  Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

  Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

  U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare I have never seen such bad customer care ever. Neither the email, nor the customer care on the phone cares about the issue. They just want to wash their handoff the issue and prove its customers issue even if it's theirs. I feel pity rn, seeinf such awfull customer care

  @JioCare What the hell is wrong with you guys? I have been experiencing the same issue since the beginning of the month and yet it is not resolved. I'm always been told that it will be sorted in next 24 hours . I don't know how do you calculate 24 hours.
