  @JioCare @DoT_India @reliancejio Still no resolution. ...really so bad company very very rubbish all the staff...as well jio company so bad and poor ....I think all the staff are enjoying summer vacation instead of their job work..go to hell everyone of JIO staff/company....

  Internet has been unusable for the last 1 week with pathetic speed. Every time I contact support, I get the same fake “will be fixed in 4 hours” reply. Still not resolved. Paid for full month but no proper service. Who will compensate for this? Completely unacceptable. @JioCare

  @reliancejio,@JioCare Dear Reliance Jio, I’ve been facing extremely poor network issues for the past few months and it’s honestly unbearable now. Even with a tower just ~250m from my home, I barely get 1 signal bar — calls drop constantly and the internet is almost unusable.

  @JioCare what do u want me to do suffer or port to other network @airtelindia. If u don't have a good network in a posh area like Bandra West i can imagine how poor ur network will be across india. When the govt doesn't do anything this is what companies like jio do to their customers.
