@reliancejio why you people give information before every call (your plan is going to expire) before 5 days of expiring plan. I think 1 time in a day is more than sufficient to remind a customer. Its really annoying to remind before every call even there are still 4-5 days left.

Called a @JioCare customer service and the executive herself is using @Airtel_Presence. Gggggggggg. Also, "We are sorry to inform you that many people are using our services at the moment. Therefore, you are experiencing low internet speed".
