    @JioCare The network is so worst, full of call drops, very slow internet speed. It's too difficult to handle and use the Jio network. I hate this.

    @JioCare Jio Ji, we the valued customer getting #BowDown to u for quality service in Block 8, Kalyan Plaza Annex. This complaint is lodged since March 2020 and u didnt resolve yet. It shows your monopolistic careless attitude where u misunderstood the power of your Customers.

    I have receiving blank calls continually from morning on my jio(Maharashtra circle) sim. There's no number on display/screen only phone was ringing, can't receive/hang up call. Even there's no missed calls in call logs @JioCare @TRAI @ThaneCityPolice

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup From ages I've been complaining about the devastating network in my area, atleast no one looks about this issue, it's been months I'm complaining about this, everytime I hoped for something good but it seems like no one cares about this

    @JioCare What happened to customer care service of #Jiofiber ? I lodged complaint today 12/12/20 @ 2 pm. Till now problem not solved! No internet!

    @reliancejio Its been over yr we are still waiting for fiber rollout at Sinhagad Rd, Pune. Seems stalled work after lockdown never resumed. Was told by Jio exec that its highly unlikely to resume laying fiber for further 6mths. Seems the only alt for forseable future is @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare The engineer paid me a visit checked everything, and told me that he or the supervisor can't do anything from their side, he said there is an issue from the backend they have escalated the complaint but nobody is responding or fixing that.  what kind of terrible service is this!

    @JioCare Jio fiber internet not working since morning. Engineers visited but they unable to resolve the issue. Please look into this. It has affected my work today.
