    I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare after 48hours waiting there is not a single response from your side and resolve the issues. It's better to port to other network.

    @JioCare @DoT_India I have not access my internet, I have complain on 11-Mar-22. my problem is not solve from 11-Apr-22 to till date, 5 day over and no engineer come for check my issue from Jio.

    Hello @JioCare what's the process of throwing your wifi box in dustbin bcoz it's of no use 3 days it's been i am complaining about internet not working and you guys just sending me mails for a engineer visit no one comes ... Pathetic customer service ...
