    I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

    @reliancejio sir Please create special plans for jiofi device..Jio create all plan for smartphone's but jiofi customer's are not call to another user's .so Please jio create special plans for jiofi without talk minutes..

    @Soumyabrata111 @simply_mixed_up @JioCare I won't go for the details. In short, it was an issue of a network element due to which services were impacted. All services were restored at evening. Customers who were connected to that network element, affected. Remaining had no impact.

    Dear @reliancejio Why USSSD code is not working from your sim, why someone download your app forcibly and most importantly your sim does not even support the USSD code of @UPI_NPCI *99# and this is the most surprising thing that even @UPI_NPCI are not paying attention to this.

    @JioCare @TRAI even after paying 6 months advance for new connection with commitment by Jio to install next day, it's two days over now... Can TRAI help us in getting the desired service in time.

    The worst internet ever on Jio! Giving only 1.6 Mbps download speed. But, Vi’s average download speed is 16.7 Mbps in my area. So; what's this Jio? Why you don't care about 42 cr. users? They always say “this issue is temporary” but NO. This is permanent issue. @JioCare
