@reliancejio you network was good in mumbai dahisar kandarpada. But around 5-7 days we are facing a big problem in you network. call auto decline and internet speeds is below 100kb and due to this many works are pending. So I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

I have gotten rid of you @VodafoneIN . I have submitted a port out request in favour of @reliancejio as I am fed up with your call drops, poorest connectivity and a host of other issues. Both me and my wife are porting out. Pl ask your operators to stop calling me.

@JioCare I'm getting too much fishing calls continuously day and night anytime. These are computer calls from call centre, no one speaks. I previously contacted you but these not stopped. Please help me to stop these. @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare I stay in Thane, Mumbai. Since today morning I am facing severe network issues.Both voice and data not working. I have 4 jio users in my house and all 4 facing same issue. Called customer care and got a response that "we r trying to improve our services". I will portout.

@JioCare @reliancejio I understand that in postpaid giving Netflix and Amazon Prime is good, but can you make a plan where there is more data, rather than OTTs, It will seriously help , remote WFH users. I would literally pay 699+ gst for 400-500gb data /28 days.

@JioCare I did everything you suggested and it still not working. Just now (2.44 PM / 06.07.2022) I faced the same issue. The call is not connecting and it shows 'Call ended' at the very second I am trying to call. Two numbers that I called are forwarded via message.
