    I am using Airtel WiFi since 4 months.I have complained on 28 May for bad network since then no valid response has taken.Each time they say agent will call you in morning.extremely unhappy.I have recently ported my airtel sim to jio now turn for wifi @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    @Vairamuthud2001 @JioCare The same happened with me. It’s been more than 1.5 years still I haven’t received refund. They are just scamming us in the name of fiber connection please take screenshot of your service request it will disappear from your app as time pass on.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely frustrated with the pathetic service. My Jio AirFiber device has been malfunctioning for the past 3 months, intermittent connectivity. Despite raising multiple complaints through different platforms, no support engineer has visited yet.

    @JioCare 15 days, multiple emails, and one engineer visit, no one could figure out the issue. Infact I increased the speed to 100 mbps yesterday and still getting the same pathetic speed. Done with jio now. Raising a disconnection request

    @Portfolio_Bull Can someone do it for @reliancejio ? They are just as bad. Service requests/ complaints keep getting marked as resolved even though no one ever visits . My connection has been down for over six days in spite of repeated escalations !
