  @JioCare It has been one and a half hours since you suggested I will receive SMS with the engineer visit details. I have still not received anything. Note that the original engineer visit time as per service request ticket was 10 AM this morning.

  @JioCare How many times , you all want to apologise, its been 20 days and you are still escalating it and saying you are on it. What kind of customer service is this ? You should have resolved this first and then should have responded with resolution and apology for delay but this is odd.

  @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio @JioCare i have raised a service request for internet connection issue. Service request was raised and allocated to a person who is on leave. And when I come to know in called on tall free number but there is no option to speak with care executive.

  @JioCare I already shared last week.. 5G not working.. mobile network is always in LTE Even in open areas.. its not just in one area.. check your network in entire hyd Jio fiber also not working properly
