    I have been facing a connectivity issue with my Jio AirFiber service (Phone: +91-5922356414) for the last 7 days. There has been no internet connectivity during this period. Kindly arrange engineering support at the earliest to resolve the issue. @JioCare

    @JioCare Another promised deadline missed. You assured an update by 15 June, but no call, no message, nothing. Installation dates on 8 June and 14 June were also missed. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one explains the actual reason for the delay. Extremely disappointing service.

    Dear @JioCare My refund for cancelled order of air fibre NO0001DBWP5W has been pending for over 1.5 months. Service Request SR000037UOSD was raised, and I was informed that the refund would be processed by 15 June, but there has been no update and no response from your team.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioStb Kindly refer the request ID CO0001SV7R1V and assign engineer to install STB, if you and your team is not enough capable to provide service on time then why you guys took 5 month advance from your customers? Please install the STB today itself.
