    @JioCare It has been more than 6months and this issue is still not resolved!!! The customer care says we will help you on this and then nothing happens!!! 1mbps max speed !!! Not able to use data Have to recharge on alternative number to use data

    Since last 6 month Jio network is not getting in my village.The jio tower is not in working condition. People's have comlplainted several time but not getting any response from Jio. Now we all 6k People have decided to port in Airtel #JioHatao @reliancejio @reliancegroup @TRAI

    @JioCare Ok, Also, why you have closed this ticket SR 000033WB93 For relocation of existing airfibre, i have paid twice 1200INR total 2400. I have shared all the details including bank statement with Delhi JIO Appellate. But NO HELP, why? From earlier connection,3 months not adjusted yet.

    @JioCare Such kind of replies forced me to change the operator, thanks to MNP. It's good that JIO is displaying the poor customers service part on social media openly. Soon u may find majority customers porting out due to poor customer care service.
