    @JioCare The network is so worst, full of call drops, very slow internet speed. It's too difficult to handle and use the Jio network. I hate this.

    @JioCare My data gets deducted from the daily data quota without getting anything in return, i called the customer care several time and they made false commitments. Some said give us 2 hours, some said 24 hours and one said we need 15 days to fix this in your area.

    @jiocare @reliancejio SR - SR00003C181L Absolute malpractice by your field team! Fiber down for 3 days. Tickets are being repeatedly delayed with FALSE reasons. I NEVER requested any rescheduling. Stop lying on backend logs to cover up SLA breaches. Replace the ONT today.

    @JioCare Yesterday service request was auto-cancelled. How did that happen? Every reply says “Rest assured,” but this is the 4th time in one week. No proper resolution, only repeated template responses. Please stop assuring and start resolving my JioFiber issue. #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have been trying to speak to Jio customer care for the last 24 hours, but it has been impossible to get through due to their incompetent service. I am now porting my SIM. Shame on #Jio.

    I ordered sim card online paid 299. NO00015HWWMF now i don’t need the card. I called the customer care many times it was urgent so i baught from store. I need refund its still under verification. Give me refund asap. No one picks call. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @JioCare @JioFiber My JioFiber has been down for the last 2 days. I raised a complaint, but no engineer has visited, and the assigned engineer is not answering my calls. This is unacceptable. Please cancel my JioFiber connection and process a full refund immediately.
