@JioCare How can you mark the SR as resolved without getting any feedback. I've received a sms that the SR raised on 8th Apr 2023 is resolved. But the issue is as is and I have not received any other communication from your side. This is absolutely unprofessional.

@JioCare This not problem of corner of building or specific part of house. The fact is that you do not provide proper network in the area. Your signal is very week. You do not spend money on improving service.
