    @JioCare last one week i am facing problem with my internet and network and daily i am taking to customer support they just give me 2 to 4 hr time but i can't get proper solution please help me out

    Very very poor network from 3 days in our area where all sims works properly @reliancejio Sir ji thoda dhyan users pr bhi dijiye bcz paise lagte hai hamare or service jhand milti hai.😟 @reliancejio

    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service. Broadband has been down for 2 days, and despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, no technician has visited. Customers shouldn't have to chase support endlessly for a basic service restoration. Pls resolve this issue ASAP. #Jio

    @JioCare The exact issue is net work connectyvity is so poor, calling and receiving phone call is permanently disturbing for about one year, and I repetedly report that to jio care, sim seller, and lasty in x handle, kindly, I want the salvation of tower problem exactly...

    Hi @JioCare Can you please explain how are we supposed to raise Service Request if our WiFi is down?? App doesn't have any option, IVR doesn't do that, chat don't, call don't. Internet is down from last 36 Hours. Can you please check. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Building an empire by looting customers is not business. Data disappears without usage, recharge works only for payment but not for service, and support stays silent. People are paying for internet, not for frustration and fake balances. #JioCare

    “I used a Jio SIM before, but I didn’t recharge it for a long time because I shifted from India to Dubai. I was still able to use GPay, but suddenly the network disappeared and now it says the number is invalid I’m unable to recharge or use the SIM. Please help fix this @JioCare

    Dear @JioHotstar I am using this OTT from last 5 years as a prime customer but after takeover of Jio reliance i found advertisement issue and nowadays I am adviced to pay extra to avoid advertisement.i.e rs 299/-.so i decided to quit this OTT and say go **** off @reliancejio
