Can't affort 12hour downtime. @JioCare is taking more than 5days to solve. Switch to ACT or other better service. I will do in some days.

@JioCare If somebody is concerned in to this matter the problem was resolved four day ago but after several reminders no action has been taken. This is nothing else but switching your customer to another option by laziness of your staff.

2 days of rains and jio fiber is down for 4 days. A complain is tended 24 hours later and still the issue is not resolved. There is not enough enquiry to fix things at one go and people who run their houses on online economy have the bear losses. @reliancejio @JioCare
