    @JioCare Don't give me these idiotic standardized replies. What is the time frame of clearance of the engineer visit issue in your protocol? How can it be rescheduled endlessly! And then you have this attitude of pasting the standard response to my complaint?

    @JioCare my fiber connection has been down for 15 days straight. Automated system keeps registering my complaint but not a single engineer has shown up. Now when I call customer care, they put me on hold and cut the call. Is this how you treat paying customers @reliancejio?

    @JioCare Here comes the beautiful service. Rescheduled appointment given at 10 am to 11 am..tried reaching engineer and again no response..call jiocare. False promises given..now the appointment schedule has elapsed and no communication on issue resolution

    @JioCare Still no response from your side from past one week and the technician visit also has been worst as the time allotted will be 10 am but if we try calling on time no one will pick the call and will also call randomly at 12 or 1 saying will come but it will be delayed for 2-3 hrs
