    @JioCare last one week i am facing problem with my internet and network and daily i am taking to customer support they just give me 2 to 4 hr time but i can't get proper solution please help me out

    Very very poor network from 3 days in our area where all sims works properly @reliancejio Sir ji thoda dhyan users pr bhi dijiye bcz paise lagte hai hamare or service jhand milti hai.😟 @reliancejio

    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I just checked in other jio sim also, same issue found after use 10gb internet running in kb . So please clarify what is the meaning of unlimited 5G data ? Are you think public are fool ? One day all come to protest and ruin jio Ampire .... #jio #jiocare @reliancejio

    @JioCare If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the consumer forum and TRAI, and continue highlighting this issue publicly. Charging customers for a service they are unable to use due to your team’s negligence is unacceptable.

    @JioCare @JioCare what I need is resolution. No information on cause of issue. No update on progress. Customer care is automated and disconnects. Area manager and Technician are liars. Does not pick up calls. Technician says is out of station and why is he assigned

    @JioCare Very poor response from your team... In my village @reliancejio number is ready to PORT the @airtelindia .. bcz the 5G network signals is very good even the electricity off time. Where as Jio Network is very poor during the Electricity power off. No g Power maintenance in tower

    saying my number would be terminated if I did not recharge immediately. Their behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. This is not what we deserve as a customer and please ensure your representatives communicate respectfully with customers. @reliancejio @JioCare

    One of the worst decision of my life to switch to airtel from jio, no internet at all nor 5G nor 4G works at my house, even a single video buffers, @TRAI should have a condition where i can revert back to old network earlier then 3 months of waiting @airtelindia @JioCare ..
