I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

The service technician came today and automatically today's slot that was booked got opened for today. Plz also check the various tickets that are opened on the nos. and you will undrstnd the frustration.
