    We have 3 small cells installed in our premises. Even then there is ZERO network coverage. Multiple calls to the nearest JC have been ignored. I am available at 9873921451 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare when can i get resolution for SR000013OTLT, everytime i am calling to CS team and they are talking like robots that you will receive update in 24 hours and after that 3 days have passed without an update.

    @JioCare @rahulyadav_5 I've never experienced poorer customer service. All they will do is give a copy and paste response, ask you to go to the DM and then go into silent and no response mode. Strangely their app allows everything but you cannot raise a complaint ticket.
