There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

Syed Sabihur Rahman (@Sabihur) reported@JioCare took 1200 for Jio router shifting after confirming feasibility at the new location. Later said relocation not feasible. Do @reliancegroup and @reliancejio have to scam customers and loot 1200 to sustain themselves? Customer care unresponsive.
