    @reliancejio For last 3,4 days lot of network issues I am facing in my office which is located in NOIDA Sector 81 . If you can fix the issue by Sunday it will be great otherwise I need to port my sim into some other network. @JioCare

    @reliancejio ur services hv really dropped, unable to use d internet as speed is pathetic since long. Same goes with the calling. Neither @Airtel_Presence is able to provide the even manageable service, thinking of switching both my number to @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare have brought this to your notice earlier... doing so for the 5th time. Got assurances too many times... nothing has changed. Spotty and bad network and unable to connect to 4G service in my apartment. Had provided all details via DM repeatedly. Move beyond lip service!!

    @JioCare Rec'd two calls one from Mumbai another for Kolkata again false assurance of service engg request .I have gone fwd with suspension .Hope you people would be honest enough to refund back Rs 1500 & Rs 399 as I have not used any internet in May and want it to be reversed back @TRAI

    So have contacted @reliancejio team via phone, email and twitter. They have now officially told me that they cant register a complaint against unprofessional behavior and not fulfilling their commitment on pick up. @JioCare

    You guys are really hitting a new low on my book. since 4 days jio fibre have been sluggish and repeated calls, msgs and service request later. No response. Nothing. Really. @JioCare seriously disappointed with the response!
