Total customers are over 20,000.There is a lot of difficulty. Please report to senior level. Strict action should be taken against the culprits.

Jio Fiber team is really very very bad at service. You may need to learn from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , they never close any request without confirming with customer.

I talked to the jio care ,they told the problem will be fixed ,but no improvement. The poor network connection is due to no tower in a radius of 4km.
