Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@JioCare usage of internet at my location is so irritating as signal goes as low as 1 signal frequently. Your team came but they showed speed on there app and said that there is no issue.Please resolve my issue or else porting my families sim from jio to airtel is the only option

@JioCare @JioCare I have shared the details. If it's not fixed tomorrow 28 oct 8pm. Please raise a cancellation request on my behalf and initiate the refund for the bill already paid. Can't wait or manage any more as it's impacting my work. horrible and very poor service.

@JioCare are you going to do something to increase bandwidth? @ViCustomerCare your network is too low here. Any one helping? Its more that a year i am complaining, none of you did anything to solve the issue. @reliancejio just sent automated messages.
