    @JioCare last one week i am facing problem with my internet and network and daily i am taking to customer support they just give me 2 to 4 hr time but i can't get proper solution please help me out

    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    Very very poor network from 3 days in our area where all sims works properly @reliancejio Sir ji thoda dhyan users pr bhi dijiye bcz paise lagte hai hamare or service jhand milti hai.😟 @reliancejio

    I am unable to access apps like Sun NXT and fancode through my Airfiber setup box, I was on call with your advisor was 30 minutes, she was not able to help me address the issue and she have not transferred the call to the supervisor. Moreover, the call was disconnected. @JioCare

    @JioCare "It has been 4 days now. This is a total failure of service and ground support. I need a technician visit immediately today, not after 'a few days'. If not resolved, I am raising a formal complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH)."

    @JioCare priyanka, any update on SR00003BM2X1 I know you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

    @JioCare Jio have taken 2200rs before installation, I want that money refunded because it’s a cheating that Jio has taken money and not providing service . @JioCare

    @reliancejio My Wi-Fi has been down for the last 5 days. Customer service has been of no help, and the assigned engineer stops answering calls after 4 PM. Please fix this issue urgently. This is extremely frustrating @JioCare

    @clear2people @JioCare @reliancejio I had pathetic experience of jio fiber service provider agency. Engineer is not visiting location and without otp he is closing service request. No one from jio customer care, jio escalation team can take action against them.Till now I raised more than 10requests but no solution
