    Services of JioFiber ServiceID 300639828421 have been temporarily disconnected as per your request. To resume services. I have disconnected the service and uninstall process has been successfully done by jio executives. My payment has not been processed yet.@JioCare @reliancejio

    Thank you @JioCare @reliancejio my issue is resolved as per appointment scheduled. Tech issue was Jio fibers nearest Junction box in my locality was exposed and my port connector was broken. Please ensure periodic monitoring of Junctn Boxes to avoid internet disconnection. (1/2)

    @JioCare The service engineer visited was unable to resolve the issue. He insisted is to go for lan connection for smooth internet experience. When we asked for solution yo the WiFi problem he ended up saying that as u have 3rd party wifi device that's why it is not getting connected

    Just port into @airtelindia from @JioCare , it been really a hectic scene for me, the person who port my number said once sim activated i will recieve free call and data for a month, but still now unable to do any of them. Customer care is also not responding @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Hello, i am here to raise a complaint regarding our jio air fiber connection which has been getting disconnected frequently. We need to remove all the connections keep it aside for sometime and connect again to get the internet back this is happening many times in a day.

    Hi @reliancejio, I applied for relocation of JioFiber, visit was scheduled for 25 April 2026. However neither anyone came for relocation nor any call received Whenever I am calling customer care, it says visit scheduled already thank you and call gets disconnected Seeking help
