@JioCare Dear Jio My Mobile No is Deactivated due to esim removal from mobile but no one from jio store and customer care able to resolved my issue. Very poor worst and pathetic service provided by them kindly close it.

@reliancejio The most jio network is the broken company. Without the compellet for three to four months, there is nothing on the network. The Geo company is worthless.

@JioCare Twenty-four hours have passed and there is still no Geo SIM card network in the village of Neknur Circle431125 pin code. Total customers are over 20,000.There is a lot of difficulty. Please report to senior level. Strict action should be taken against the culprits.

@JioCare Hi, I am struggling to relocate my jio fibre. I am facing issues because of jio backend teams recklessness and Negligency and rude behavior towards its customer. Engineer closed the request without proper reason. Supervisors dont care. Manager speaks in a rude manner.

@JioCare My experience with Jio is getting worst with each passing month. Sales team is spread all across upselling the products with false claims. I've been cheated 2nd time in a row by them in last 3 months.They don't have any solutions but just excuses & blamegames.

I had to cancel my connection as there was no resolution on internet connectivity issue for 4 days and cancellation process is also taking so long: cancellation done on 3rd of this month till now (16th) router is not picked up and refund is not given
