I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@reliancejio after multiple calls, msgs, emails etc over last week, finally my jio fibre got installed 2dy thnx 2 prompt support given VP-HR Jio Kamal Bhatia 1stly, and then 4m Sudhanshu Singh & Saurabh Singh. Really thank em. I hope those who've caused me distress r taken 2 task

@JioCare my Jio fiber is not working just blinking red light. It shows unable to connect internet but it is recharged. I have tried so many times to take help of executive but none of them available to hear my problem. Worst service 😭
