    @reliancejio I am very surprised and disappointed that Jio doesn't work in Uttrakhand, specially the place where I am. I am borrowing from some idea and airtel user. Very sad

    @JioCare i created service request since my jio fiber is down. Technician came to visit in the morning and after looking at the issue he said he will come with someone in the evening to fix this. I called him twice in the evening but he didn't respond. I have to use my mobile 1/n

    @JioCare Sir it's been years I complaint ,but all in vein. Nothing happened. Now it's time to say goodbye to jio forever.we have 7 numbers of jio presently, tomorrow we will port to airtel. All thanks to you people.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I have converted my prepaid jio sim to jio postpaid sim it's been more than 12 hours and I'm still unable to use any services data n calls when I reach customer care they all are disconnecting the call n they don't have postpaid knowledge Please assist

    Before installing jio fiber, remember this thing, the jio fiber team of everyone does not make fun of work. @JioCare @reliancejio We were told this from Jio's call center itself, today I canceled it for 37 days but the attitude of Jio customer support team is such that the life.

    @AmbaniHu @jagograhakjago @TRAI I have complained many times regarding Jio Fiber connection to Jiocare, Jio Appellate authority and consumer forum. My issue has not been addressed yet. Jio is requesting for patience since Sep 06, 2022. Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest.

    @JioCare I’d like to seek compensation for the pay lost due to your internet glitch from 3 days .. this is concerning big time as we’ve been misled with false promise to visit the site everyday to fix and never turned up.. please compensate for your misbehaviour and we no longer need you
