@reliancejio I am very surprised and disappointed that Jio doesn't work in Uttrakhand, specially the place where I am. I am borrowing from some idea and airtel user. Very sad

It's now 7 hours 30 minutes since @reliancejio Fiber connection is broken. Despite 8 complaints from my apartment complex, no action taken by @JioCare All they know is to copy-paste some response (bullshit on using MyJio app) - when fiber is cut then what the hell will app do?

1/2 One of the worst companies in customer service in India is Jio. All about false promises, cheating and pathetic attitude in responding to customers. Very active in sending non-sensical replies, dare if you could talk about problems faced by customers. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Please take a concarete action. I think no one care in jiofibre about the problem faced by the consumer already 48 hr over no SMS or call received from local service engineer from my area. Really disgusting 😒
