Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

Absolutely pathetic internet speed since 3 days 4G only network giving 2g only speeds of 160kbps in realtime download speeds. Not one but 3 devices showing same speed. Work from home pack seems like a waste of money @JioCare #Jiocare

@fiber_jio My #JioFiber no 12135554210 is not working since 12 March. Recharge due on 18th was done on 17th. My Jio App, Whatsapp Support, didn't help. Called 18008899999 just disconnected. 1800896999 doesn't exist. #Monoploy #poorcustomerservice @reliancejio @reliancegroup
