    @reliancejio Dear sir I am residing at C-22, Yamunapuram, Near RTO office in Bulandshahr, U.P. Due to Corona, I am locked at my home. I have to do my office job online but due to JIOs poor network, not able to do it. Network around other city areas is ok. Pl look into it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Network in my area Markhapur, Prayagraj has been extremely poor for many years. Even though 5G shows on the phone, speed is only 4.74 Mbps download and 3.24 Mbps upload. This is unacceptable for a 5G network. Kindly take immediate action
