I don't even know what the actual issue is with your AirFiber, and I don't care anymore. Just refund my money and cancel this useless, trash service of yours. I am done.

As a ordinary citizen I am able to get these much information about availability of your connections and other stuffs so you have access to your system and every minute detail is available there to solve this unavoidable technical issue
