    @JioCare @reliancejio For the last 3 months I have been repeatedly complaining about Netflix not showing even after paying. Now they have gone further with my new recharge on 7th July, 2022 by not showing any OTT. With every complain, I get assurance of resolution in 24 hrs.

    Sir I work at a law office and due to high speed we took jio fiber connection but from last few months it's not working at all. After registering online complaint from registered no. many time no action has been taken till date. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare This is very bad . Today i visited jio store to purchase the jio phone , but unfortunately jio staff is asking 2500 rs for 1500 rs mobile. This is not good for the company and the customer . Kindly look into it and do the needful at the earliest.

    @JioCare Dear jiocare, I got copy paste answer from jio team. It means that they don't want to improve their survecies. Today again network speed is very slow in my Village.

    @JioCare Really disappointed by the service. Booked Jio Fiber, full payment also done but its been 10 days, no installation is been done yet. The person who booked the connection is not responding to the calls and Customer care don't have any solution.
