Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

@JioCare @reliancejio so jio is having just recorded voices as customer care executive. There is no option to talk to executive, just press this and that blah blah... I am facing a serious problem regarding my jio phone. So are u going to help me or not?

Though its today tht Jio network is down in vast area but we hv been complaining of poor network n signal of Jio in Hinautia area of Raisen (MP) but no response.@107raf personnel n thr families r suffering bcoz of indifferent attitude of @JioCare officials. Shame on Jio.😤
