    Last year Dec I have completed the slow internet speed that jio network team say that problem will be solve with 90days but till I have facing same issue. Poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @sharmajitech @technicalgruji @airtelindia

    @JioCare Utterly useless response. 5 days resolution time for an essential service is unacceptable. How can that be the earliest resolution time. Why should I pay for your incompetence?

    @JioCare @TRAI 40+ complaints filed, still same story with changed wording. Now saying “voucher forfeited” without answering the real issue: • Why suspend connection despite advance balance? • Why was unused balance not credited on time? • Why was account marked overdue ???

    @JioCare None of the OTT platforms included in the recharge, such as Hotstar, Zee5, or Sony Liv, are working. If your support team was actually helping properly, these services would have been activated by now. Please understand the inconvenience being caused.

    @JioCare Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. Internet is not working properly and engineer visits are repeatedly being rescheduled. Kindly resolve this issue urgently or provide a permanent solution. @reliancejio

    @JioCare JioFiber down since 30Apr, SR000034RELT was raised. Repeated calls to customer care & multiple escalation assurances have led to no action. Even "Reschedule" option in the app is disabled. Need urgent resolution. @reliancejio
