  Dear @reliancejio @JioCare if you wont able to give the proper net coverage don't tell that you are the fastest network. I had the problem for more than 2 weeks. There is no tower inside my house and net always loading like 2g. Pls take this query as soon as possible

  @reliancejio very poor customer care service. I am trying to shift my jio broadband to another rented house from my current house.I have uploaded the rent agreement for the target address but the document has been rejected. The customer care person hasn’t helped and no recourse

  @airtelindia sorry to say your service is really pathetic. I had raised a issue from last 12 days but till now it is still pending. Switching to @reliancejio soon. You are just increasing your packs but not improving your service.
