    @JioCare Today experienced the worst Jio connection. Couldnt get stable internet connection even in the night time. Please check into this issue.please

    @JioCare The network is so worst, full of call drops, very slow internet speed. It's too difficult to handle and use the Jio network. I hate this.

    @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio @JioCare Hi Team, GA, My jio fiber is not working since 3days(ROUTER NOT TURNING ON) I had raised SR but till now not even received acknowledge from anyone, even I called jio customer care but no luck, can anyone please take it up and fix ASAP.

    @JioCare I did recharge which was not happening but Rs was deducted 3 times which I complained to customer care, from there I was told you will be refunded but even after 5 months nothing happened again complain 4-5 times Registered but nothing happened, just got assurance

    account, it is refunded to my account within 10 working days. They also asked me to make the payment again to get my connection, for which i trust your customer service team's word and do the same. It's been more than two months since the date and I haven't received @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Really frustrated with JioFiber dept. who disconnected my parents connection without consent . Now struggling to get the account reinstated. Remember,just doing Sales will not make you no. 1, after sales service is the backbone of a successful organisation
