I have tried all the possible troubleshooting steps, but the issue still persists and the TV is not functioning. @JioCare @JioCare she was constantly asking me to jist wait.. she told me 24 hours have not been passed and you have to wait, but the reality is that it been 2 days now and for sure it will not be fixed today as technician couldnt identify the issue.. such a shame..

HIGH ALERT / FRAUD REGARDING JIO AIRFIBER INSTALLATION @JioCare @reliancejio I paid ₹807 online for Jio Fiber on Saturday (Order No: I55116826500387 / NO0001ETOVIK). The agent came, cancelled it saying technical feasibility issue, and promised a refund. Refund is still pending!

@reliancejio @reliancejio my message stayed pending despite having network coverage. If this is your 5G service, it is unacceptable. And if the phone is connected to 4G, the experience is no better. Surprisingly, other operators provide much more stable and reliable service in my area.
