    @JioCare absolute worst support, been two days since Jio Fiber is not working and no visit by engineer for repair. Please look into this, reference number SR000038PMLP

    @JioCare @jio_fiber relocation request has been pending for more than 15 days. Ref: 🔹 SR000038PJY5 🔹 CO0001SRV6W5 Every follow-up results in the same response, but no actual installation or relocation. Is this the level of service JioFiber customers should expect?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber My order no NO0001DTB6R2 of jio airfiber was cancelled by me after a conversation with jio team as your dealer failed to install connnection in a long period of 10 days. (Service request no. SR00037W9JZ ).

    @JioCare customer care people have no clue about my problem. I have been calling them every day. They keep telling me settings. Phone is working fine. Service profile is the issue.

    @JioCare first raised a complaint with JioFiber on ( 18 june 2025], but no permanent solution was provided. Despite repeated calls/emails, the issue persists without a satisfactory response. I have requested a technician visit, but the service has been delayed or ignored.

    @JioCare why are Service Requests being put on hold at whims and fancies of service engineer? Please look at Gross Malpractice, Deceptive Service Logs, and Infrastructure Failure – SR000037J92N / SR000038OV8Z
