    @JioCare I have purchased a jio phone 2 days ago 11 aug from your reliance digital store bharatpur (raj.) Then i opened and use some time so mic is not working properly. I visited your jio center they agree to create D.O. but they replace with old model phone why i take old model

    Jio's network is the most useless at this time. For the past 6 months, the network of Jio Sim has been troubled. No hearing nor any change. Mobile data does not work. The call never seems. Such a huge network and service nonsense. @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    24 hours since service request raised SR00003BKVRT, whenever i gave call to customer support every time they said ek ghante mein ayega aadha gante mein ayega 2 gante mein ayega but engine is still not assigned lagta hain Jio ko ganta farak nahin padta customers ka @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare, Extremely disappointed with the poor service of #JioAirFiber. My internet has been down for the last 2 days. Every time I try to contact customer care, I only receive an automated response saying the issue will be resolved within 4 hours, followed by the same SMS.
