    @JioCare last one week i am facing problem with my internet and network and daily i am taking to customer support they just give me 2 to 4 hr time but i can't get proper solution please help me out

    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    Very very poor network from 3 days in our area where all sims works properly @reliancejio Sir ji thoda dhyan users pr bhi dijiye bcz paise lagte hai hamare or service jhand milti hai.😟 @reliancejio

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber has been down since July 4. I reported it the same day, but as of July 6, no engineer has visited. Over 2 days without internet has disrupted my work. Is this the level of service customers should expect? Who will compensate for this downtime?

    Is there any way to cancel jio air fiber connection? On app there is no option to cancel it and support team is not available for it. @JioCare

    @JioCare @airasia_indo They will simply tell all the fake stories but the matter of fact is the tower of the company is around 200 m from my house and there is no objection in between Company is simply cheating the customers on the name of unlimited packs Very very bad services

    @JioCare I had the low network coverage issue for my Jio SIM as well. I had to move to @airtelindia. @airtelindia Do you provide your wifi service in Perungudi, Chennai ? I have my friends here. I will come with 5 customers in my area to your network.

    So for 2 days we have no internet. We had to go to connect through hotspot and our kids had online school but no internet. Our entire society has decided to terminate @reliancejio connection and move on to another.
