    @JioCare Bhavana, Priyanka, kavita at times i can tell you guys are not sure of resolution of my refund issue, is that y when I request to give me no. of days no one reply back? Pls get this refund issue fixed ASAP in couple of days 🙏🙏

    @reliancejio @JioCare The network in Salchapra, Cachar district (Assam) has been terrible for the last two days. Forget 5G, I’m not even getting proper 4G. Such pathetic service from Jio

    @JioCare @JioCare this is the 8th day and even today the service has not been restored. The technician refused to fix the issue. What are we supposed to do ? Looks like the escalation has no impact so far.

    I got the ₹699 JioHotstar Annual Mobile plan in Nov 2025 (valid till Nov’26). It included Hollywood content, & I’ve been watching it without any issues. Today, suddenly, Hollywood content was blocked and I’m asked to upgrade to the ₹2,099 Premium plan. @JioHotstar @JioCare
