrible post installation service provided by Jio Fiber team. Placed a complain on 15 Jan 2022 (SR000018DOWG). No one has turned up yet. (Resolution was promised in 24 hours).

@reliancejio @JioCare After many request also network issue wasn't rectified. Price increased but service quality hasn't. So does any one care for customer. If only revenue generation(~150K from village) is target then customer has to shift to other company.
