    @reliancejio @JioCare I also need compensation for the losses i have faced just because of delay in your service. My connection was scheduled to be installed on 30th & today is 5th and still no contact from the installation team. Heights of unprofessionalism, didn’t expect this

    Pathetic Jim fiber service. W/o connection for over 16 hours.. loss of revenue and productivity.. four calls to customer care and no response so far..@JioCare @reliancejio

    I contacted to the @JioCare through calling them. One of their advisor was having a bad day I guess, he disconnected my call in the middle. Another one was not having any proper information about the resolution to my issue. Neither she was having access to my interaction history.
