    @reliancejio @JioCare Since Thursday my jio fibre has not been working and customer care people are very unsupportive. In last 72 hours no technician has contacted even after repeated complaints. Totally dissatisfied with jio fibre customer care service.

    @JioCare Complaint no. SR000015LQPX. raised at 1:30 PM today. From 11 AM today no internet from Jio Fiber. Technician Vinod and his supervisor Vinay not responding to calls. Very poor service. Why are they not calling???

    @reliancejio @JioCare my mobile network is not working. I have many time registered compliants many time. But nothing happens. What is the use of such heavy amount of recharg when its not even working. I want compensation for the same.

    @JioCare Dear yasmeen, pls understand that U guys charged me 1000/- for 6 days delay in handover of device when it was lockdown. Now u are not able to provide me complaint no or resolution or contact no since last 1 week..tell me what should I do. this is clearly harassment

    @JioCare providing third class service..The whole day we are facing outage issue in Agartala and stupid customer care executives are telling me there is no outage and rebooting would fix the issue. @reliancejio has the worst customer support.

    @JioCare I have DM details, let’s see how much you have values for a customer. If can not assist then I think you should keep a clause that jio care is only for celebrities not for common people. Also let us know that you will discriminate between customers.
