    @JioCare @reliancejio after that they themselves raise a complaint with their technical team ,and said the engineer will come on the 1st hour of day..but no one arrived. I too raise a complaint by calling jio fiber customer care..I talked with four of support assistant of them

    @JioCare Engineer came and without fixing he has updated as “door locked” this is really worst. As I’ve got msg saying no access, hence closing the complaint. When will this be fixed ? #jio #JIOTrue5G

    @JioCare @JioCare You guys clearly pay no heed to the customer's complaints. Everyone who is planning to buy Jio Fiber Free Monthly trial, it is just a scam. They will take 1500 rs from you but on cancellation harass you for the refund. #JioFiberScam

    @JioCare @reliancejio I lost my phone number. I was in Abroad when I came back to India. I found that my sim shows inactive. When I walked in to Jio service center in #nagercoil they asked me to write a letter to get back the sim. It's been 3 months I didn't get a response.
