    Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio As kyc was done since 6 days and I am not getting any response from the local jio agents to install jio airfiber. NO0001EJFBHQ. This a blinder and pathetic service and these guys took full money at the time of kyc and you don't hv any option.

    @JioCare @reliancejio For almost 3 weeks, I've had no internet access, severely affecting my studies/work and daily life. I'm paying for a service I haven't been able to use, yet all I receive are repeated assurances instead of an actual resolution.

    (POST 2/3) @JioCare paid 100% in advance, yet I'm not getting the service I paid for. Every time I contact support, I'm asked to file another complaint, even though I've already done it 4–6 times. Why should customers keep repeating the same process?

    @JioCare I paid for a 12-month prepaid plan in good faith, yet I am being denied the unused validity because of a process your representative instructed me to follow. A customer should not suffer a financial loss due to incorrect guidance provided by Jio’s own representative.
