    @JioCare Thank you If my issue is not resolve today... I would certainly port my whole family's 15-20 airtel connections and Wifi to Jio. And I'll make sure I take Airtel to court for causing irreparable damage and mental harassment due to this blocked incoming calls...

    @JioCare My JioFiber Wi-Fi (Registered No.: +91-5483563346) is not working. I've already raised a complaint but still haven't received any update or service. Very disappointing and one of the worst customer service experiences. Please resolve this ASAP.

    @JioCare I paid for JioFiber, but your ground staff disconnected my connection without informing me. Recharging a non-functional connection is nothing but a waste of a customer's money. Refund my recharge or issue a 1-year validity voucher. Hold the responsible staff accountable
