    Last year Dec I have completed the slow internet speed that jio network team say that problem will be solve with 90days but till I have facing same issue. Poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @sharmajitech @technicalgruji @airtelindia

    Jii team I like say that last five years to I’m say that there slow speed issue facing but but every time your team saying that high number of users that’s why you have facing this issue slow speed last five years to your team seen comment provide that. @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare More than 15 days of my subscription has gone in network down maintenance and again I get these messages why I am not given validity extension Our services will be down on June 9th from 12 AM to 4 AM & on June 10th from 4 AM to 7.30 AM for maintenance.

    No response for days from @JioCare for JioFiber relocation. Raised a request for today, 4-5:30 PM (Order ID: CO0002H5816G), but the silence is deafening. No agent contact yet. Fix this before the slot lapses! @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Jio Fiber has been down in my area for 3+ days with no proper resolution or compensation from support. Extremely poor service experience and lack of accountability. Airtel Fiber has been far more reliable in comparison.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Pls look into this and fix the local tower ASAP!. I had complained before also but there is no soln from the ntwrk provider, today one person named Viresh called me and told me that there is no power backup in ur area sir but there is no rspns from the top mgmt.
