    @reliancejio @JioCare network problem any time in my location . Internet connection problem when u fix it I’m already complain in customer care but no one response. U cheating me on my data I’m not using too much internet but u cut my all data with out using resolve issues

    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi, I do not know the name. But I have the phone number - 9231051390. He told my father that if he get some additional amount, he will install the device otherwise he will cancel the request citing feasibility issues. There is a vendor and a technician. both are involved.

    @JioCare finally I have forced to port my number from jio to other operator due to worst ever mobile internet experience net is so poor that even as of now i am using wifi connection to tweet this msg now you can realise your service , in city like hyderabad

    @JioCare I appreciate the response, but the issue is exactly why I’m considering switching to Vi. Vi provides unlimited data and calling with a reliable network experience. If I’m paying for a service, I expect consistent connectivity, not just 5G claims while 4G remains unreliable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare paid ₹2,221 for a Jio Home 6 days ago installation not done. Despite repeatedly caling customer care, I am only being told to “wait” with no confirmed installation date. If you cannot install the connection,cancel order and refund 2,221. #JioFiber #JioHome

    I time to say Bye-Bye @JioCare . I complained abt the network in June. Jio said the 5G issue would be fixed within 10–15 days. But it’s been almost 2 months, Forget 5G, even 4G doesn’t work properly. If 5G isn’t available, then why are you selling 5G plans? no more assurances.
