    @JioCare How many issues do i elaborate?? Perpetual internet downtime atleast 7days in a month & yet charges r for an entire month!Check d connection in d name of Prashant Bijlani u will know.Arrogant,adamant & audacious CC execs. Perpetual non availability of service engineers vn needed.

    @reliancejio Jio doesn't take care of customer service; they are irritating for recharges but not improving network service to use basic internet I am one of the victims.If I am not recharging my number, they always bother me to recharge with the threat of closing my number.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I call 10times in customer care till now but everyone says it will be reversed we escalate the concern. Everyone liying. Jio is such a trusted network but this type of gap somewhere questionable for user. Why my payment not reversed.
