    Since last 6 month Jio network is not getting in my village.The jio tower is not in working condition. People's have comlplainted several time but not getting any response from Jio. Now we all 6k People have decided to port in Airtel #JioHatao @reliancejio @reliancegroup @TRAI

    @JioCare It has been more than 6months and this issue is still not resolved!!! The customer care says we will help you on this and then nothing happens!!! 1mbps max speed !!! Not able to use data Have to recharge on alternative number to use data

    @JioCare @JioCare That’s why you are a number one operator because you have more number of subscribers You can’t justify this for the slow speed !!! It should be resolved

    @JioCare I recharged my phone twice because of your stupid services. First I recharged because my plan was up and the calls and data wasn’t working despite showing successful recharged message and then I did it again thinking made a mistake. ITS STILL NOT WORKING I NEED REFUND

    @JioCare @reliancejio your Air Fiber services are pathetic and speed sucks...When we schedule the visit for engineers they don't turn up. It's been 10 days since we are facing slow speed of WiFi

    @JioCare Every time I schedule an engineer visit for a specific slot, the engineer either does not arrive during that slot, visits before the scheduled time without coordination, or simply puts the service request on hold.
