    @TheLallantop @JioCare #Jio network has always been worse in our office area near Parcel office, Ajmeri gate side, New Delhi Railway station. Have to use WiFi calling facility otherwise its not acceptable at all.

    @reliancejio @JioCare please check for issue. While Make call from last 15 days this issue is coping too much. Neither voice coming, not going. In d 4th or 5th Try it's get audible to both side.

    No suprise @Airtel_Presence u again failed to service ur client, got 5 calls from @JioCare for fibre installation but u unable to made single call ..think to port my 3 connection also to jio..pathetic is the word for airtel

    @JioCare I called twice on Jio customer care today for incorrect bills being generated for Jio fiber. Explained everything to executives, then they put my call on hold and never came back,then after 15 min,call got disconnected. I spent 1 hour today in calls and got no response.

    @JioCare, I've alrdy told ur agents the new sim was ordered by some glitch & the order needs to be cancelled bt still I'm getting calls repeatedly frm ur side. I was informed by ur agent to call jio to cancel but your customer care agent says the delivery agent needs to cancel.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am trying to connect with customer care and it seems they don’t have network access to check my bills. since last 2 months they are exaggerated my bills by adding some or other tariffs. Pathetic network and pathetic customer services #poorcustomerservice

    @JioCare My #JioFiber has been down for 5 days. I have called customer care 20+ times, but no resolution. Service Request SR00003A2DLD still shows "Assigning an Engineer." My wife works from home and is unable to work because of this outage. Please resolve this immediately.

    We paying for 200 mbps plan on xtream fibre location Hyderabad shaikpet 500008 from last month internrt not even giving 50 mbps all the time server down for maintenance or other xcuses I have postpaid planning to change into jio only for this reason @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

    Day by day @reliancejio network is getting worst everywhere what shortcut method they use for 5G must be seriously investigated! They are looting people at mass scale. @PMOIndia should seriously look into this, we have no expectations from @JM_Scindia.
