Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Dear Team Jio, network of Jio is available in our locality because we have other Jio sim also. But the new ported sim is allowing to make or receive call and sms. That's is why we say your customer service team doesn't know the ground and real issue we are facing. Really 😔

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I do recharge of 1178/m which shows in your app that prime will be available and yet it was asking me for extra subscription I called in just now and the the operator was rude put me on hold for 20 mins and abused my right to service (1/2)

Twitter is not working either on App or chrome , have to use mobile data for twitter. What's wrong with jio fibre . This needs to be fixed as soon as possible . @JioCare @reliancejio
