    U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare network problem any time in my location . Internet connection problem when u fix it I’m already complain in customer care but no one response. U cheating me on my data I’m not using too much internet but u cut my all data with out using resolve issues

    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    @JioCare I am not able to talk to your customer care even...what is the procedure to close this connection and what is the amount i will get as a refund from my last recharge..plus guide me what is the compensation for loss of this 3 days of services?

    @JioCare recently installed JioFiber at my home. Since the installation day the connection gets disconnected now & then. Now the internet speed is pathetic and moreover there is no customer service for the quick wifi resolution.

    @JioCare I have already received similar assurances multiple times, but there is still no actual resolution, no engineer visit, and no confirmed timeline. The service request SR000035UWAZ remains pending well beyond the promised time. Please escalate this urgently🙏

    @JioCare I reported is specifically regarding privacy and harassment concerns arising from calls being placed to numbers . Requesting additional sensitive information such as complete residen, and other personal data appears excessive and disproportionate to the nature of the complaint.

    @JioCare As a customer, I do not consent to sharing unnecessary personal information beyond what is reasonably required for verification. I request Jio to address the concern based on the already available account details and investigate why third-party/family contact numbers .

    @JioCare Details have been shared via DM as requested. The outage remains unresolved despite repeated follow-up, and there has been no concrete update. This prolonged service disruption is unacceptable. Kindly resolve on priority and confirm restoration ETA immediately
