    @JioCare Nobody is working your engineers does not care at all. We are working from home and this needs to be fixed on priority. While taking connections jio promises on no fluctuations or disconnections but when a user faces any issue nobody is there to address.

    Extremely disappointing service by Jio, half the time I don't receive calls, when I do, I can't hear the other person or vice versa. This is extremely frustrating in middle of important work and emergency situations, have to switch to WhatsApp for reliable calling. @JioCare

    How many times should I request to get response from u r side .Only u ask for us to DM but in DM no response i have mailed as well but no response. Indirectly u PPL encouranging us to get ported to other network? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi I have raised repeated complaints on phone and email that I have been charged for roaming in Bangladesh when I was in Meghalaya. Front desk keep opening complaint and back end keep closing without reading it.
