    Hi @JioCare JIO Fiber( +91-8079603793) service request ID SR00003CFVTP raised for frequent internet disconnection. Facing issues since last 2 months. Tickets are getting closed saying unable to get OTP. Disappointed with your service, need your urgent attention.

    @JioCare I know how to use the app. Your service requests are automatically changing the dates to the next day. So no engineer is visiting.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber has been down for 2 days due to a faulty device. No resolution despite raising a complaint. The technician tried to upsell another plan instead of fixing the issue. Please share the ETA for replacement ASAP. L-1135827980 SR000003CJM9N

    @JioCare Totally disrupted customer service. service engineer decline to come for home visit. No reassignment of new engineer. raised complaint in morning 9:30. Now app showing rescheduling to tomorrow. Why would I pay my time for your system fault?
