    Jii team I like say that last five years to I’m say that there slow speed issue facing but but every time your team saying that high number of users that’s why you have facing this issue slow speed last five years to your team seen comment provide that. @reliancejio @TRAI

    Last year Dec I have completed the slow internet speed that jio network team say that problem will be solve with 90days but till I have facing same issue. Poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @sharmajitech @technicalgruji @airtelindia

    @JioCare NO value for Customer. No value for customer money and time. Just playing games. Cheap tricks putting calls on hold. And I visited your office also. They don't have proper response. They are asking to ask sales person. I never ever suggest Jio to any one in Future.

    @JioCare I've visited Jio Store twice to convert my 2 prepaid nos to postpaid. Both times the request was denied as "unable to process". No resolution provided by Store and customer care. No reply to the complaint email sent with order details. Very bad experience.Please resolve

    @JioCare Dear Jio. From last 3months my refund is under process only. Customer care people putting my call on hold for checking details and disconnecting the call. I called several times to customer care. Cancellation order number CO0000E20YZY. Waiting for your reply.

    @jiocare Your engineers are asking money to fix the connectivity issue. They say they want 'tips' to complete the task. Are you people even paying them or is this is always the kind of support you provide?

    @JioCare have applied for jio fibre network 3 days back. Paid 1500. Your installation guy has been delaying for the last 3 days. Is this professionalism from you guys? If you are not going to install then say so and return my money.
