    @JioCare hello jio care, I hve applied for new jio fiber connection in mohali. KYC and payment is done on 18 jan. I am still waiting for installation. Could you please look into this ? I am not getting any solution for the same. Order ID NO0000K3YE99.

    @JioCare I did complaint for the device collect for 3-4 times and service request raised for 3 times and there been a long time of 25 days, still I'm waiting for resolution. I didn't thought for this type of poor resolution. JioFiber Service ID 299848182718
