Kuddos to @JioCare and @JioFiber for amazing support i am getting for one installation. Continuous harassment and rude behavior of the installation engineer. Cancelling service on their own without us raising request. It seems @reliancejio you do not wish to get the patronage.

@JioCare you guys seems to be a fraud. If we discontinue you jio fiber connection in the trial period you will refund full deposit. If we be loyal and continue and post sometime we discontinue your service you will deduct installation charges. Cannot understand why?

@JioCare Inspite of mentioning that I would be out of station from 13 th for a week, the engineer visit gets scheduled on 13 th morning. Nothing in @jiocare is as per customer convenience. It is as per the engineers convenience. Sorry to say but you have lost a customer.

@JioCare i am unable to send an SMS from Jio..to 52484.. From Airtel numbers able to send successfully.. What is the issue with Jio Request you to please look into this. If you are not able to resolve i need to port to Airtel.
