@JioCare getting problem in taking jio fiber your agents are saying that distance is more than 200 meter And the distance is approx 300 meter so please help in taking the jio fiber installation.

@JioCare karuna thanks for reply, issue is jio engineers are not able to get the cable inside flat with the duct which available from the builder #VGNMinerva chennai & @ACTFibernet hv given connection through it, my neighbour has but not me, you are not able to connect the last end.

@JioCare It's not true JIo app status showing wrong information before 30/07 it's showing 28/07 and installation has not done and schedule has been change now showing 30july i sure on date the same again change and provide new shedule it is totally faurd, advise to all never buy this.

@JioCare offers the most pathetic service. I'm texting them almost daily about my internet speed issue. Very poor, illogical and repetitive responses they have offered. They told me that some will contact me but I haven't received a single call and nor have they sent anyone...

But a patterned problem of no wifi even after stable green light, sudden red light and wifi drop and atleast multiple times a days, that too FROM PAST 40 days...seriously don't know what can be done. I humbly request your team to please help me on this. @JioCare @reliancejio
