Your networking speed is fine & acceptable when it is present. The network disappears completely during power cuts in the area apparently in absence of an effective power backup arrangement.

No signal, no data, continuous network failure. This is causing serious disruption. Request immediate technical intervention and restoration of services in the Viman Nagar area without further delay.
