@reliancejio @JioCare been three days since the data speed have gone below 100 kbps in my area. I've reached out to the customer care and haven't recieved any satisfactory response. Let us know if this is going to persist. We will atleast find alternatives.

fair and not good for a customer. if you want new connection they take only 1 day but if you want service after connection they take 15 days @JioCare @reliancejio
