Last year Dec I have completed the slow internet speed that jio network team say that problem will be solve with 90days but till I have facing same issue. Poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @sharmajitech @technicalgruji @airtelindia

@reliancejio @JioCare I thought to try jiofiber, paid deposit 2500 on 15jan, installation 21jan, requested cancellation 12th feb. Still havent got refund for deposit. Jio=worst service, careless advisors, delay everywhere.

@JioCare I’m not sure how is that you have become 5th strongest brand without having a proper team to resolve issues. I have been following up since oct 2020 for a fund of my deposit and your team is still working on processing the refund. Sick!!

Your @JioCare network is very very bad.Also noticed during power outage in my area at Mulund West jio mobile connection also fails. Dont know what connection Jio network shud have with no electricity Can jio reply to this.
