  Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

  U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

  My complaint number is SR00003D85XJ. My home internet connection has not been working for the last 3 days. The complaint was registered on 05/08/2026, but the issue is still unresolved. Kindly treat this as urgent and restore my internet service as soon as possible. @JioCare

  @JioCare Please arrange the installation as soon as possible and share the engineer's contact details. I am disappointed. Instead of resolving my complaint, my installation has been postponed to 8 August. I waited the entire day today based on the promised appointment. (2/3)
