I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. So in order to correct that i'm discontinuing its services. I won't be paying the bill amount as no service was provided in that period.

While throughput is ~30 Mbps, latency under load is >120ms with jitter ~40ms and packet loss ~0.6%. Real-time apps (Instagram/WhatsApp/X video) buffering consistently. Indicates poor QoS/routing.
