Jio network is wrost network in my life that i used jio sim . Very poor network , the #outgoing_calls and #incoming_calls also stoped due to bad network @reliancejio

@sainirishabh23 @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio My friend lost her phone yesterday now your customer care refusing to deactivate the services of that jio no. And cut my call. I'm trying from last two days. It's totally poor experience with you. Who's liable if any scam or froud happened from that no.

@reliancejio @JioCare From the last 5 months, I am patiently waiting for resolution for the complaint. ServaI emails & DMs still no response. Finally logged complaint in consumer forum and will later sue for this, hopefully, you understood value of consumers' money & time #jio
