    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    @reliancejio @JioCare network problem any time in my location . Internet connection problem when u fix it I’m already complain in customer care but no one response. U cheating me on my data I’m not using too much internet but u cut my all data with out using resolve issues

    U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

    I m facing same problem..they think that u have ur monopoly....abhi tak inhone problem fix nhi kiya hai.... agar paise nhi hai to ...bolo ja jugaad kar dete hain..@reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

    Took @reliancejio @JioCare 3 and a half days to finally send someone,who raised another service request And Lo! The technician again did not arrive as per the app schedule So basically,wait for them,sit at home and then no one turns up! Day 4 now

    @reliancejio @JioCare I took a new Jio number 4 Days back. every mrng my WhatsApp gets blocked & into review without using.I get calls asking about the previous user who had taken loan. Ur customer care asked to visit store.The store asked to call customer care. @DoT_India

    @reliancejio Jio Dive VR = cheap quality + fake promises. Ads are misleading and the real experience is terrible. Avoid buying.

    The worst part isn’t the outage. It’s the attitude. No one takes responsibility. No one gives a genuine update. Customers are left chasing support while @JioCare keeps repeating the same scripted response.

    @Mr_Chartist @reliancejio Had similar experience. Can’t rely on jio, even after installation service is inconsistent. Switch to airtel or local service provider.
