    @JioCare Today experienced the worst Jio connection. Couldnt get stable internet connection even in the night time. Please check into this issue.please

    @JioCare The network is so worst, full of call drops, very slow internet speed. It's too difficult to handle and use the Jio network. I hate this.

    @reliancejio I'm a regular customer of Jio services. This is the first time I am writing. The internet was working perfectly fine till the cyclone 'Tauktae' hit Gujarat. Until now, the network/internet is constantly deteriorating

    I am having issue with Jio Fiber speed from past few days, called your helpline yesterday to lodge complaint but no one addressed my issue till now. Do you want me to switch my service provider @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio From the last week I'm having a pathetic internet experience. I have been complaining for the same still no solution for the problem. If things go like this I will have to port or change to new telephone operator.

    @ViCustomerCare why the hell I can't send message with normal top up. Why ******** I have to recharge specially for outgoing SMS. And I sent port message but still i am not getting my port id. You ******* rascals deserved to be doomed. @JioCare served you well.

    @JioCare 9811725100 it’s been 2 days since completed all formalities for transferring esim from one iPhone to anr. data plan already added to new device. How long does it take for Jio to activate esim on new device. Ors. take hours. Ur helpline says 6-7 days. really that bad?

    @JioCare Thanks but no thanks. Have been complaining about your network since 3 months. No solution from your side till date. Not only me but other 3 family members are also porting their number from your useless network. You don't deserve good customers.

    @reliancejio I hv taken the jio fiber connection for 1 month trial basis in the month of march-21. At the time of installation ur service provider didn't tell me that if I cancel it within 1 month then only I will get full refund. Now I got only ₹ 250 instead of ₹1500. Pl help.

    @JioCare I don't know why reliance jio has started providing pathetic service to their subscribers, please don't ask for PIN,landmark etc,those were shared many times
