It is situated just 10 meter distance 4m ur tower installed at Bazar Sahi, Dhamnagar NAC. Now Court is functioning through video conferencing ur video network failed.

I also had a similar bad experience in refund of the failed payment as well during installation. For which I had to follow up with customer support for almost a month.
