U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio I recharge my jio number at 7.04 pm so my 1.5gb data pack suppose to activate at that time..It's 12.20am now still not active.why you took our money from us.. Disgusting service..

.@JioCare How do I turn off my Jio Caller Tune ? Despite the tower next to my house and the phone having a full network, but @reliancejio Net runs like 2G. Fix the problem: If not, I will port the SIM very soon.

@JioCare - After much disappointment because of no resolution provided by @JioCare I have decided to port out to other service provider. All you people provided was lame excuses such as ipl is on, cricket is going to be always on if you can't provide 4g speed why claim it?
