    @JioCare I am cancelling Order- NO0001DEM4QM. After a month of waiting, endless follow-ups, closed complaints, "wait 24 hours" responses and no installation, I've lost all confidence in your service. Have some shame and stop making customers wait for something you cannot deliver.

    @JioCare Already lost my business, so don't want to continue with your fraud service . Because as per local sales person of Jio technical person is not available for support in company as most of people fired by company and your local JE is not responding on call or messages.

    @JioCare You are assigning different executives and they are seeking different informations frm the other person who already asked me to give some data to look into the matter..still there is no solution @JioCare.My work is mostly online and that is getting hampered..this is problematic.

    @reliancejio Order No. NO0001E2FU0E JioFixedVoice No. +911135735614. Deliberate harassment being done by ur representative Rahul Yadav (9523799229). He called me at place at 11 AM to install this connection, but since then he is not picking up phone. I called him 5 times till now but no response till 1:32 PM. The one who took booking (Mob No. 9310139597) is also neither picking up my phone call nor responding to WhatsApp text. Is this how your company harasses the customers. I have paid the three months bill amount in advance. This pure deficiency in service and thus, not acceptable. Plz take against these two frauds of your company and inform me about action taken failing which I shall be taking this matter before concerned consumer forum having jurisdiction.

    Day 18 of complete JioFiber outage. I'm tired of following up; clearly, @JioCare is not tired of ignoring the problem. What started as a service issue has now become a showcase of unprofessionalism and customer neglect.
