@HathwayBrdband Useless service. No resolution from past 7 days. This is getting really bad. @JioCare I think I would change to JIO Fiber or other Broadband.

@JioCare He toldwhen techical person will come for installation you will pay him otherwise none will installinurlocation but my location many are using jio today only name shubham but if I complaint it might be they will not install

@JioCare The assistance I got is a statement that says at certain times of day one may experience bad network due to congestion. This is not assistance; this is telling a customer that this is the best you can do. Moreover, I am facing network issues 24/7. This is not congestion.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's impossible to connect to your customer care. I am looking to change to eSIM but it says my email is not registered. Inspite of going to the airtel store and updating, no luck. On the other hand @JioCare is so reliable and effortless support.

@JioCare I'm getting @airtelindia fiber after my plan expires. If I'm gonna struggle with customer service this much with both companies I atleast should struggle with faster internet.
