    Dear @JioCare There seems to a serious problem in your customer care service itself? I said in the DM my location didn't seem to be an issue but there was a reply that talked of 'my complaint regarding my location not covered by network' and that it is rare.

    Writing an email from website got me an email that in turn asks me to either use Jio App or Jiocare whatsapp which again are just maze in themselves. For numbers that are totally not working you need a straightforward way to resolve customer issues.

    @JioCare I raised this complaint on 24th Jan for the Jiofiber slow speed issue SR000013SLNJ the complaint was closed without any action. I did not expect such a pathetic bad service from Jio. Did you train your technical team to close the request without any action.

    @JioCare The Jio Store numbers 1800 889 9999 and 198 could not not help; no straight forward way to get directly to customer care executives.
