3 mnths ago, i got my sim ported from airtel to jio becoz i thought that airtel is expensive without any reason. Now i am again going to get my sim ported from jio to airtel. U people r smart enough to understand the service and experience jio has given me. #worst @reliancejio

@JioCare My Jio fiber number 7313569982 is not working. There’s persistently a low data speed issue. It’s a 150 Mbps plan and I hardly get 10-20 Mbps. Kindly do the needful. Thanks.

@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio it's frustrating and exhausting to deal with your customer care. My jiofiber services are down since past two days and till now there is no resolution even after repeated calling your customer care. Everytime a new timeframe is promised. Pl help.
