    @JioCare The network is so worst, full of call drops, very slow internet speed. It's too difficult to handle and use the Jio network. I hate this.

    @JioCare I am not willing to stay with a company who is not taking responsibility for cheating a customer from day 1. Believe me I will ask my friends here to move away from JioFiber because of such customer service. Pathetic to see such behaviour

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello With due respect, I used to be jio customer with phone number 9817248669 My sim was not working from a long time. When I visited the jio care they said there is no record of the number, but I need it for several accounts like paytm made based upon it.

    @JioCare Thanks for already wasting my month calling jio customer care and writing emails, this is the worst service I have ever seen no action on employees who are doing fraud and customers are suffering because of them, and cherry on the cake is that Jio can't take action on them.

    @JioCare never seen such a bad network ...missed 9 important business calls ...sim is in phone and showing network but when someone calls it says phone is switched off ...my business patner called at home and said phone is switched off but phone was on .Deva Deva utha le re baba
