    For the last 20 25 days, I am facing trouble with internet speed. Your engineers do not know anything about my issue and they do not receive the phone call any time.. very worst service..either mobile Internet or jiofibe @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India jio can't accept problem is in service. They problem in handset inside the house. Kindly clear me is ur service on the road than mention in ur site we can't provide Services in inside the house.

    Hey @reliancejio it's been so long and still your service is not available in my area. I was promised to have connection available by December 2020, but now it's march and still it is on way. Can u please make it available asap

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI totally shameless reply still saying we are working to improve I m not satisfied with reply #DOT today I will file complaint against #JIO in consumer court. Very wrost service how much time take improve service. Almost same response form since 4 years 9582189669

    @JioCare can you please resolve the query of slow internet in my area.I have been complaning since i got your service... Once the issue is solved for some time then again the same problem arises.I will be very grateful to you if you please put an end to this problem permanently.

    @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India still I m facing network issues. When I call jio care the didn't respond on my concern. They have scripted reply we r working to improve service. But i want to know how much time. Completely Fraud #JIO. 9582189669. Now jio will meet me consumer court

    @JioCare serious type of network issue facing from 5days ,in working time 10 am to 5pm no network found in mobile, can't bear this problem for long time do something or i have to take other options.

    Be it @reliancejio or @airtelindia Both sucks here at my location. Have pack in each sim but keep switching between both sims with a hope to get better Internet Connectivity & what I get is a huge disappointment each time. Take a note @JioCare @Airtel_Presence DM for details.

    @WeekendInvestng @reliancejio @HathwayBrdband I have used airtel broadband for last 15 years and the experience has been good. On an average the outages have been very few. I have been able to reach a human being in < 1 min on dialing customer care most of the times. Definately an alternative.
