    @JioCare getting problem in taking jio fiber your agents are saying that distance is more than 200 meter And the distance is approx 300 meter so please help in taking the jio fiber installation.

    @JioCare The service person for service request SR000014GFEA said he doesn’t provide any support during holidays when I asked the reason for delay in solving this issue. That means Jio can’t provide 24/7 internet. You guys should put this in your policy.

    Since Dec'20 continuously following with Jio call center to cancel jio connection,the advisors have either being hanging up calls or raising a service request which gets resolved with no resolution. Advisor names Lathika,Shubham,Varsha.@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

    @JioCare Its three days I am chasing you guys. Simply no resolution. Incase you are not able to service me let me know we will terminate the subscription or else kindly send the engineer today to my residence. We Simply do not have the luxury of time to keep following you guys.

    @JioCare Your team is simply worthless. One guy has blocked our number. And there is no one to even reach out to. Pls cancel my Internet subscription with Jio. Worst experience.

    @reliancejio I have already tried every possible check also restart the router with gap of 5 minutes How is it possible that the two plans active at the same time. Customer care is helpless they know nothing.

    @reliancejio Jio's SIM was known to speed, now this speed has become very useless, Caribbean has been completely useless network for about 15 days.
