  It has been 5days I have registered for shifting connection but still now there is no response from your side. It's really pathetic service of @airtelindia I think it's better to switch to @reliancejio

  @airtelindia is become a WORST wifi service provider.. Their service is down two to three times a week. It's not working just two days ago, I paid a bill of Rs. 1013 and the internet has been down since yesterday. Today I will change service provider. @reliancejio @airtelnews

  I had a very bad experience with jio airfiber. The service quality is poor, and the process feels misleading. Once the installation is done, there is no straightforward way to terminate the connection. This lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable. @JioCare

  @JioCare @reliancejio Myjio fiber router got replaced but the adapter is chargeable. How come the adaptor is separate from the router?? Moreover, I didn't get any bill for the adaptor. I reached out to customer care they confirmed no bill will be there. What kind of scam is this?

  @JioCare Stop making false promises. I have been facing difficulties for the past nine months. I simply cannot comprehend this situation. Your concerned team does absolutely nothing; you people seem to think I am a fool. I will take this matter to court if I do not receive a resolution ..
