    @JioCare Miss Purnima, Network issue is occurring with my all 5 jio numbers(incoming and outgoing calls) and my neighbor's numbers since last 1 month. Your worst service provider hasn't fix it till now. WORST

    WTF is wrong with @reliancejio . 4g works like 2g after I cross 50% mark evn bfor it smtimes.This has been going on for months!In Delhi as well as in Patna (Im here since march). So don't give that bullshit excuse that it must be my area!cuz its happening in 2 diff states!

    @JioCare I request to everyone dont take jio Fibernet... They simply came to your house fix the connection without proper net like in a day the 10 hours speed is in kbps two days I have taken holiday they don't care no proper solution my jio fiber no. is - 3813562463

    @reliancejio Third class service in Patna. 2 years of complaint about two locations, 1 in Patna, another in Delhi. No resolution yet. Bananas seems cheaper.

    @JioCare (1/2) backup to your mobile base station located in Koilwar (PIN - 802160). Your networking speed is fine & acceptable when it is present. The network disappears completely during power cuts in the area apparently in absence of an effective power backup arrangement.

    Dear jio @reliancejio this is the superfast internet speed providing by you at a superb speed of 10/20 kbps only . I appreciate your effort even after complaining ... But there is no action 🙄 . Too much Poor internet service provided by you in patna.

    Before 10th of January. Your network is supperrb at my location and now your are saying that my location is not adequately covered by your network... Don't make excuse and please fixed it ASAP. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I have recharged my jiofi twice but data not reflected on my account. It says my plan expires on 12 June. Then plans will be auto- activated post current plan expiry. I want it immediately. There is no solution on 18008969999, 18008893333, 18008893999, my jio app(1)

    @JioCare My jio number 9771718996 It is almost 7 days since the internet went down and there is no way to know why the internet is down. Could not even contact customer care through toll free.

    In my location above six months internet speed is very low. When I call customer care they always told that already we doing a work on network issue in your area. And last they told that in 3 month your problem solved My mobile no. 952523004@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare I paid for a 12-month prepaid plan in good faith, yet I am being denied the unused validity because of a process your representative instructed me to follow. A customer should not suffer a financial loss due to incorrect guidance provided by Jio’s own representative.

    @JioCare I request an immediate review by a senior authority and a fair resolution. If this matter continues to remain unresolved despite repeated follow-ups and submission of all required details, I will be constrained to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance forum

    @JioCare Service Disruption Request ID: SR00003B6L07 your engineer is postponing visit since two days - Month of July no internet for almost 7-9 days - will you extend the billing date by 7 days as internet is down. Also please issue a AIR FIBER for our building.
