    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    Very very poor network from 3 days in our area where all sims works properly @reliancejio Sir ji thoda dhyan users pr bhi dijiye bcz paise lagte hai hamare or service jhand milti hai.😟 @reliancejio

    @JioCare last one week i am facing problem with my internet and network and daily i am taking to customer support they just give me 2 to 4 hr time but i can't get proper solution please help me out

    @reliancejio @JioCare terrible service from you guys. First jiofiber installation was scheduled on 25 th nobody contacted on that date later it was rescheduled to 27th and it was not done today

    @JioCare Such a bad service and fake promises that is all we get when placing our trust in you. The issue is not resolved today as well and I have to spend additional money to get data so that I can work even though I have already paid for the fiber.

    @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India Ican clearly see that my issue is being neglected. The delivery contact provided (7000570005) is always switched off. No one is reachable and no actual delivery attempt is happening.

    The worst service I can ever use is @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber . I used to stay at gurgaon and used jio fiber .. we decided to relocate to new delhi. I paid 1200 rs for relocation after that one of the Engineer visited my new address..
