    @JioCare @reliancejio The engineer is not assigned yet. The complaint was raised on June 3rd for pickup but the device is not picked up yet. Also still my plan is 599 @ 30 mbps. I'm not using tv box and cancellation request is raised so plan should be updated accordingly

    Dear @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since 9 PM, and the Jio mobile network in my area has also been extremely unstable. What is more concerning is that this issue repeatedly occurs whenever there is rainfall for a few hours, despite a Jio tower being located barely 50 metres

    @JioCare After repeated outages, multiple complaints, missed visits, and temporary fixes, my patience is running out. Please tell me how much longer I am expected to wait for a stable internet connection while continuing to pay for a service that is not being delivered.

    @JioCare @JioCare It’s been more than 7 days and my JioFiber issue is still unresolved. The assigned technician keeps saying it cannot be done right now and asked me to tweet instead. My time and money are being wasted while I continue to pay for a service that is not working properly.
