    @JioCare The #jio Internet was missing from my mobile at 7 pm to 11pm today and this happens everyday..any time..last two years. Jio internet service is very bad in my city..😡 @TRAI

    @reliancejio Dear sir I am residing at C-22, Yamunapuram, Near RTO office in Bulandshahr, U.P. Due to Corona, I am locked at my home. I have to do my office job online but due to JIOs poor network, not able to do it. Network around other city areas is ok. Pl look into it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had an old connection of jio fiber due to changing my residence I needed to relocate my bio fiber connection which was not relocated even I have paid also for a new connection still there is very lazy response! It's urgent for me pls help me.

I have received misleading status updates, complaints have been put on hold, and I am still being charged for a service that is not being provided.     @JioCare If you are struggling to provide a new connection, it raises concerns about how you will be able to deliver reliable service after installation. The lack of response and delay in installation is very disappointing and reflects poor customer service.

    @JioCare Yesterday, I ported my number from Airtel to Jio, but I'm disappointed with the service experience so far. With the same plan, I never faced buffering issues on Airtel, whereas on Jio almost every video keeps buffering while streaming.

    @JioCare @JioCare I am still not getting the promised internet speed, and I am no longer receiving any meaningful updates regarding my complaint. Thank you for the "wonderful" experience given to a new customer. Since the issue remains unresolved, I will be switching to another service.
