Jio network is wrost network in my life that i used jio sim . Very poor network , the #outgoing_calls and #incoming_calls also stoped due to bad network @reliancejio

@JioCare @Secretary_DoT ji see what is happening all still solve the problem not being done no answer jio company has more fraud how to make payment won't solve. Harassment of the consumer. Jio has been deputed, should attend to complaints because we the subscribers pay his salary.

@reliancejio would love to explore your home broadband with Mesh ! Have been online with @airtelindia black dedicated call center for the last 18 mins and they are clueless. This is the 3rd day and after their 48 hours promise. Service is my priority.

Poor experience at Jio Stores in Nashik. Store managers asking to visit at different times due to unavailability of POS device through which eSIM is processed. Upon visiting another store, manager said “your KYC details are showing invalid. @JioCare

@JioCare Hi, my internet connection is restored so you can cancel any visit, but pls ensure that your personnel don't lie to your customers and you. The engineer didn't care when he confronted him on call and dared us to do whatever we can, very disturbing.
