    @JioCare The network is so worst, full of call drops, very slow internet speed. It's too difficult to handle and use the Jio network. I hate this.

    Dear @reliancejio can you pls start providing your service in our area (pin 560099) Bangalore? There are around 200+ flats in our building and many more in near by apartment. Current only @Airtel_Presence is there and they are having horrible service. Pl plan to provide service.

    @JioCare 198 to the customer's complaint number It is not possible to file a complaint through the IVRS system. Fix it immediately. The service is very poor. My 7012271470 complained of not getting a range and has not been corrected yet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Upgraded to Jio E-Sim from existing physical sim. The network of the e-sim isn’t activated yet but the Physical sim got deactivated. Kindly assist.
