    @reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

    I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber is not working from past 15 hours. There are 3 people who are doing WFH and managers are sending stinker mails. Will Jio b responsible if anyone of family member looses job? This issue happens min 5-6 in a month. What is this?

    @reliancejio request you to refund recharge amount . As i have been complaining from last one year or so and still i am getting 100 kbps speed. As soon as recharge exhaust the company starts pestering me to recharge . Why should I pay money if company can't provide service

    What a great job @JioCare @reliancejio In my town many day jio signals are not came and for no reason there is no network on random days and you not increase validity period of reacharge. So our one day data , call , sms balance gone for no reason do something.
