Last year Dec I have completed the slow internet speed that jio network team say that problem will be solve with 90days but till I have facing same issue. Poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @sharmajitech @technicalgruji @airtelindia

@JioCare The customer service experience is horrendous. No one to connect expect the customer service bots. Everything tried but the STB is still non-functional. No reply to mail. No internet and no one to help as well.
