    @reliancejio @JioCare I am having 399 jio plan No.8075849664. But now at SDSC SHAR. Very Poor Jio 4G Netwok coverage. Location kotachenu Sriharikota 2 km away from Sriharikota. Compelled to recharge 4G Airtel for Rs.169.Pls depute any Technical Engineer to restore 4G network.

    @JioCare It is been a week aftr the above message,haven’t received any response frm ur team neither the call centre no is getting connecte, pls note am not going to pay u this month bill unless loss days r compensated .Also let me know when can I expect network to resume or to be normal .

    @JioCare It's 5 days now. No wifi connection. Jio is supposed to be the largest in this field and it's getting trouble from local cable operators and still can't restore it's lines? This is surprising.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Your customer care is the worst, yiu have to call atleast 5 times to speak to an agent who are actually clueless as to how to help the client. They care more about they rating then helping the customer. What a complete **** show. Is there any solution

    @reliancejio @JioCare how much time you will take. Now the times we are not able to make calls. BC paise kis bat ke le rahey ho jab service hi nahi de pa rahey ho. Aur kitni complaint karu ek bhi solve nahi hue aajtak, lakin tum chutiye log solve karke baithey ho.
