    @JioCare The network is so worst, full of call drops, very slow internet speed. It's too difficult to handle and use the Jio network. I hate this.

    Hi @JioCare @jio_fiber, I can hear navigation click sounds on my Jio Set-Top Box, but there is no audio playback when streaming videos or movies. I tried reporting this via MyJio, but couldn't find an option for this specific issue. Please arrange technical support assistance.

    We have been requesting a service visit for our Jio AirFiber connection for the past several days. Our internet and TV have been completely down for almost a week. After repeated follow-ups, we were finally able to raise a service request. However, every single day the appointment was rescheduled automatically without any explanation. Today, an engineer was finally assigned, and when we called him (the number is visible only after assignment), he simply said he could not come at night. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. • No timely resolution despite multiple complaints. • Appointments keep getting rescheduled without our consent. • No responsive local support team. • The local sales representative who sold us the connection is not responding. • Customer care keeps transferring us from one department to another without providing any solution. It has been almost a week without internet and TV, and there is still no resolution in sight. This level of after-sales service is completely unacceptable. I genuinely regret choosing Jio AirFiber @JioCare

    @JioCare I don’t want to explain my problem over DM. I want to speak to a real customer care representative over the phone, which is the basic purpose of a customer care number.

    My calls with Jio has become never ending. Still no engineer assigned on an Internet disruption This is really a pathetic service we were not even able to connect to a customer support person our day to day work relies on internet.SR00003CO6OH.Plz expedite @JioCare #jio
