    @JioCare last one week i am facing problem with my internet and network and daily i am taking to customer support they just give me 2 to 4 hr time but i can't get proper solution please help me out

    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi jio team. As of now no response is received on my issue. I am constantly chasing for this thing from past 14 months And not getting any response. At last I have no option left but to take help of consumer court to get my issue resolve.

    @JioCare Your Jio Center manager Mr. Dharamjeet Singh has confirmed me that your connection will be installed today. After the confirmation I have received a message that I have requested to Hold The connection. What a Ridiculous service Jio is providing.

    The Jio 5G experience has been extremely disappointing. The network keeps fluctuating, speeds are inconsistent, and the connection repeatedly switches from 5G to LTE. Despite having 5G coverage, the service is far from reliable for regular use. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Very bad service by jio. I think that jio is only concerned with making money by hook or by crook. My plan 399 is valid upto 23 August. Fro 6.30 pm onward I'm only hearing voice and no video on youtube . Customer care says you upgrade your plan.why? @JioCare

    @reliancejio I ordered a Jio SIM on 19-Aug, submitted all the documents digitally and verified them through Aadhaar OTP. However still it shows document verification in progress. I should have walked into store and got a SIM, digital process @JioCare is not working effectively!
