    @reliancejio I am very surprised and disappointed that Jio doesn't work in Uttrakhand, specially the place where I am. I am borrowing from some idea and airtel user. Very sad

    Last Month, I got Jiofiber installed at my place but I didn’t enjoy the services. So when I asked your customer support team, they made a very shocking revelation that I will not get the complete refund.I was not informed about it at the time of installation.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio My senior citizen father applied for a second jio fiber connection Order Number NO0000HJ4L9M on June 6. The installation timings have been changed 6 times. Very poor service to onboard. The sales guy refuses to take my call. 4 days and no assurance. Feel aweful.
