    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare last one week i am facing problem with my internet and network and daily i am taking to customer support they just give me 2 to 4 hr time but i can't get proper solution please help me out

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Day 13 So, if you fail to pay your monthly recharge, you will not be able to make any calls. But it has been 13 days and Jio still hasn’t installed my Jio AirFiber connection.

    No accountability. No proper update. No resolution. Why take payment upfront for a SIM + recharge when you can’t even deliver it within a reasonable timeframe? Extremely disappointing experience. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio SR00003CFMHH was closed as "Resolved" — it wasn't. SR00003CWIIV is open with a TAT set to Sept 9, 2026. Three template replies from Jio's appellate team, none addressing the issue or sending a technician.

    @JioCare If ur so concern about us please check the behaviour of your engineers with female customers check the quality f ur services as u urself said its being 1 week about dat my complain is nt resolve & d issue purses this is my mental & financial harassment plz resolve the issue asap
