@reliancejio Dear sir I am residing at C-22, Yamunapuram, Near RTO office in Bulandshahr, U.P. Due to Corona, I am locked at my home. I have to do my office job online but due to JIOs poor network, not able to do it. Network around other city areas is ok. Pl look into it.

@JioCare @reliancejio #mukeshambani Very very poor connection by jio network In my village there is no 4G network but jio launch 5G network. First upgrade 4G network in village then upgrade 5G. ADD - JEETGHARI KANWARA SIKANDRABAD UTTAR PRADESH There is no network.

@JioCare I don't think any service engineer will come to my location to repair the fiber since all of them have declined and the date of resolution keeps on increasing. I request you to take the Fiber & DTH box when your Engineer arrives as I am switching my wifi coz of your poor service.
