    @JioCare last one week i am facing problem with my internet and network and daily i am taking to customer support they just give me 2 to 4 hr time but i can't get proper solution please help me out

    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    Very very poor network from 3 days in our area where all sims works properly @reliancejio Sir ji thoda dhyan users pr bhi dijiye bcz paise lagte hai hamare or service jhand milti hai.😟 @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have been a big admirer of Jio services. It is sad to see the state of Jio customer service and social media team. I logged complaint 5 days back and I haven't received any courtesy phone from your team explaining the situation. @Airtel_Presence time to Move on I guess

    @JioCare you are the worst customer service there is in the Southern States. Please train your agents that all states of India belong to India. The moment call lands in TN or Telangana these people act like separate entity. Please upgrade you FAQs.

    @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio I’m from Rajasthan, not Gujarat. For the past few days, when I call someone and they don’t answer or disconnect, the recorded message plays in Gujarati instead of Hindi. Same on incoming calls. Why is this happening? Please fix it. #Jio

    @JioCare Finally,after 10 days without internet, my JioFiber connection has been restored. I hope no other customer has to go through such a long outage. Thank you for near by jiofiber service for quick action. Hoping for better service and faster response in the future. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have already wasted my entire day waiting based on your commitment. This kind of service is unacceptable. Also, every time I send a message, I receive the same copy-paste reply in DM instead of a proper update. No one is giving me a clear answer. (1/2)

    The service of Jio operator is very bad. If you request for SIM porting, the employee calls and says don't port it, we will get it fixed very soon, but they do not take any action on it. @JioCare @TRAI
