    @reliancejio @JioCare I am having 399 jio plan No.8075849664. But now at SDSC SHAR. Very Poor Jio 4G Netwok coverage. Location kotachenu Sriharikota 2 km away from Sriharikota. Compelled to recharge 4G Airtel for Rs.169.Pls depute any Technical Engineer to restore 4G network.

    @JioCare @RelianceDigital ORN NO00015FA40H raised on 29 may. Called customer care 6 times. Raised on X 4 times. Daily gettinf message person ABC will deliver sim but not. Arey atleast return my money pathetic condition.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am extremely concerned as my recharge for the last seven days still hasn’t been updated, and I have not received a refund either. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating, and I urgently need a resolution.

    Did everything what u have replied ma'am! Still not resolving otp issue. Now tell me the next harassing step to a customer which i would follow until u guys get bored of me n I go suspending this connection forever @JioCare @reliancejio waiting for ur fast reply lol :*)

    I tried to rich out with the jio customer care Help line number but they are not able to help me the internet connection The speed is less than 2g in the era of 5g I hope jio will resolve this problem @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare my jio fiber service is down again for 2 days and last month around same time it's down for 3 days. Even the ticket raised immediately for the same day still not resolution.. Who will bear 3 days 2 days outage even after paying heavy bill every month. Bad

    @JioCare Till date No Solution, your Customer Care as well as your technical team are still on vacation it seems, totally useless CC & Technical team no respond pls do note by today if not solved going for a better provider
