Jio's network is the most useless at this time. For the past 6 months, the network of Jio Sim has been troubled. No hearing nor any change. Mobile data does not work. The call never seems. Such a huge network and service nonsense. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare I have purchased a jio phone 2 days ago 11 aug from your reliance digital store bharatpur (raj.) Then i opened and use some time so mic is not working properly. I visited your jio center they agree to create D.O. but they replace with old model phone why i take old model

@JioCare jio fiber internet services not working since yesterday afternoon. But shocked by the response as no one there to assist you after complaining. They just eyewash saying engineer assigned and will visit. But after that no one to visit and no one to reply.

@JioCare need a Jio fibre connection at my residence. Building opposite to mine has it. Please assist. Local Internet providers have very shoddy service. A lot of packet loss and high ping issues. I was under the impression Jio has exceptional connectivity across Mumbai.
