I was initially informed that the issue would be resolved by 9 PM, but I have now received another message saying it may not be fixed until 5 AM tomorrow. But once I recharge, the internet barely works. The speed is extremely slow on both 4G and 5G. I’m suffering losses because of this. Who is going to take responsibility for that? Whenever I contact them, they simply say, “It will be fixed soon.” They have been repeating the same thing for the last two years. On top of that, it’s extremely difficult to even reach customer care. And when you finally get connected after 15 minutes, you still don’t get any proper resolution. This is incredibly frustrating.
