Always network strength 60-70 in our capital of odisha,location is vss nagar road, b/l colony,vss nagar, bhubaneswar,odisha 751007.after contacting care ,he says "time lagega".he don't say how many days fix it. @reliancejio @JioCare

Hlo @DoT_India please look into my problem. I am using @reliancejio sim and it's network is pathetic. I have lodged a complain several times but no action is taken. Now they have hiked the price too. No matter we will pay the amount but but we need to be provided with best.

Jio fiber is down. First they want a diagnostic app to be run. It shows all is ok even when the router is physically out of electricity. After waiting 10 mins to reach exec, the customer care executive asks if I want the issue to be solved.@reliancejio @JioCare #jio_fiber_sucks
