Varun Singh Thakur (@singhvarun039) reported@JioCare I am on a 300 Mbps JioFiber plan, but getting only 40-60 Mbps over WiFi and LAN. Complaint SR00002KP0EY, raised on 24 April, remains unresolved. The technician rescheduled multiple times and did not show up today. Very poor service. Please resolve urgently.

Loads of work piled up and no Internet, how does it feel. And you are charging late fee on my bill. The @reliancejio sim with unlimited 5G is saving my job at the moment.
