    Network fluctuating at PIN 343029. I just opted jio by kicking @Airtel_Presence but feels like i was wrong. Same problem from @JioCare. Please settle my network problem.

    @JioCare @JioCare is a perfect case of how despite multiple options, there is no way to ensure human intervention when needed. The support email leads to dead links. Automated help services have no resolution. The brand takes money through MyJio app & fails to provide services. Alarming.

    @JioCare @JioCare Still my issue is not fixed it’s almost 50 days done the payment but unable redeem the vouchers. What is the ETA still how many days need to wait?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioHotstar Pathetic service from Jio incase of internet breakdown. Raised service request & waa told engineer will between 2-4 pm. No one picks up the calls, no one comes & ans no updates!!! PLEASE DON'T BUY JIO !!

    I face last 10 day jio fibre problem and i call approx 100 time customer care but he now resolved my problem I suggest everyone please don’t use jio company sim and fibre because you face lots of problem @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare my JioFiber conn. has been totally dead for the last 15 days. Engg. visited, replaced hardware, but failed to fix it and advised cancellation. Now your back team is not reverting or closing the a/c. Pl. process imed. cancellation and refund. Thx. Deleted

    @JioCare @reliancejio Raised 2 MNP requests to port my number to Jio, received 2 confirmation calls, and scheduled doorstep delivery twice—yet NO ONE showed up. Extremely poor service quality for a brand like Jio before I've even joined the network. Kindly resolve this.
