Later he said he’d come again, but now he’s not answering my calls. My work is being affected because of this. Worst service!

Complaints are ignored, solutions are delayed, and customers are left helpless. This is not the standard expected from a company like Jio. Better I'll go for airtel instead of this.

Since then, despite 10–15+ follow-ups, there has been NO restoration, NO engineer visit, NO meaningful update
