@JioCare @reliancejio #mukeshambani Very very poor connection by jio network In my village there is no 4G network but jio launch 5G network. First upgrade 4G network in village then upgrade 5G. ADD - JEETGHARI KANWARA SIKANDRABAD UTTAR PRADESH There is no network.

@JioCare Stop offering this free. Instead of doing this provide some good quality network to actual users. Why you are giving unlimited internet to inactive numbers and compensating bills instead of deactivating the numbers. This is degrading the service quality

@JioCare I've tried recharging my mobile on 9th of April. The amount has been debited from my account and recharge was failed.since then I'm following up with the customer care for the refund. No refund processed yet. My bank has confirmed that the amount has been paid to JIO.
