    Jio network ! @MukeshAmbani06 @reliancejio Sir, Tower availability at ADITYAPUR-1, DINDLI, SERAIKELA-KHARSAWA, JAMSHEDPUR , JHARKHAND 831013 always remain POOR . Despite several Complain, it is not IMPROVING. Expectation failure !

    @reliancejio Jio network has became pathetic since 1june.... Contacted customer care asked some temporary issue and assured me it will be fixed in few hours but today is 5th June. This had impacted office activities also children study. The location is chankya place Part 1 ND59.

    Hello @JioCare tell me one thing, what is your company Policy? What kind of service you are providing to your customers? From last 2 year I am complaining about poor network in my area( Pusa, Samastipur, Bihar) But always your customer care saying we are improving. But what ??

    @reliancejio ur servc is so poor ..bsdes actual recge for ex for me monthly recge is dne for 399 for 3GB for just 28 dys still I hd to rechge xtra pkge to get inet .may be this strategy works in north India but I regret using in TN .such a beggar and immoral u r .

    I would have better opted for @airtelindia instead of @JioCare for such pathetic service where you people don't even bother to update me after taking advance payment. Regretting my decision.

    @JioCare @reliancejio my jio gigafibre is not working since yesterday in Gurgaon phase 2. It was working till 12 am and after that the internet has stopped working. Please look into it. Jio fiber is constantly getting down in my area
