@reliancejio @JioCare very poor service,after numerous service request for ‘no Internet’ for past 2 days….still no resolution! And on top of it, without engineer visit, the matter gets resolved on its own!!….what a joke!

@JioCare How was the service request SR00001DH6CB resolved? While today it has been more than 9day but no one has come for installation,nor did anyone call me for redressal of my complaint, still the service request SR00001DH6CB has been closed without any action.This is the worst service

There are basic problems while using the internet my no., please solve them immediately. Even the jio app is not opening to complain. There is no internet facility even to give feedback after customer care call. @JioCare

Without any information OTT subscription charges added in my postpaid bill. My previous year avg bill was 470 and now only current month bill is 1989.....please help @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI
