    Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

    Internet problem felt very often, and one will have to wait for 2 to 3 minutes for the restoration @JioCare , this results in mentalAgony and irritation,and at times one things about discontinue the services for better. There must be some solution for this

    @DaVeTwEeTlive @reliancejio Yeah this is the same with @VodafoneIdeaIN as well. Takes about 20 to 30 seconds before the call even starts to connect. So yes, during emergency it’s a big problem

    @JioCare i found after you created one another ticket and mark my old ticket closed but actually that's not. Are you guys still be on your words to solve issue of network?
