    I sent a request for relocation of jio fiber and got an appointment but I was not contacted by the engineer and my problem was not resolved till now I have contacted jio team many times but my problem is not resolved please solve my problem #fraudjioservice @PMOIndia @reliancejio

    It's been 11 days my service request number SR00001EB92Y is open and engineer visit scheduled on 12th October also goes unattended (this is probably 5th or 6th unattended episode). #jiocare #MukeshAmbani #akashambani . Unbelievably pathetic customer care

    @reliancejio @JioCare Cutomer service can't do anything. You have to give service request on daily basis. Because appointment may be after 3 or 4 days later. Very bad service by jio fiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio fibre connection is not working since 7th Oct. Everytime I am raising a service request, your engineers are marking it resolved without even visiting or resolving the issue. There is no option to talk to customer care. SR00001EH667, SR00001EFOW8
