I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@JioCare Im getting full singal strength but sometimes incoming and outgoing calls are not coming and going.Even after rebooting the mobile problem still exists. I have changed the jio sim slot from sim 1 to sim 2 but still im getting the same problem. Kindly resolve this ASAP.

@JioCare Yes Thats what my concern is! I am paying 1499+ gst for internet plan and ott applications which includes Amazon Prime as well! Why are things kept hidden from the customer? Why were we not informed of the completion of 1 year thing will affect the amazon prime subscriptions…
