    @JioCare After good conversation with one of your installation service manager, I wanted to opt for installation, but team is not ready to install the DP box at my premises. Instead they want to lay down the fibre wire across the street, making it look ugly our city. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegro jio provides worst service 😡😡 I was taken 3 jio fiber connection then i was cancelled my all connections in thier 30 days free trial period but my refund was stuck from 2 months 😡

    @JioCare really bad customer service... Like hell, I sent email to jiocare and received autoresponse, do u have living employees or just automated system, do call me back with resolution, #JioFiberScam cheating customer for 1000 by rotating them in process

    @JioCare Jio Fiber ID is 400122279930. Cannot understand why so tough to relocate within same apartment complex. Numerous times technician has visited but he claims there is some incorrect information in "IT back end" which no one is able to resolve. Please help! Thank you!

    @JioCare I closed my trial for the jiofiber, called csr and they told to return at nearby jio center... Like hell you guys are harassing a customer and I'm sorry I will not use jio services in future.. already deducted 1000 bucks earlier, #Scam

    @JioCare I am facing this problem sence last 5 days I have complain in customer care but they are not provideing the complain I'd now I can't make a call also first listen the wonderful music then cut the phone worst service I have ever sence

    @JioCare Why private let it be publicly, you guys are making fool their customers with name of 4G, there is no network and informed you multiple times, but you guys sleeping. Maximum people are porting their connections to other service providers
