My jio fiber connection activated on 10th April and till now google gemini pro banner not showing in myjio app. shared snapshots in DM multiple times. I paid money 3333 to jio, but u are not resolving my issues.

nhkv (@nhk_varma) reported@JioCare The exact problem is - Across the major areas in top cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru - your network shows 5G or LTE bars - calls will work but internet doesn’t work. Even in rural its the same case. Hence, have to rely on Airtel as backup in second sim slot.
