I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

This is happening across multiple devices and is seriously impacting my work as a software engineer. Cloud connections and terminal sessions are constantly affected. I’ve called support multiple times and spoken to 5–10 executives, but nobody is actually resolving the problem. Everyone just repeats, “Your router is healthy.” I didn’t call to hear whether the router is healthy. I called because the service I’m paying for is not working properly. I’ve already wasted around an hour on support calls, including calls being disconnected without a resolution. Please fix this issue, or I’ll discontinue JioFiber.
