@reliancejio Be careful, do not give OTP to jio fibre installation team before complete installation. My experience is bad. After delivery of OTP no jio representative ready to complete incomplete installation. Reported by mail also but no body turned up.

@reliancejio has the worst customer service in the telecom Industry in India.. Regret taking broadband connection of this company, should have opted for @VodafoneGroup . They dont entertain complaints and their technicians are thoroughly unprofessional.

@JioCare I have tried everything mail, whatsap and even customer care number. Only I get is assurance. And it's not the first time, even faced same issue when complained about flickering red, thus had to disconnect the service.

@reliancejio Worst after sales service, having LLP account with 4 data wifi connection, submitted twices documents, for one connection , but since Nov 20, nor the salesperson or his boss pick up phone. Paid fees twice , they don't have any office to register complain, stay away
