  @JioCare @TRAI I am following this issue for last 60 days, no resolution. It seems jio team is unable to resolve the issue. I am supposed to get refund from my previous connection as a voucher. After 125 days no voucher. The statement the voucher is processed is wrong.

  For over a week, @JioCare has failed to fix our ONT despite repeated complaints. Your engineers keep ignoring our available time slots and instead insist on visiting only at their own convenience. Multiple calls to customer care have achieved nothing.
