    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare last one week i am facing problem with my internet and network and daily i am taking to customer support they just give me 2 to 4 hr time but i can't get proper solution please help me out

    Very very poor network from 3 days in our area where all sims works properly @reliancejio Sir ji thoda dhyan users pr bhi dijiye bcz paise lagte hai hamare or service jhand milti hai.😟 @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hello Team, spoke to your customer care. I paid 1200 before relocating. At current loc there is no fiber but airfiber is there which i cant use but your team says that cannot be refunded.Why should i pay if I cant use your services. @jagograhakjago @nch1915

    @JioCare Jio is very slow.. on 6th June we ported to Jio and till date the details of delivery of SIM is not received Spoke to @JioCare twice today.. if this is the case how to rely on JIO..act smartly- there are so many services provider and if you are not compatible the what’s the use?

    @JioCare More than a week and still waiting for @JioCare to process my JioAirFiber cancellation request. No updates, no action, no accountability. This is exactly why I have switched to @airtelindia. Poor customer service at its worst in jio.

    I am not able to understand whether Jio in Indore has only 1 Technician and if he is on leave entire services will be disrupted. this is insane and I am switching over to other service providers because of this mental harrasment Requesting to please help @JioCare

    @JioCare How are you planning to resolve this? May I know because the Jio staff/representatives are least bothered about the service, because as I already made a payment to your firm and you feel it's enough because Money looted.

    @JioCare Suraj, Shrikant and Sharath, the names keep changing bit the copy paste response and the output of no result never change. All three have given assurances to get the installation done asap but all three failed miserably since 31st May 2026. Its our 6th leave from office.

    Very disappointed with @reliancejio network performance. Both 4G and 5G connectivity are unreliable, with frequent signal drops, slow speeds, and inconsistent coverage. @JioCare #Jio #Jio5G #NetworkIssues
