    @reliancejio @JioCare I am having 399 jio plan No.8075849664. But now at SDSC SHAR. Very Poor Jio 4G Netwok coverage. Location kotachenu Sriharikota 2 km away from Sriharikota. Compelled to recharge 4G Airtel for Rs.169.Pls depute any Technical Engineer to restore 4G network.

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio same here. 2 locations, advance was deeucted and never refunded. And they put a note to be hostile towards us and next agent also will just dismiss. I have 4 airfibers and 5 postpaid mobile. Cancelled and moved to Airtel and arvance security paid towards security deposit vanished

    AI chatbots have utterly destroyed customer support. Trying to raise a single ticket with @reliancejio is an infuriating recursive nightmare. Bot tells you to run diagnostics in the app. App blocks diagnostics because of an "outage". Then it dumps you right back to square one.

    Day 7 of trying to get my eSIM activated, and still absolutely no hlp frm Jio. The customer service has been nothing but frustrating. I’ll keep posting about this every day until Jio finally fix my issue @JioCare @reliancejio — he is it this difficult to provider basic support

    @JioCare You guys are giving completely false commitment and communication. After not getting any response from your side (in app) I'm writing it here. If you can't help in Navi Mumbai how would you support rural India??? Shame shame! Worst service! @jagograhakjago @RelianceDigital

    @Nishikant_34 @reliancejio @JioCare Dear I am also facing similar like problem I paid for a new connection 15 days ago, and no physical installation has been done. However, I noticed that on your system, the status has been falsely marked as "INSTALLED". This is a complete misrepresentation and fraud.
