@JioCare what the hell is happening! My data is draining like never before. Around 1700 mb already drained with just a little use. Around a week before it used to last longer. please don't tell me that I'm using the data more. Because I know that I haven't used that much. #Help

@JioCare So your technical team expect me not to use internet during IPL matches for 2 months, as millions of users are using at the same time. Instead of rectifying your problem, u guys are giving reasons. I think I should consider some other options for sure.

@airtelindia is the worst service provider, my xtream fiber request number 10057750618 has not been resolved since last 3 days and suddenly closed automatically. In the time of wfh, where @reliancejio resolves issue in 24Hrs, @airtelindia is not able to resolve in 3 days.

@reliancejio Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue”. I have personally, contacted the local network team and I came to know that no such work is going on.
