Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

unable to connect JioFiber on devices having 2.4GHz wifi band from last 2 months. Tried resetting and all, Raised complaints 3 times, jio engineers visited but support not given. hardware replacement request was also not fulfilled. @JioCare

@reliancejio today data is getting exhausted in seconds. 0.5GB within 5mins!! Even while watching a high resolution video, this never happens. Looks like an organized way to fool users!!

Without giving truely unlimited calls for any network Jio saying unlimited calls and Charging money and fooling us(everyone) that it's prices are 20% less than other networks. Provide truely unlimited calls and data rollover for prepaid users. @reliancejio @JioCare #MukeshAmbani
