U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare what rubbish customer service you have. Have subscribed to data plan with free ott. However, Amazon prime never works. Your customer care is useless asking to connect Amazon without any entitlement id.

@JioCare so basically, i have to be 24*7 available, at the beck and call of your engineers, to repair my wifi. Is there any lower that you guys can go? What do you say in your training, **** the customer, look at your convenience?

@JioCare I will be posting every interaction I have with Jio Customer Care here. Have read horror stories on Twitter already. So want to document everything. If issue is resolved, as you have promised, by today, I'll update that too. At this point, i don't believe your empty assurances.
