@JioCare @iampathak05 The issue is still not solved. Got only message and no one visited to check. This is really really bad service. Thank God I am in a trial period. They gave me time till 29.08.2021. It's 10:20 PM and the issue is not solved. Ridiculous service.

Reference to SR000016F5V0 with respect to low speed I raised the complaint and Engineer came said this is the only speed we get in Reliance as I get only 18 MBPS as my upload speed and I am paying for 150 MBPS speed and the speed is very erratic @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare my cancellation request for jio fiber was done. I received the confirmation on 24.08.2021 for device pickup within 48hours and still there is no update. Your customer care if of no use as they claim that pick up will be done within next 48hours and it goes on.
