    @JioCare I have purchased a jio phone 2 days ago 11 aug from your reliance digital store bharatpur (raj.) Then i opened and use some time so mic is not working properly. I visited your jio center they agree to create D.O. but they replace with old model phone why i take old model

    Jio's network is the most useless at this time. For the past 6 months, the network of Jio Sim has been troubled. No hearing nor any change. Mobile data does not work. The call never seems. Such a huge network and service nonsense. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    Hey @JioCare, I have been using the jio airfiber for almost 2 months now, the first month was fine but now the speed has dropped significantly I have the 100mb/s plan with ample data left, 1. I tried contacting the local serviceman but he told to schedule a service first.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, I paid ₹2,221.46 for Jio AirFiber LR00001EB9JT on 16 Jul. I requested cancellation, but till now no cancellation or refund update has been provided. Please cancel the order and initiate the refund.

    Its been 6 days!! Have never seen such a pathetic, ridiculous, shameless approach towards customer service by any company! If you can’t serve at least don’t take money in advance. Customers will have Atleast have option to look for substitutes @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare i have booked for jio home in 11th july and paid the amount 2222rs but installation is not done yet. And there is no way to see tha installation date. Neither there is a way to connect your customer care.
