    Jio network is wrost network in my life that i used jio sim . Very poor network , the #outgoing_calls and #incoming_calls also stoped due to bad network @reliancejio

    @JioCare See 12 hrs is enough time to resolve the issue.. your services are down frequently. Now I am frustrated with the JioFiber services and want to disconnect this, pls let me know the process else I will remove this from my home.. I want to go with the process

    @JioCare @JioCare This is the SAME copy-paste reply I got on my closed complaint. Please READ my issue: ❌ I am NOT asking about 5G ✅ My issue is SLOW 4G/LTE speed and CALL DROPS ✅ 5 Jio connections at my address ALL affected ✅ Service was good earlier, degraded recently

    @JioCare I visit my bank and describe the issue and they are saying it was successful payment from our side (bank of baroda) now it was your problem Jio Team not the bank problem now it's your responsibility to give me refund or credit the 2 month jiohome recharge in my account. @JioCare

    Seems tht evn wth multipl channls for complaints, there r no real channls to connct to cust care for filing a complaint. I'm stuck with smthing tht breaks almost daily bt no way to raise a complaint. Pl registr my complaint & fix my issue. Thanks @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare If your team is working, then the problem should have been fixed earlier. Additionally, why I am unable to raise a complaint through helpline number 1800 896 9999.

    @JioCare I want you to escalate this to the concerned team so that I can get the Air Fiber installed today. Can you do it or do I need to file a case now due to the lack of service ? Even the grievance officer hasn't replied to my mail.
