  @perfectakkee @JioCare I had some experience when my account got issues, I contacted the customer support team for more than a week, but they wouldn't reply me.....not until I got referred to @CODER_ETH1 on twitter and he helped me retrieve my account

  @JioCare When you announce an outage resolution in some area via SMS, why the fibre at home is still not working even after 100 reboots of router? When raise a complain, u ask to wait 48hrs.. ridiculous @reliancejio

  @JioCare Hi, I have been facing issue in sending text message to non-jio number. Today I raised a complaint for it but after few hours I got a message from jio, that issue is resolved. But I continue to face the issue with no help from jio yet. High time to port to @airtelindia
