    @reliancejio @JioCare it's frustrating time, taking twice the recharge but not given one single improvement in the jio... Everyday we are facing issue! I am not expecting such delay in service from Jio.. the more we raise whistle blow the more you are ignoring us big shame...

    @JioCare Intermittent connection loss!! I am done now take some effort to investigate open the ticket listen to what your representative has advised & then let me know on what grounds you have closed the ticket without providing resolution and none of you jerks making an effort to call me

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio horrible experience ever while installation of jio fiber, they were sugar coated sweet talkers while taking selling plans & equally unpleasant experience while installation. Please update about cancellation & refund process of order

    I always wonder why people don’t make @reliancejio there first number. It got the answer. It’s a task to get through a real person on the customer care, first they will give you gyaan on what all are included in your plan and then no option to talk to a real person @JioCare

    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @JioCare Words are not synch. with Action. In third day of outage we are not even aware of time of resolution. I feel myself bechara customer of JioFiber. Have been calling customer care from 3 days, writing emails to customer care no resolution. Thanks to tweeter some one replied here.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My service request number is SR000015VR8K. My jio fibre is not working since 15/7/21. I had earlier also asked for help for repair of my jio fibre connection. My complaint was closed without any resolution. Nobody from service helped.

    Your employee fraudulently took my money. We paid him cash & customer service always been saying money got returned to the original method of payment. Your agent received the money but not us. Followup with him & have him return the money.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @jiocare Raised multiple requests MR0000XJISU1, SR000015SQEY for the same issue from last 15-20days.. Still issue is not resolved. No acknowledgement or update from your team inspite of multiple followups through email.. Could anyone look into the request #badcustomerservice

    @JioCare there is some issue with your MyJio app as it won't load in your 150 Mbps connection and it loads slightly better in airtel 100Mbps connection. But finally it doesn't load at all. And I have uninstalled, reinstalled and done basic troubleshooting myself but no gain!
