Hello @JioCare I am facing slow internet speed since 2 month in jio prepaid no., when i call to customer care service they said all good in your area please restart your phone and use it but nothing solved anything worst network in my area pls resolve this problem 🙏 #reliancejio

@JioCare Applied for Prepaid to postpaid, Store representative given 1 hour time to process it. Almost 15 hours have been completed. Should I choose another network to migrate.

@JioCare Thanks Shridhar but major issue is denial from the local team by saying that DP is not free although offline ask for 1500 rs extra cable charges to take connection from next pole.

@Riteshc3001 Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare
