With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

Time to switch to @reliancejio it seems.

The fact remains that the service was unusable from 7 May to 13 May & complaints were repeatedly rescheduled/closed. Customers shouln't be charged for days without service

The person who wants to handle the issue is not at centre and from last 1 hr iam hearing this that in 10 min the person will be here but still it is not. Really a bad experience
