    @JioCare @reliancejio I am leaving at Sajod (zip code -393020) And I wanted to complain about the network quality.The network quality is very poor from past 15-20 days that we can't even excess internet. Even we are unable yo sand whatsapp massage. Do the needful for the same.

    @JioCare very bad service provider is called jio around 1 year to complaint to care number of tweet and mail send to customer care and higher authority but this company is totally lazy no one is help us my family every person use the jio sim but internet speed like 2G.

    I also requested compensation/refund for the service downtime of 17 days, but customer care said there is no such policy in place. Customers deserve better support and accountability. @JioCare please resolve this urgently.
