Without having used much of internet how is it that everyday data gets exhausted by mid of day. Inspite of 2GB top up, it shows 90% data exhausted. While half the day, I haven’t used the phone today. Worse is your employees don't respond to mails or answer calls. Teach them basic courtesy and essentials of customer service.

Every time I call customer care, the call gets disconnected after entering my AirFiber number with the same message that a network issue is being resolved in my area.

I warned them that if they called again, I would take the matter to consumer court for consumer harassment. After that, the calls stopped completely.
