    Today is my 1st day of recharge to jio network.... Even after sometime many complaint about bad network internet in my location,they weren't interested to resolve the issue.beside that I am recharging it for my mom & dad where shall I go,do I switch to Airtel @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi, I've been scammed twice by your engineers the support links and telephones numbers are automated and either don't work or are dead links. I there a human I can speak to? I ordered tv set top paid for it, 1 month later still no service box

    @jio_fiber @JioCare My JioAirFiber outdoor unit has loosened, dangling dangerously, and completely disconnected. Urgent safety hazard. Registered app ticket won't allow a Sunday visit. Need an emergency technician

    @JioMart @reliancejio And suddenly got msg that ur order cancelled due to out of stock, how this possible that all 18 items are out of stock, very pathetic service I ever seen from jiomart, dukan band kardo apni. Mins if u unable to provide order the why mention quick delivery on app.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service I have ever ezperienced. Closed the ticket without solution without informing. Customer support keeps on saying it will be fixed today amd field team says cannot be fixed get air fiber instead. @jagograhakjago I have raised a complaint
