    @reliancejio @JioCare I am having 399 jio plan No.8075849664. But now at SDSC SHAR. Very Poor Jio 4G Netwok coverage. Location kotachenu Sriharikota 2 km away from Sriharikota. Compelled to recharge 4G Airtel for Rs.169.Pls depute any Technical Engineer to restore 4G network.

    @JioCare my relocation request rejected 2 times. I have escalated the issue since i don't know the reason of rejection. Your team only guided me to the process and told me since i am already an old customer it will be easy to relocate but no resolution so far #jiofail #pathetic

    @JioCare @reliancejio fiber support team is clueless. I have raised multiple relocation request but all rejected and no one seems to have any clue why it's rejected. I hv followed all the steps and for a customer it shouldn't be this difficult to simply relocate connection. #jio

    @JioCare Bloody cheap company, you already raised the price and now you want me to spend double. It was my hard earned money, didn't grew it up in some kind of tree. Either you solve the issue or acknowledge you're nothing better than a useless care.

    @reliancegroup @reliancejio @JioCare I paid for 3 months plan for Rs. 3536. For a plan that included everything except Netflix. In middle of the month u remove Amazon prime membership for reasons unknown. No difference between communal citizen and being jiofiber customer. #jio

    (1/2) Fed up with customer support of @reliancejio. Fiber not working since 24 hrs and customer care and engineers are postponing things to next days on every call. Worst experience for user when all your home devices including set top box is dependent on it. #CustomerExperience
