There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

The wifi and tv failed soon after installation and I have had called the customer care 5 times, still they are not raising the issue. Now I can't even call on that number. In mails getting only system generated replies.

All complaint made in past 1 week for my connection were closed by engineer without even visiting the site. Problem persist but call center executive says the problem is resolved. Shame
