Location kotachenu Sriharikota 2 km away from Sriharikota. Compelled to recharge 4G Airtel for Rs.169.Pls depute any Technical Engineer to restore 4G network.

Support rep refused to register an individual complaint saying "it's an area outage". Also ignored my feedback.

Neither the person who completed my KYC informed me about the timeline, nor is your support team able to provide any update. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

Nithish (@Nithishpk5) reported@JioCare I’m standing 5 feet from the router with no walls or obstruction. My TV and mobile are both getting only ~7 Mbps on a 30 Mbps plan. This is the same generic response I received last month. Please stop blaming Wi-Fi interference and arrange a technician visit to fix the issue.
