@JioCare The network is so worst, full of call drops, very slow internet speed. It's too difficult to handle and use the Jio network. I hate this.

@JioCare there is more network sir i am also using airtel and where i live there is more number of airtel users but using net does not reduce the speed like you people say that using more users the speed is less

@JioCare I am jiofiber consumer 01203632764 Add is G 312 Noida Sec 56 UP getting disconnect issue and so many times phone call your customer care but no one visit yet for check and also phone called site engineer Sunny but nobody care my complaint.

@JioCare So finally even though I don't want to I recharged my number which I will never gonna use, and still not able to send or receive SMS. Change your support people they don't have any skills, they told me to recharge as that's the only issue they can think off, what a shame!

Now my dadi is feeling sad about it. She is such a nice human I said that it's his duty to call the customers but he has done a terrible thing by saying this She is saying : I should have picked up the call. I can't tolerate such a behavior towards my grandma #Jio @reliancejio

Hey @jio_gigafiber @JioCare, I was wondering if the service is FTH or fiber to the street and then pay for the cable to get internet to your home. My dealer said the company provides only 60m of free cable and for rest I have to pay 2k extra only for cable. Should I pay or not?
