    @JioCare @reliancejio You have the worst network. No Indoor coverage, Your 5G is new 2G. Call drops are common these days. Kept saying hello hello...Called many times to your customer care, but sadly they have the answer which has been taught to them during the training.

    @JioCare @JioCare It has been 1 month and I am still receiving the same copy-paste assurances.This month has gone in frustration, stress, and suffering. My fundamental right to live in a peaceful and healthy environment is being taken as joke. Stop ignoring this serious and health issue.

    @JioCare Worst router, worst service, and worst customer support by JioFiber. After router replacement, landline and JioJoin still don’t work. Router shows offline, password can’t be changed, and every team says “backend issue” without fixing anything. Customers are beingtroubled

    @JioCare Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. More than 15 days passed but still no installation and no proper response. Only automated replies are coming. If not resolved immediately, I will file complaint in Consumer Forum and request full refund.

    The issue which I was facing on my location has not been resolved yet, By just Assuring Consumers That It Will Will Resolved shortly Is Giving Them False Hope And wasting The Money Which Consumers Had Spent On their Reacharge plans. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare Please note that this HOLD is NOT PER MY REQUEST. the technician visited the place and noticed there was an issue in the wire line connection outside and promised to call back after checking with customer care. but never came back/switched off the mobile.

    @JioCare Hi Team,Need portability assistance. Moved from Vodafone to Jio,Received the sim a week ago from Jio,but not yet activated. Have tried calling for assistance in Hotline numbers multiple times,no one can assist to get it activated. Vodafone much better. Worst experience.
