  @reliancejio my number data service is finished due to using 1.5 gb before 12 pm ok but my service restored at 1.34 in night why it's not fair give me explanation

  @JioCare You are messaging me here... and the same all your customer care was telling me but could not give the resolution. And now I don't want your solution because I moved to airtelfiber they provided me service within 5 hours. Really the worst service you provide.

  @JioCare Suraj - 20 days are more than enough to fix the issue. Jio service level in Noida is deteriorating. After making payment to jio (now regretting), I got to know that Airtel service in our area is far better than jio.

  @k71118081 @reliancejio Yes, their all customer care is worst... they always promise to resolve the issue, their internal system is worst they are making me foolish from 31 July till now. I called them many times till now.. but they say the same things, so I moved to Airtelfibre and money was wasted.

  @JioCare So you don't have a escalation system for a customer to raise the issue. A whole day has gone me reaching out to @JioCare & yet I am not able to find concern team who is responsible to fix it & no one from jiocare has reached out to check even what is the problem I am facing 😡

  @JioCare no mobile network coverage inside home .location Chennai .lot of inconvenience .if no action taken , have to change the operator .I am postpaid as well as prepaid customer .
