  Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

  U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare Yes service request is open but I’m afraid it will be closed like other 3 requests which were closed without any visit or fixing the problem. Every time it automatically gets rescheduled and lastly closed without any solution.

  @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber's after-sales service is pathetic. The internet on my JioFiber connection at GK-1 has been down for the last two days, and this issue keeps recurring every 15 days. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
