@JioCare - How much time would you need to resolve these requests from different phone numbers: SR000015G14B (payment not reflecting), SR000015JE8Z (incorrect credit), SR000015G3V0 (autopay issue) and SR00015G3WX (autopay issue). Customer srvc is unable to fix them since 2 weeks.

@reliancejio network is poor in pincode 629001 Catherine Booth hospital & surrounding areas. Has deteriorated progressively in 18 months. Airtel has consistently improved. I get better speed on Airtel mobile hotspot compared to Jio dongle. What's the use of a purpose built modem!

@JioCare Really disappointed with the speed of jio . Still no resolution in our area. Your internet speed is 100 to 300 kpbs can you imagine. Only adding subscribers don't make you no.1 give the service give the speed. All ate useless. Even your network engineer is dumb.
