Also the customer care agents are unable to understand the issue. Please resolve asap.

The 198 IVRS has no option to select JioFi queries. The 1800-889-999 number asks the customer to call 1800-886-9999 and when you call that number, it says this service is not operational.

More than 10 complaints made on customer care but no solution now it has been rescheduled for 12Aug. Do u want to install or not kindly respond?
