  @reliancejio @JioCare I had registered complaints many times and also try to port to another operator. After port message,used to get call from jio saying " it Will be resolved soon" but nothing came out it. This issue are being faced to all people of this area ,not only me.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber internet services down since yesterday & the Co. only flashes message "will be restored at 10.52 pm" & repeats it every 6/8 hrs with time change but retaining the "0.52" in the end. Wow what hi-tech but no resolution or response!!!

  My Jio Set-Top Box has not been working properly for weeks. Despite multiple complaints and following all instructions, the issue is still unresolved. Today, Mr. Vikas from Customer Care refused to arrange an engineer and was also disrespectful. @reliancejio Please resolve this.

  @JioCare Please don't fool the customer again. from Sunday onwards at around 4 pm engineer assigned with name after 30min sheduled withdrawn untill today. Without visit again how you take time for problem solving. I am also an engineer. Whatever kindly tell truth to customer.
