    @JioCare You are rapidly moving towards 5G but your 4G speed is very poor and you should think about it first. Otherwise public knows what to do with such type of companies?

    Due to the weak network of Jio,the data speed, calling came to a complete halt.All the Jio customers around the village of Fazalpur in the Greater Noida area are getting upset and getting ported to Airtel. Jio team should fix it immediately by installing a tower.@JioCare

    @JioCare if you don't know how to behave a customer then don't come to telecom industry. @TRAI please check whether jio is providing the service or not. Otherwise cancel jio contact in telecom sector. I am facing same issue in between 4 year's of period.

    @JioCare But I'm disconnecting because you didn't fix my issue for 6 days. Why I'll pay for remaining months when I can't use your service?? I have all chat logs, emails with me. You can check, the issue I raised on 30th may is still in open state.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had an old connection of jio fiber due to changing my residence I needed to relocate my bio fiber connection which was not relocated even I have paid also for a new connection still there is very lazy response! It's urgent for me pls help me.

    @JioCare I called twice on Jio customer care today for incorrect bills being generated for Jio fiber. Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

    @JioCare @TOINoida jio fiber down again across ncr. Is Jio Fiber actually a true fiber or is it on RFID and then sell as fiber. A slight change in weather Jio fiber down across delhi ncr and took almost 12 hrs to Jio team to fix the issie

    @JioCare, I've alrdy told ur agents the new sim was ordered by some glitch & the order needs to be cancelled bt still I'm getting calls repeatedly frm ur side. I was informed by ur agent to call jio to cancel but your customer care agent says the delivery agent needs to cancel.

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. No one from @JioCare seems able to fix this simple issue post SR SR00003A2EVR has been closed now. Can someone actually help me fix this? Call me for further.

    Extremely disappointed with Jio Care's service. The tracking/complaint number provided by customer support is invalid. Every time I check the status, it says 'Not a valid number'. Stop misleading your customers! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Thanks! Seems to be resolved after the external cable line got changed and required power resumed. This process must be strengthened to resolve customers issues on first visit. Also, hold code should be obtained by Eng from the customer to keep the ticket on hold not arbitrarily.

    I had two Jio AirFiber connections installed on 22nd May and 24th May. Today is 3rd July, and I still haven't received my refund. This is the worst service I've ever experienced from Jio. Extremely disappointed with the delay and the lack of proper customer support. @reliancejio
