    @reliancejio @JioCare router light is unstable. Can't even lodge a complaint. All channels are unresponsive. The call loops back to same option agn and agn. DMs went unnoticed. I almost deserted your services when last tym u took almost a month just to acknowledge the complaint.

    @reliancejio I pay jio postpaid bill of 942 INR monthly but your services are horrible..not even able to download a 10 KB FILE. Please help me regarding this. I called Jio customer care but they didn't help me. Please look into this matter. Thank you
