With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

Manu_PSPK fan 🚩🚩 (@Manu_V18_PSPK) reported@reliancejio @JioCare Recharged for 2GB/day 4G + Unlimited 5G, but whenever 5G drops, speed drops to absolute ZERO instead of falling back to 4G. Paying for both but getting neither! Please resolve this. With your 4G network speed I can't even open the myjio app what a shame.
