    U always suck at your speed n u say that u're the highest speed provider. I can't even play pubg neither i can stream video i,e on YouTube or Netflix. This is 4th tym in a row. u just ask prsonal no and don't solve d problem. I sud rather switch to airtel. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare network problem any time in my location . Internet connection problem when u fix it I’m already complain in customer care but no one response. U cheating me on my data I’m not using too much internet but u cut my all data with out using resolve issues

    Dear @reliancejio please install a tower or merge with #Airtel in our village. There 2000 above users who use #jio but the network is very low and when mobile is at home, only incoming calls are ringing when accepting the call the call is the answered but the voice is not heard.

    @JioCare Hello team No one has taken my complaint yet and none has visited the location or took action. I am porting my network to Airtel now. Services are too bad. What third class services provided by JIO to their customer.

    Even worse,calls are coming from personal numbers asking for extra charges to fix the issue. It is like a scam. My work is getting affected without it.Requesting immediate action from Jio to resolve this today, or I will be forced to file a formal complaint. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Never buy any product reliance didgital I buy cooler but it is not working properly than i can’t place any return due to app glitch. Then i connect to costumer care through call and email from 3 days still not ges any solution . @RelianceDigital @narendr57548572 @reliancejio

    @JioCare We don't have internet connection since Sunday? Your technician says that we have rescheduled the appointment which is untrue? Why is the service call on hold? Why isn't the technician not attending Today? Very frustrated
