  Jio network is wrost network in my life that i used jio sim . Very poor network , the #outgoing_calls and #incoming_calls also stoped due to bad network @reliancejio

  Day 6 The problem isn't the time they are taking. The problem is, in last 5 days, I saw several teams like airtel and siti etc. working BUT I didn't see a single worker from team jio. @reliancejio @JioCare The sms says, "our team is working continuously" "भाई कुछ शर्म है!!!"

  @reliancejio they never come promptly. I lodged a complaint on the 12th, and no one has turned up yet.

  I want to cancel my jiofiber subscription as i am leaving the city, there’s no way to do that on jio fiber app, tried calling customer care but IVR also dont have option also no option to talk with human support, please help me cancel it asap @JioCare @reliancejio

  What a shame for @JioCare @reliancejio! I have been experiencing terrible internet speeds on JioFiber for the past week. Despite charging so much money, if this is the kind of service you provide, it is absolutely unacceptable.

  @JioCare You’re saying there are “many users,” but this is a small village. The network works fine as soon as I move onto the main road. The problem is only near my home and in my lane, where the signal is so poor that even talking on a call is difficult. Please don’t give generic excuse.

  @reliancejio I paid ₹1.1K to a JioFiber provider whose number was shared by the Jio team. Now I’m neither getting the connection nor a refund, and the person has stopped responding to calls/msgs. Please investigate this urgently and help resolve the issue. I have payment proof.
