    @JioCare Its > 2Mo old issue, u wer 2 send a technician. Let me know what has been done so far to improve latency and low speed. Does it take #RelianceJio so much time to resolve a small issue? Alternately waive off charges for period u hv not and can’t resolve the issue! Fair deal ??

    @ekbottlebeer @VodafoneIN @reliancejio Using jio prepaid as secondary connection. All unlimited plans have FUP limit on calls to Non-Jio users. Thrice had to recharge before plan expired since limit was exhausted. Ek ka network nahi hota, dusra call karne nahi deta.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I already have a prepaid connection from Jio. But do you'll even port nos of other service providers coz then I have a @VodafoneIN number to port but it's a postpaid connection and I would need even international roaming service activated at certain time of the year.

    @JioCare @reliancejio service of JIO provides is pathetic.Had made a compliant on 6th and till date there has been no response inspite of holding gold subscription. Product & Service differentiation is not in their paradigm.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my problem of jiofibre not solved after 1-2 months. In bronze plan I m getting 20mbps instead of 100mbps speed and data of 100gb instead of 250gb you are promising. Please help. All details sent in DM many days back.

    @JioCare we always say be 100% Swadeshi but we do not get value for money. I've recently come to your network career with lots of exception but from first month I have network coverage problem, before I make up my mind do something if you believe in customer service experience.

    Dear @reliancejio, @MukeshAmbanima @TRAI stop fooling ur customer on internet data. I've a daily 3GB data plan and it finishes mid day even when I don't watch videos. And again I used to recharge with Rs. 63 every 2 day for 6 GB data & to my surprise it even finishes by evening.

    @reliancejio Reliance Jio team very very poor work in dist chandauli (UP).No jio sim available in retailers in 1 month,and auto refile close all retailers. Area chakia (232103) and Naugarh.
