    Dear @jiocare seems you you are tired of consumer complaints specially those who are complaining for years and you are not providing solution. Govt agencies @DoT_India @TRAI please take note they are not even replying to direct messages I am complaining since more than 2 yrs.

    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio does 50 paise define the value of your customer?They have cut the services since last 10 days for non payment of 50 paise ONLY. matter is raised in consumer court by us.This panicking situation of floods and pandemic,now we have paid 1rs#Telecom @TRAI

    @reliancejio I applied for a new jio fiber connection on 24th July by paying Rs 2500, order No is NO0000I3BTA1 but despite giving appointments nobody is releasing the connection. Moreover helpline No 18008969999 is unavailable. Worst experience, very unprofessional

    @JioCare What a pathetic after-sales service you guys provide and that too just after booking the connection, sales executive and his manager not picking my calls, pending installation from 3 days, god knows what you will do once the installation is done and the trial period is over.
