    @JioCare Dear Jio My Mobile No is Deactivated due to esim removal from mobile but no one from jio store and customer care able to resolved my issue. Very poor worst and pathetic service provided by them kindly close it.

    @reliancejio The most jio network is the broken company. Without the compellet for three to four months, there is nothing on the network. The Geo company is worthless.

    @JioCare Twenty-four hours have passed and there is still no Geo SIM card network in the village of Neknur Circle431125 pin code. Total customers are over 20,000.There is a lot of difficulty. Please report to senior level. Strict action should be taken against the culprits.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Facing service disruption since yesterday. A service request was raised (SR00003ARPGN), but instead of resolving it, your team falsely put it on hold claiming "customer not available/no access". I am right here. Fix this immediately!

    @JioCare No complaint number. No technician. No update. Completely unacceptable service from a company that claims to provide premium broadband. If this is how customers are treated, people should think twice before choosing JioFiber.

    Hi @JioCare , my JioFiber has been down for the last 4 days. An engineer visited and confirmed it's a backend/network issue, but my complaint was closed without resolution. The connection is still not working. Please resolve this urgently. I'll share my details via DM.
