@JioCare I made a payment for same plan twice and I contacted last month you said money will be not refunded but your plan will be include and that will be activated once my plan for current month will be deactivated but I called your customer care they’re saying no refund fraud

Then they gave a contact named Mr. Rajesh Vishwakarma with his number, who’d come in next 30 mins & resolve this problem. Now, it’s been 3 hrs+ & NOBODY has neither turned up nor is he answering our calls. Infact he blocked my number after a few calls! #JioDown @JioCare (2)
