    @reliancejio @JioCare I am running from piller to post to replaces my damaged jio sim but no response from store at thakur complex Kandivali East Mumbai...where to complaint ... customer care pushes to store and store pushes to customer care .

    @JioCare @reliancejio y are you advertising for home delivery when actually it doesn't work. Stop making us fool. Given the order on MyJio app on Saturday.. received 100+ call from different executives but still my job is not done. Very poor #telecomservice from #JIO.

    @JioCare I recently paid for my Jio fibre monthly bill and the payment was successful.but the payment isn't updated yet nor have I received any email of payment done. It still shows to pay bill. If this happens my money will be wasted. Kindly resolve this issue.

    @reliancejio Now a day one of wrost service of jio, even you can't open the Facebook,gmail ,once u call cust care they replied asap solved ur problem,even now I can't call 198 also. Are u agree??

    Jio was launched 5g in major cities i live in chennai were Jio announced 5g available & i opted for jio sim and same was told by customer care exe as well however i am not getting 5g ,i stay in prime loc in chennai ie nungambakkam but jio 5g is not available #JIO @reliancejio

    @JioCare Can MyJio App is available to view final Post Paid Bill? The answer is 'No' (But unfortunately,  JIO customer care & Appellate Authority not aware about this. Thus, again and again replying me to view my final bill and payment receipt on MyJio App).......
