  Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

  U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare I have replied. I would like to inform that this is not an app or website or mobile issue. It is Jio 5G network issue. Slow internet with even with full 5G signal in my area on all 10 Jio numbers in my family.

  @JioCare The network issue in our area has still not been resolved. Kindly arrange to fix it as soon as possible. The Jio tower has been out of service, and hundreds of customers are facing serious inconvenience. All of us have recharged with 5G plans, but we only receive a 4G network.
