@JioCare getting problem in taking jio fiber your agents are saying that distance is more than 200 meter And the distance is approx 300 meter so please help in taking the jio fiber installation.

@RelianceGenIn if you are unwilling to provide proper customer service. Why are you insisting on paying through reliance. No customer service. My money got debited but the app didn't show the updated insurance renewal. Worst customer support. I'm disappointed @reliancejio

@JioCare Thanks... I got my problem solved from a known source. But believe me you guys need to find a way to bring your customer care and field service delivery agency on the same page. They are currently working in silos.
