    @JioCare getting problem in taking jio fiber your agents are saying that distance is more than 200 meter And the distance is approx 300 meter so please help in taking the jio fiber installation.

    @ViCustomerCare I am getting calls for payment of postpaid bill, I paid it, they confirmed it on call, and still they are saying payment not done, website is not working after applying OTP, Need to PORT to @reliancejio pls help. #vodafoneidea reached at its worst.

    @bahulapanguluri @JioCare Actually Jio network is same here! Almost useless. But I still have to try once again if these kind of things persist.

    @JioCare My concern is webtoon and papago apps by naver aren't working. A few days ago vlive also wasn't working but it started to work recently. Now webtoon and papago are still not working. This problem is not only my own problem. This problem concerns everyone that uses your number +

    @JioCare Do I need to do anything anymore? Since 2017 I have tried various time but no result, so I don't trust jio anymore. Come up with a new tower, good network here then will think. Details are there in DM already.

    @JioCare @reliancejio the worst internet service I've experienced. There's no internet on my jio fiber since last week and my service request gets automatically cancelled every time. No response from customer care or engineer. Pathetic service
