    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    @reliancejio @JioCare network problem any time in my location . Internet connection problem when u fix it I’m already complain in customer care but no one response. U cheating me on my data I’m not using too much internet but u cut my all data with out using resolve issues

    U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare what proof you want or what more should I do to get my money back, that Jio had taken as part of installation but never done or refunded. Still , I have not received the amount neither have I received any tracking ticket from your side. Pathetic customer service

    @JioCare Hello, if it is not activated then cancel and refund, because it does not know when it will be activated, it has been more time than the time you want, the request has been waiting for 3 days, but the positive response has been received from anywhere yet

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised my First Jio Fiber Relocation request on 23.04.2026 to relocate my fiber connection within city of Raipur, Chhattisgarh and several times I have requested to Customer Care support executive to process my request fastly.
