    Jio network is wrost network in my life that i used jio sim . Very poor network , the #outgoing_calls and #incoming_calls also stoped due to bad network @reliancejio

    @JioCare Check the DM. They are saying that service engineer will arrive on 18th August... This is not acceptable at all... What do we do for 1 week without internet...?? Will you give us extra 10 days...?? Will you refund the money...??

    @reliancejio Purchased a new sim from myjio app. Tried using it in my old 2g phone as i dowant to use internet on that phone at all, didn't work. Spoke to an extremely unpleasant person 'jyotikiran' at customer care who informed me that jio will only work

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare "Sun Raha Hai Naa Tu... Ro Raha Hu Main." This line perfectly describes my experience with Jio.So-called Jio 5G network, is unfortunately not even performing like a 3G network. Frequent signal loss, call failures, and extremely slow internet become a daily experience @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Business Day 12: Another day has passed, yet no refund. For 12 working days, I’ve heard only β€œwait a few business days.” Jio failed to provide the service, cancelled the order, and is now delaying my refund. Process it immediately.

    @JioCare We have not had any calls, so how can we say it's time for the call? Also, the customer support contact at 18008969999 is not reachable. Worst customer support.
