    @JioCare Twenty-four hours have passed and there is still no Geo SIM card network in the village of Neknur Circle431125 pin code. Total customers are over 20,000.There is a lot of difficulty. Please report to senior level. Strict action should be taken against the culprits.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am used jio network for 3 years and I recommendesd to many members but due unfortunate reasons I have changed network to airtel but i didnt get that much service in airtel .The jio is best in everything Network coverage,speed,voice quality

    @JioCare my last SR is closed without the engineer visit or any solution. I complained to the engineer who called me he would fix it but it's futile after multiple attempts. I'd like to complain against the engineer and seek solution to my issue on priority.

    @reliancejio @TRAI we are facing network coverage issue. No one is resolving the issue. Hv called multiple times to joi customer care and mailed also but getting same response from agents. They are not providing resolution also @reliancejio resolve the issue ASAP.
