    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    Very very poor network from 3 days in our area where all sims works properly @reliancejio Sir ji thoda dhyan users pr bhi dijiye bcz paise lagte hai hamare or service jhand milti hai.😟 @reliancejio

    @whoalamin @JioCare You take any SIM these spam call dont stop on top of this garbage endless whatsapp messages, wen you want to make a quick call you get a garbage alert to be aware of spam and crap ! Ek dum faltu service from both telcos ! I so miss 2010s so many telcos to choose from

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Services are so good that after 3 days engineer schedule is received for 6th Aug that means another 5 days are required this company to resolve the issue which unexceptable at all.

    @JioCare The service request SR00003CTYWP was scheduled for today 5 pm. But suddenly it was put on hold without any clarification. This is the second day I am without internet connection. please escalate as your service quality is very poor #jiofiber

    @JioCare @JioFiber Booked #JioFiber on 25 July. Technician installed the junk box — couldn’t connect. Issue raised on 26th, only cut‑copy assurances till 31st. Another technician came, failed again, told me “wait 24 hrs, it’ll work automatically.”

    Jio team unable to resolve the issue. Multiple attempts being made from this end but resolution. Jio team is saying voucher is processed, but no such voucher is available in voucher section. SR000039SF9V. @JioCare @TRAI
