    @JioCare I have a jii fibre connection which is down for over 2 hours and I cannot get thru to any operator This is abysmally poor service!! Is there no recourse against poor service and over burdened complaint center where you just can’t get thru Most frustrating

    @JioCare @reliancejio team, in this month got 400 GB, during recharge it says benefit up to 600 GB in jiofi silver plan? ID-1203533508 ,also speed issue is a mejor concern still I have. Today again recharged for 101 to get 20 more GB but while checked I shoud get 200 GB more?

    Whats the problem @JioCare why my internet not running well . You have any personal problems with me or my jio no. Even i am living in metro city still my internet speed is 500kbps . In my area jio average speed is 1mbps and airtel average speed is 15mbps huge difference.
