Since last 6 month Jio network is not getting in my village.The jio tower is not in working condition. People's have comlplainted several time but not getting any response from Jio. Now we all 6k People have decided to port in Airtel #JioHatao @reliancejio @reliancegroup @TRAI

@JioCare It has been more than 6months and this issue is still not resolved!!! The customer care says we will help you on this and then nothing happens!!! 1mbps max speed !!! Not able to use data Have to recharge on alternative number to use data

@JioCare its 4 months passed so many tweets but pathetic service of jio. My security refund complaint still not resolved . Just one msg we are looking into . 1000. Rs is not a big amount. But problem is if customer has paid the outstanding bills,why there is delayin refund.

So if you're say inside a metro station which has free WiFi but Airtel network isn't great inside to make an urgent call, You Can't! But with @JioCare, you can easily call via VoWifi even if you're at the last 📶 Bar!!(4/6)

@JioCare compalint registered on 3 Jan still not resolved . Ott membership was cancelled in 8 Dec and amt of 999 has still not been reversed in the current bill. Customer care had taken complaint on 3 Jan 22 but the current bill still does not reflect the credit. Ridiculous svc
