@JioCare I'm unable to send SMS from Jio no. 8500457944. Contacted Customer care. But was not solved. I use Jio4GVoice app to send SMS. Also problem with JioCall app.

@reliancejio I my are wires are installed and white and black box are also installed and tried to take connection for jio fiber service provider is saying tht i have to wait for 1 mnth bcz boxes are not online and now its been 8 mnth and the are still not available

@reliancejio @JioCare recently I moved from jio to Airtel. I’m having outstanding amount of ₹124 with jio. How to pay it. I contacted Jio customer care and visited jio store in Bangalore personally. Very harsh and rude behaviour from jio. No congratulations. Please help me.

My issues with the @reliancejio connection got solved at a record time. The social media team of Reliance Jio is very proactive; a ticket was raised, a person was sent. After a little confusion, things got resolved very very efficiently. Kudos!
