There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

I then contacted Jio Customer Care, and another representative visited my location. Instead of shifting the existing connection, I was advised to take a new Jio AirFiber connection.
