@JioCare are your customer care is real or a fun for your employer, the just keep the person on hold for bahatar jankari and not pick the call for 10 min, connection to Ghar pahucha diya jata hai but complaint koi nahi sunna chata

@reliancejio Very poor service, i got jio fiber installed and their top class engineer made me spend 12000 and the surprising thing is that the problem was in their hdmi cable, i disconnected their connection today Request number is SR00001819IH

@reliancejio & @JioCare, you suck. Been facing issues in making and receiving calls since many days. After many tries,was finally able to talk to you customer care executive & shocked to know that since their system was showing everything is okay with my network so no complaints.

@JioCare People coming are unable to solve the problem only.. It's been not more then 20 days of the connection but facing issues from last 4 days without internet connection please tell me the way to come out of this blunder..
