    Jio network is wrost network in my life that i used jio sim . Very poor network , the #outgoing_calls and #incoming_calls also stoped due to bad network @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio If you can not give service then do not take payment, paid advance for 3 months of wifi service, been 7 days nobody called or visited for installation. Service center is giving same reply that "issue has been raised"

    Completely unacceptable behavior by @reliancejio @JioCare. You silently deactivated my phone number without sending a SINGLE reminder. It is not the customer's fault your system doesn't send alerts!

    @JioCare It has been three days since my jiofiber is not working. I have raised a complaint regarding the same however I am not getting any response or any confirmation on the service schedule. This has become a work stopping issue and affecting my productivity.

    @reliancejio Your executive completed the KYC, and I have already made the payment. However, no one is responding despite multiple calls. I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Please cancel my application and refund my money at the earliest. @JioCare

    @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio doesn't have customer care number on their support page in the app. I can't talk to real person and explain the issue. All I have is a vague/FAQ pages and connecting to their real CSR is a big task. Can you look into it?

    @MadhanNila9s @JioCare @reliancejio I have been facing the same issue for last 3 days but I just thought let me request for new connection and immediately a call came when I asked if they can fix my wire they cut the call
