    Hello @JioCare it’s been one week that my Jio fiber is not working. I am making continuously compliant and doing call to customer care but no response from their side since one week. Is this how you give your service to customer. It’s really pathetic that I am not able to do office related work.

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare@jiocare I have raised multiple complaints regarding my JioFiber connection being out of service, but no technician has visited yet. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved 052231575588

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Tanya I understand the advance-rent model. But that doesn’t answer my concern. I paid ₹760 on 18 Aug, yet my service stopped after just 12 days. Please explain what period that ₹760 payment covered and why my service was disconnected on 30 Aug.

    @JioCare Please stop with the automated messages and help resolve this soon. This is really frustrating having to follow up like this when I have paid for the connection and still it’s not completed. Kindly get me the deadline by when this will be completed.

    @BSNL_GJ Your network is very poor at my area, otherwise I definitely port my SIM from @reliancejio to BSNL. JIO and BSNL both are same here. Manorath residency,sayli road, Silvassa 396230
