    many time i opened a cases with @reliancejio @JioCare and there’s no help till now .it’s been 3+ week.this seems like a big outage. one CC told will take 2 month to resolve.we need help from @ConsumerAffairs as it’s impacting users in our town

    @reliancejio @JioCare if you are not able to fulfill what you claim then you should withdraw. Home delivery of SIM cancel without any attempt, even after calling to number which received via SMS and person answer. Not so professional, disappointed 😢

    @reliancejio @GoogleIndia When can I get installation on ORN NO0000J3JFS6? Been almost a week since I made the payment. This is really poor service. A reputed brand won't make it's potential customers wait. Airtel was ready to install right away, I still went with Jio but now I kinda regret :/

    @JioCare Hey I am currently facing internet connection issues for more then 2hrs. I am receiving full network, tried resetting my APN, restarted my device. All my family members are facing the same issue. This may sound odd but I am only able to use my net while calling someone.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice The guy acted very politely & fooled me into paying for the Service. He has been making excuses left, right and centre. Upon calling him, he says "Don't disturb me again and again, it will take up to a Week"

    @reliancejio @airtelindia started a BIG SCAM. I recharged with 379 (84 days pack)and 2798(365 days valid). Now Airtel has activated 2798 plan and destroyed my 379 plan. Even my previous plan validity was destroyed. All together 96 days gone. @TRAI.Customer care is not responding #Airtel #Jio
