U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

@JioCare After you pay to JioFiber they show their true colors We are paying p.m. 1000₹ with settop box 2500₹ but no service from jio. Escalated to appellate authority, but no response for 3 weeks. Now they're giving settop box free to new unsuspecting customers to loot them.

@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I have made payment for Jio Fiber on 11th May 2 PM and now iam being informed that there is technical issue so we can't imstall jio fiber now. Either refund my money or install connection, this is very pathatic experience.Details shared in DM

@reliancejio You dont repair routers. Customers don't have any option but to buy a new connection (Jio Fiber) @1500₹. You say the customer will get #FullRefund on the old (non-working) router. Its a lie! #RelianceJio doesn't refund on such routers. The customer gets cheated.
