    @JioCare 2nd SR was reported 'Closed' at 13:59Hrs but the internet is still down, issue is NOT resolved. That again was a blatant lie by Ur engineer. I have AGAIN raised a SR000013XA94 on 06/02/21 at 14:40Hrs. Have also escalated issue to Appellate Authority via email.

    @grapeforest @rr_kozhikode @JioCare You can use APN for increasing your net speed jio default APN is slow that I know I never use default APN so you can also check other APN
