    @JioCare where to resolve a simple issue? Chat guys routed to app, app not responding. Called helpline, arrogant exc made it clear that you have to get it downloaded thru app. Sent a mail to email team. Now waiting for response

    Day 25 @reliancejio , Mukesh Ambani Mobile data issue in Trichy 620020 Please improve your pathetic data service in the area. we are paying for 4G data, atleast give 3G. This issue is long pending now and getting worse day by day.

    while @JioCare has a good network coverage, they completely wear you down with TWO sms notifications AND email notifications for everything. guys, calm down. don’t spam your customers with 3 messages for the same thing.

    Dear @reliancejio Can you call me? I have an issue. Your 1991 number is pathetic and the worst service ever seen. How most of our few dumb Indians use your network I don't know.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Amazon prime is not working on my tv,I’hv tried all the ways possible but nothing worked,Amazon prime has nothing to do with it coz its working fine with other networks,both my tv facing same issue..better help me out or I’ll switch to @reliancejio
