Dear @JioCare The network strength in my area is so low that it's very hard for mobile to get the network service in the Govt Hospital Area, Of Bijepur. Please look upon it, Otherwise i will be bound to switch my service provider. Village-Bijepur,Pin-768032,Near- Tahasil Office.

U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

I have taken Jio fiber new connection on 12-09-2021 but still since 3 days I m getting msg for installation but nobody is coming to install the router how poor service has been provided by Jio . Getting worried now for further things @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare Guys your so called 4g network doesn't even provide 1mbps in a taluka like Khanapur in Karnataka, where as Airtel is providing 10-15mbps. Working from home witb Jio is impossible, please improve your services here.
