@JioCare @reliancejio my fibre is not working from past 3days and i lodged complain vide SR00001H29MT and a technician Asif Ansari visited on 28th Jan but forgot to bring the wire and hence said to come today. entire day passed by and nobody turn up so far! Jio is heading where?

I always wonder why people don’t make @reliancejio there first number. It got the answer. It’s a task to get through a real person on the customer care, first they will give you gyaan on what all are included in your plan and then no option to talk to a real person @JioCare

Since there's no response to the above complaint, I believe that customer respect is a last priority of @JioCare . Also, there's no luck on Request number SR00001GW3TU. Hence, I'll port my number to Airtel on 19th February giving enough time to porting process before plan expiry.

Tried to trial a @reliancejio broadband connex.Sales promised 3 months free trial. Today I get a call saying ur 30 days are over. The rest dependent on referral (&if said referral is active). The sales pitch never mentioned this "little" detail.What a way to make new customers!
