    Last 6 month from 8pm to 9am internet is very slow, even no access. Customer care refuse to complain, and told me it is tempurary.on that time they are not available also. Jio is not providing service to their customer. . #jio @JioCare @airtelindia @DoT_India.

    @JioCare @relianceindltd @RelianceJioCare I believe jio is not providing the Internet for FREE. We are paying for it. Just give some service for taking money.

    @JioCare @JioCare - can you let me a practical reason which is stopping you fom getting the address changed on post paid connection. This issue has existed for several months.

    @reliancejio @PrimeVideoIN @YehHaiMirzapur Worst and pathetic customer support I have ever experience and they claimed 5th trusted brand all over the world. My number have been suspended even after made payment the day before. I connected to their customer support on 198, firstly their exe named Poonam behaved rudely

    @JioCare i had a jio sim and two days ago I port in to airtel Due to low internet speed of jio . And now i had an hotstar vip subscription of 1 year that I took through jio and now my hotstar is not working i want you to solve my issue as i paid for 1 year not for 6 months .
