U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

@JioCare It is not happening and as per discussion with Asst Manager Mr Aman Sahoo, he denied to provide remote. Howevr i mentioned that its not physically damaged. Now i do nt want to use jio fiber. pls terminate connection on immediate basis & return my amount on prodata basis.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have initiated request for a new post paid sim through myjio app such a poor and fraud service provided by representative Raj Mishra from Jio office Sirathu kaushambi UP, he also taken my phone and closed the IVR without delivering me the sim.

@JioCare @reliancejio Unable to replace damage SIM due to incorrect details of previously submitted documents. The site says to any alternative documents but the system isn't accepting new documents as well as giving error for a photo mismatch of a documents 10 years old. Help!
