@JioCare @BandBajaateRaho Their connection was installed within 2 hours and you are not able to provide service to me since past 8 days. Also to add to one of your reply we have never rescheduled anything it is your team sending message stating this is rescheduled. I want a call from someone who can help.

@JioCare @BandBajaateRaho Also to add your customer support people are not at all helpful some say there is no senior team to connect some are routing call to a different team, also to add just beside my apartment there is a new family who have raised a request for new jio connection.

@JioCare No service man ever came today. Similarly I waited on 30th, 31st August, 1st and 2nd September waiting for your service man and again yesterday and today wasted full day at home. I am 70 years old and your team purposely harassing me by promising and scheduling

@JioCare It's been more then 2 month router not picked up. How hard #jiofiber team is trying to resolve the issue. I'm gonna throw this jio device in dustbin by upcoming weekend if not picked up. Just because of the pathetic services i discontinued fiber as well as Sim card.

The appalling behaviour of rescheduling appointments by local technicians by @reliancejio @JioCare I would urge others to ignore this telecom provider as the twitter and local tech are not interested to resolve issues prefer @airtelindia like I am moving on after to internet
