    Jio network is wrost network in my life that i used jio sim . Very poor network , the #outgoing_calls and #incoming_calls also stoped due to bad network @reliancejio

    @JioCare Thank you JioFiber for teaching me advanced networking. Internet down? Change Wi-Fi name. Still down? Change password. Still down? Change both. Who knew SSIDs and passwords were the root cause of all internet connectivity issues? Reference: MR0001R5A9RJ

    @reliancejio @JioCare After 4 days 3 Jio "Engineers" visited my place, inspected the equipment+wires for 40 minutes, reset the Router twice. But the problem of low coverage(range) is still unresolved. Ur local Serv. Head Vikram Pathak is incapable of providing any solution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare requesting jiofiber postpaid connectn since a week, but technician saying no jiofiber cable in jaynagar 7th block,when I did register for installation through app,person assigned cancelling request,hw jio fiber forgot to attend sch basic issues ? #jiofiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio What kind of engineers do jio hire. No mobile internet network since 2 days. Just one answer network congestion. Without resolution the complaint gets resolved by @JioCare 😡

    @JioCare Understood. However, I need a clear commitment now. Last time, my rebate request was denied after resolution. Can Jio confirm in writing that I will receive a full refund of the amount paid? I have already suffered significant losses due to this outage.

    @NashraRizwan8 @reliancejio @JioCare Yes you are absolutely right, for the network problem I am complaining about since December 25 and still there is nothing done by Jio.

    @JioCare Well one came today could do nothing except chipping wire inserting it again then restarted modem and made few calls. Let me know who is responsible for sorting glitch of myJioapp and who would resolve issue with fluctuating Internet

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio What non-sense is this!! I got an Airfiber Plus connection installed on 26.05.2026 and since very that day your system is facing temporary outage 24x7. Nobody cares about resolution. Your CSE keep the call on hold always. #worstservice

    JioFiber's service is pathetic. When I call customer support, the IVR just gives scripted responses with no option to speak to an assistant. Even on JioCare WhatsApp, the assistant insists on solving the issue itself
