    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare network problem any time in my location . Internet connection problem when u fix it I’m already complain in customer care but no one response. U cheating me on my data I’m not using too much internet but u cut my all data with out using resolve issues

    Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

    @reliancejio @JioCare one of the worst support, going to switch to another provider like airtel, youbroad or gtpl once my 6 months plan completes. No response it's been more than 10 days of my relocation request. And also charged me on top of my prepaid 6 months plan. Very bad!

    @JioCare I sent my number 2 days ago,no call frm you yet.Also placed complaint 3 days ago on jio app for engineer visit,still no one visited yet,infact the visit was scheduled for today but no one came. U guys are really pathetic and hv no respect for customers. Money minded buggers

    @JioCare And still now no backend team has contacted only service engineers are coming and leaving Adding fuel to fire we have received bill request today to pay next month bill Only way i am seeing right now is exit from the worst jio service and take services from other vendors

    @JioCare Priyanka, in last 2+ month all I heard many SR in process, will resolved at the earliest. I got 0 refund resolution in months. Can u guarantee today I will receive refund if not U will pay? U won't cuz u know it. U guys fooling me, in urgent time doing such is a shame

    @JioCare Shradha, all these 2+ months so many SR's no outcome same reply while asking for the update, NO REFUND SAME CIRCLE OF FOOLING. ENOUGH TRANSFER THE REFUND TODAY OR WHO HAS CONFIDENCE OF RESOLUTION LOAN ME REFUND AMT BY GPAY, ELSE SAY IT TODAY THAY REFUND WILL NOT COME
