    @JioCare for the past 2 days there has been no signal in vijay/ shastri nagar area of Kanpur, UP covering around 5k+ users and even after reaching out to customer care no solution has been yet provided. I wnna know know wheather u people gonna fix the issue or do i switch.

    @JioCare Still now I have not received any update. Whenever I am calling Jio care, I get standard updates like your issue will be solved by 12 pm next day. Next day also I get same answer. @_MukeshAmbani sir, we are not getting good customer support from Jio

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio Converted my Jio SIM to eSIM on iPhone via MyJio. Old SIM deactivated, but eSIM still not activated after 12+ hours. No calls, SMS, or network. Please resolve this urgently. #Jio #eSIM

    @JioCare My home fibre is down for ten days straight and your elite engineers can’t figure out a damn thing about it. Who would compensate for these 10 days ? I paid already for this month. What a freaking scam you are running.

    It's been five months I am still waiting for the balance voucher of very reputed Jio AirFiber. My Service Request (SR) is SR0000351TJP. I approached every contact available in the name of customer care, but no solution yet. Feeling Hopeless now. @JioCare @jagograhakjago @cpgrams

    @reliancejio, Buy any network’s internet, but avoid Jio Broadband’s AirFiber service. Facing connectivity issues for the past 24 hours with zero response, no engineer has shown up to resolve it @JioCare - are you guys listening or sleeping?? #JioAirFiber
