    Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

    @reliancejio @OfficialJioTV In my village there is no Jio tower or Jio network available

    @JioCare Dont try to make me learn your lessons. I have kept it inactive because of pathetic network services. You people just loot customers buying your plans regardless of worst network service.

    @JioCare this is a recurring problem. You should fix whatever is broken for real. I am dependent on the internet for my work and you guys make it so unpredictable and unpleasant. Are you just good at stealing data?

    @JioCare This is not done. For 9 days i have been taking the same. Still no resolution. More over, the service request got closed without any resolution. What kind of service you are providing.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what kind of port in service you have.the guy u send for port in service to your network changed my number to postpaid fraudauntly and told to change it to prepaid after 2 days. Now he is not taking my call!!

    @JioCare internet connectivity issue is der and trying to reach the customer care but the line gets disconnected before anyone talks good strategy to cheat people..
