    @JioCare Waiting since ten days to LED become Green. If my connection is not feasible please inform me I will have no regret to switch to some other reliable service provider and will have no regret but don't give such excuses

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request No. SR000038740V This has been an extremely poor and disappointing service experience. The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.

    @JioCare As expected, despite repeated complaints and assurances, our WiFi remains non-functional for over a week. This is completely unacceptable. Since the issue is not being resolved, kindly confirm the process for immediate disconnection and refund of the unused service period.

    @JioCare @Vickey4003 JioFiber has one of the worst customer service experiences. Constant refund delays, endless excuses, and no clear resolution. Customers are forced to keep waiting while their money is held back. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.@JioCare

    @JioCare @jiocare do you expect the customer to wait so long… if you are not able to provide a service properly then why are you charging the customer? Can you please raise a request for connection termination? I will opt for a better network.

    @JioCare I contacted customer care and raised a complaint. However, I was informed that there is a tower/network issue in the area and that it may take up to 2 months to resolve. If the service is not working properly for 2 months, what about the subscription charges that I have
