@reliancejio Good afternoon sir, Last 4 days Jio network is very slow so we have facing much more problems for official work &other purposes.Their r 2 Tower has been installation but why the NW is very slow doesn't understand. Bhagbanpur G.p/Dhamnagar/Bhadrak Pls look very soon

@JioCare I'm a advocate, associated with my Learned brother Md.G.Madani,(Jio no-7008574595) Advocate Orissa High Court. It is situated just 10 meter distance 4m ur tower installed at Bazar Sahi, Dhamnagar NAC. Now Court is functioning through video conferencing ur video network failed.

@JioCare No private message, let the world see your real picture. You are not finding the address that clearly means you have no service or network tower there and you talk about 5g, pehle 4g to barabar se chalao. send your local team there to get the address

@AdeParimal @reliancejio Jio finer's service was very disgusting and I also discontinued that also there is not any response from customer care as well. Airtel Xtreme fiber's service and bandwidth is very good

@AjayBalashetti The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

@AdeParimal @reliancejio My experience was also worst in recent times...it took @reliancejio 5 days and multiple follow ups to provide the connection. Also their sales team guy named Basheer in Hyderabad used very provocative and abusive language. #Worst_Customer_Service

@JioCare I recently bought Jiofiber connection and the second day it wasn't working. Salesmen of yours promised of 4hrs service duration is the maximum time. I raised a request SR00001DGCWE, waited for 3 days and the service request was closed without any action being taken.

@JioCare pathetic customer service, since 26th following for fibre relocation i scheduled for 28th, was auto moved to 27th, I asked engg to visit on 28th no one contacted, again changed to 29th, moved two times again on 29th, 4 times rescheduled, better movin to @airtelindia
