@JioCare such pathetic support your is Got new router yesterday & was promised I can setup device in 30 mins It's been more than a day, & still new router is not configured. Device settings is not available! NO reply to mails, NO update on ticket created by CS too! Simply worst!

@JioCare guys, your network in Wells Fargo center, Embassy Tech Village, Bangalore is really bad. Often calls are not reachable forget about getting internet inside the building. Airtel and Vi have installed booster to bump the signal since they too had this issue.

@JioCare. Why your Fiber installation process is going very very slow @ pincode. 612001. Simply they r saying we can book connection by end of February 2023 & Airtel is approaching us daily for new connection. Kindly update u r status ASAP, as still howlong we need to wait????
