  @reliancejio @JioCare What is the point of providing timing to user whne you guys want to do as per your flexibility? and if I am not available between 1-2 how you guys going to resolve it? Haven't seen such a degraded service with respect to user in any other platform.

  @JioCare The manager is now alleging that the router has been damaged by me so either I pay for the damages or take a new connection. This is the situation and service quality after 11 days of service disruption.

  Dear @JM_Scindia @TRAI the situation of telecom services in India is alarmingly poor telecom companies are repeatedly increasing charges while calls are dropping internet is slow. I called my brother's @reliancejio line on whatsapp & the call dropped 10times in 5 minutes.
