    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic and network issue not getting resolved. Few weeks ago I was at my native place in Mayapur, West Bengal, getting call drops and unable to hear other person frequently calls getting disconnected.

    @reliancejio it seems no one at your Borivali East store concerns about attending customers. Just visited ur store for no. port to jio but attitude of ur employees are horrible and they think we are bloody beggers. Pathetic customer service. Pls do remember: nothing last forever

    @reliancejio I had requested to port my dads number from JIO to Airtel on 15th April, still the signal is showing on JIO phone..I request you to do the processing of porting ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio very poor data speed. It's only 2mbps, while vodafone is giving 35mbps.

    had a pathetic experience with @JioCare wherein they refused 2 take complaint for auto activation of some plans, unknown recharges and made fun of complaints.. #Jio #jiocare #reliance looks like #jio is in falling in line with others sooner..

    @JioCare I have rcvd several DMs from @ViCustomerCare confirming I have no pending dues. Can you please connect with them and take that confirmation too? Because you are calling all the proof they are giving me as 'not enough'. Such terrible communication between two national operators.
