@JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service for jio fiber. U have given option of mobikwik wallet for recharge and I gone along for my jiofiber recharge and stucked my amount in mobikwik wallet as recharge is not completed due to technical error. For past 2 days I'm suffering.

@JioCare I am waiting for the refund... Guys please do not buy jio fiber. I will send this message in my Society group. I have paid Rs.4000 and sent msgs on twitter more than 30 times. called on ur customer care more than 9 times but u guys have only one reply that refund in under process
