    @JioCare No update yet and nothing has bee done only bill payment reminder is bekng send. Did you all have any kind of shame before asking for payment without service but you continuously taking money without service. Ambani should be shameful to loot country people like this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio this has become my routine work. Here is the service request number again. SR00003C47EX. 3rd time in 10days wifi is down. We run office from home. Kindly resolve urgently and make sure this doesn't happen again. Do you really want us to shift to Tata?

    @JioCare The Jio representative in that area is providing very bad service. He ignores calls about updates. If you don't book Jio Fiber through the app and instead pay him directly, then he considers setting it up.
