    U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Every day getting message of postpone of collecting jio fiber router which I returned due to router fault and jio reluctant to replaced. this is how jio earns money from customer ? Really sad

    @JioCare Where is the installation done? Could you please confirm?All the problem is created just because your salesman has miscommunicated. The installation has not been done till now and the payment for subscription is taken by you on 5th May, 2022

    @reliancejio guys have some shame. The internet was down for 5 days and although it's working now, there's no compensation or validity extension offered. It was your fault and agony for us and still no compensation. Is this how you plan to become market leader?
