    Atleast tell us what's the issue with small indian towns, why can't you provide better internet to people. Jio fiber service too has not yet started. I'm sure there will be many users facing the same. Can you look into this @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare students at SHREE RMD AYURVEDIC COLLEGE & HOSPITAL have been facing zero signal for a WHOLE WEEK. We can’t even make basic calls inside our rooms and have to run to the terrace every single time. Endless customer care calls, 0 resolution.No5G,no basic connectivity

    @JioCare @JioCare what resolution? Your junk setup is dispatched back (with the technician), chapter is closed, stop fooling, 6 days of downtime, stress & what not. Anyways, close this connection & do arrange for refunds

    @JioCare Today is the 4th day, and they are still refusing to complete the installation, citing "month-end" as the reason. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poor customer service. My work has been severely affected due to this unnecessary delay. Worst customer experience ever.
