Beacause the 5Ghz band is good the whole flat but the 2.4Ghz band is only available when I stand infront of the router. Also no response from the local team. This much bad service is not expected from @reliancejio.

Customer support is giving inconsistent timelines (2 hrs / 24 hrs), which is confusing. Please resolve this soon and refund my money.
