I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

Worst ever network services Jio in Kamalpur , Dhalai , Tripura (799285) Inside houses in Bhattacharjee para area. Very poor network connectivity and no internet speed as well. Wastage of Monthly pack everyday 2gb Free calls n all. #JioWelcomeOffer @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare hope you understand the pain of remotely working for 1 week without net. Also, I would like to raise complaints against the jio fiber team. None of them are picking up my calls, let alone providing any solution. If you can't resolve, i would discontinue this horrible experience.
