    @JioCare from a couple of days my jio network is not working properly while it is perfect in other nearby devices. I'm getting irritated from this, coz net is sucking me even it takes 5 to 10 minutes to load a single tacebook page😕 Please I request you to fix it ASAP. Please🙏🏻

    @JioCare Still no engineer on site ,Worst experience with jio team. Didn't expected so much delay in rectifying the issues

    @JioCare have you opened customer care to shuffle calls. My call has been transferred to 3 executives without intimation and then the third one again transferred. I have an issue related jio fiber invoice. I had provided my GSTIN no. but the same is not present on invoice #shame

    @JioCare Stop with the generic replies, Shashank.5 days of 'processing' and zero answers. I asked for an SLA, not a script. Stop prolonging this and provide a definitive resolution date. Your 'earliest' is already 5 days too late. Looks like service standards are non-existent.
