    @JioCare Why @reliancejio engineer telling me stop recharging me airfiber and it's not gonna work after august 2026! Then this request raised by its own, i haven't raised any complaint or service request!

    @JioCare If your own system is unable to confirm an engineer visit date and time, then what is the purpose of your support team? I have already waited 30 days. I don’t need another assurance—I need a confirmed appointment and an actual resolution.

    @JioCare They never solve our slow internet speed problem, even if we complain again and again. They will answer with an inappropriate reply. Worst service ever. I will change my provider very soon.
