I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

Unfortunately, the same connectivity issue started again from 26 June 2026. I have raised multiple service requests since then, but there has been no proper resolution. (5/16)

I'm calling the customer service everyday and it's the same pattern they kept saying you're our valuable customer we'll send an engineer asap to fix your issue but after that nothing. No engineer's being scheduled to fix the issue.
