    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI i try to tel many times i need request number but they not giving request number that i can follow, call and they ask what's your problem. if get request number i can say for checking my request number all are ass in @JioCare useless fellow illiterate

    @JioCare hello there! I've been using jio for so long in a different city.but here im not even getting enough speed to open a page or YouTube videos! When i talked to customer care executive,they said they're resolving this issue ,but still im facing the same issue.@TRAI @JioCar

    @reliancejio i am complaining to jio costumer care since from 1 years. Still their is no improvement in speed. I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

    @JioCare My download speed is less than 1 Mbps and on few occasions it goes up to 1.5 .But not above that never.

    @reliancejio I have got an issue of Internet The speed here in my area is as slow as tortoise.I don't know when it's going to get better I have complained many times but still I could get no action from your side .Plz try to work on it .I am just fed off of jio service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI We all pay money for better network for use internet not for keep for show i have jio and i have 399 and 448 plan you have to provide good network and customer care for hear customers not to reply like computer . all are thief third class person chor

    @JioCare Started this thread on 6 May & had no resolution still. There have been 3-4 diffrnt complaints since with no support from customer support as usual. Not only Jio’s service is bad, it’s customer service doesn’t support too. Switching to #airtel back. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio I hv taken new jio fibre connection. surprised installations not completed since 10 days past. poor CC service. lack of skilled operators.offers not yet delivered. perhaps I hv done mistake .

    @JioCare what is the problem with jio will they refund my money or not its being going to complete 6 months from the date i had disconected my jio fiber .this is the way jio treat there customers such a worst company i had ever seen .

    @JioCare Hi Jio Team, No one returned back on the concerned raised. I have given all the required details over DM to address the issue unfortunately no update on it even after 7 days. I have to explain the issue again and again Every time I DM to know update on my issue.
