    @JioCare I have purchased a jio phone 2 days ago 11 aug from your reliance digital store bharatpur (raj.) Then i opened and use some time so mic is not working properly. I visited your jio center they agree to create D.O. but they replace with old model phone why i take old model

    Jio's network is the most useless at this time. For the past 6 months, the network of Jio Sim has been troubled. No hearing nor any change. Mobile data does not work. The call never seems. Such a huge network and service nonsense. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @iamrahullarora @reliancejio @JioCare Let's say in Oct 2023, Jio will launch 5G in my city. If I will be in the middle of ₹749 plan (4G) and I enable 5G in Setting/Network, then you are saying the 4G speed will be changed to 5G speed. Is it? Or do I have to wait for the 4G plan to end and then recharge a 5G plan?

    @JioCare I used slow internet last 2 month, Still I not using proper Internet, I asked to customer care but he didn’t have solutions. I losing business every days. Who responsible for it ??. Who give returns money ??. Telling me How many days I Waiting for Proper 4G Internet ?
