Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@DoT_India @JioCare Now how many times I have complained in the last 2+ years and each time you forward to the concerned TSP/Division, however do you followup or is there a record if any solution was provided by @reliancejio or just lip service. Cc honorable minister @manojsinhabjp

@JioCare My father and I have lost Jio network connection for over an hour now (in Dombivli and CST). We are unable to make calls and there is no internet connection as well. It's very inconvenient. I request you to look into the matter ASAP.
