@JioCare @reliancejio after telling me to give my jio and alternate number. No body contacts.. issue is still not fixed. It seems people in customer care only work when they get a port msg. Our entire building is facing this issue but i guess a few customers don't matter to jio.

@JioCare @reliancejio Please pay heed to the complainant. This is becoming a monthly affair. If this is how late your customer services take action, I think I'm better off switching to Excitel.
