    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare last one week i am facing problem with my internet and network and daily i am taking to customer support they just give me 2 to 4 hr time but i can't get proper solution please help me out

    Very very poor network from 3 days in our area where all sims works properly @reliancejio Sir ji thoda dhyan users pr bhi dijiye bcz paise lagte hai hamare or service jhand milti hai.😟 @reliancejio

    @JioCare Worst network in Ravapar, Morbi since 1 year no signal, calls fail, internet dead. Multiple complaints, no action. Fix within 48 hrs or I’ll file a complaint with TRAI and i manage 15,000 people group in morbi so if problem is not solved then i port all user to airtel.

    Today also request created no one came for the installation abhi yahi new wifi connection houta toh turant 30 min me aata. This is the main reason why most of the people trust Jio more then Airtel. Your customer support is the biggest flaw. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    @JioCare When will you people be resolved the issue as my two days work has been hampered due to your network issues and your engineer has no courtesy to atleast call as when the problem will be resolved

    @JioCare Very disappointing experience with Jio AirFiber. Internet not working since recharge, engineer visit delayed, and still no resolution after 10+ days. Even billing is ongoing despite zero usage. SR: SR000033UDTN NCH Complaint Filed Please resolve immediately.

    @JioCare Really? If so that's not an option for me. By the way i have a feedback to you. Please consider improving your customer support. Text support on app is really annoying. Your AI doesn't understand anything, feels like programmed answers, not curated. Thanks for the reply.

    @JioCare So, one more day gone with hollow assurances. I now come to realise, that you don't have any system for complaint resolution. You also have no intention of resolving my complaint in the foreseeable future. Jio care ... No care or who cares?
