    @reliancejio @reliancejio They are deducting some 2000 rs in the name of some stupid installation charges twice for same address. I will opt for another broadband. Never recommend others to go for jiofiber.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup since 30 day, no one came for pickup for jio fiber device, they only give new date and time, ever day fo pickup,that was totally false commitment, please do not think about jio fiber connections, i am sharing my experience, totally worst

    @JioCare just put in my cancellation request after using JioFiber for only 3 days. The only reason for this is PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! My wifi stopped working and I kept calling the customer care for 3 days only to get robotic answers from them instead of any real help!!

    @reliancejio @reliancejio Why should I pay twice for installation for same address. There was port issue from your end. Jiofiber is just scam that's all.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m a postpaid customer of reliance jio and I have been facing issues which isn’t been resolved from months from the last three months my bill is coming Rs 920.88 on 3 February 2021 I paid it and on 18 December 2020 I paid Rs 920.88 and my plan is Rs399month

    @JioCare issues being faced wity regards ti network quality and call drops in pin 370490 Dumra village of Kutch. Very poor and unexpected service provided by Jio. Please look into this and revert.
