    @JioCare A no. of request raised and closed without actual resolution. This is not the first time request is in process. Where the actual resolution on ground? Since 31st May 2026 it's happening.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Complaint Ref: SR000039HGB1 Complaint still not resolved. Internet issue is getting worse day by day. Very poor service and only false promises so far. We pay for service not for excuses. Fix the network immediately or I will port to another provider.

    @JioCare Its a big scam. You dont deliver the sim also not cancel it and also not refund the money. Your cust care team also said it was cancelled and money will be refunded. Had i not chkd i wpuld have tht refund had been done. take action on NO00015GDRF n refund

    Your phone is no longer your phone. It's a battlefield of spam calls, promotional messages, fake loan offers, credit card sales, and scam links. Companies have turned our personal numbers into marketing databases. Privacy is a right, not a privilege. When will we get a real solution to stop spam calls and messages forever? @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @nch1915 @consumercourtin Please stop shifting the burden of investigation onto me. You know which engineer was assigned to my service request—verify the facts with him. The issue is simple: the engineer refused to replace the faulty fiber cable, demanded money, and I continue to face recurring outages.
