    @reliancejio @JioCare Tried contacting customer care but not able to do so and the IVRS is getting autodisconnected ..Need to switch to postpaid for my all family members.can somebody call me to Discuss before I change my mind for other network.

    I purchased a new @reliancejio SIM from a #Jio Store, but the number is still linked to the previous user's WhatsApp and bank accounts. This is a serious privacy concern. I want to surrender this SIM and receive a refund, but the store manager is refusing to help. @JioCare @TRAI

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Regarding Slow Internet Speed I am facing very slow internet speed on my Jio number. The internet is not working properly despite good signal Kindly check the network issue in my area and resolve it as soon as possible. This is a recurring problem.

    @JioCare You asked me to share all the details via DM, and I did immediately. Yet there's been no response or update. The network issue continues, and I'm still struggling with office meetings due to poor upload speeds. Customers deserve timely support and a real resolution
