There's so bad network of jio since last three days and this thing keeps on repeating despite giving complaints. @DoT_India please take necessary actions on this matter. The time period jio provides for resolving the issue is not acceptable One can't even make a call @JioCare

@JioCare This same statement is made by your team every time I contact customer care or write an email. Why am I not contacted by concerned team if there's a ticket raised. It seems customer has to follow up by themselves and Its more than 10 days already where cease order is completed.

@reliancejio Since there was a network issue the whole day i.e on 11/10/2022 will the company extend a the validity of our monthly pack by a day or will it jus brush aside this issue.. Hope Jio take this into consideration…
