@reliancejio @JioCare I am having 399 jio plan No.8075849664. But now at SDSC SHAR. Very Poor Jio 4G Netwok coverage. Location kotachenu Sriharikota 2 km away from Sriharikota. Compelled to recharge 4G Airtel for Rs.169.Pls depute any Technical Engineer to restore 4G network.

@JioCare why everywhere the service is so bad and no waybwe find any improvement in Appollo hospital no tower and internet for jio @_MukeshAmbani sir most of the places the service is not der and internet speed is slow. And they is no customers care. I hope u are aware of this

@reliancejio @JioCare worst decision of choosing jio airfiber. Facing the internet outage frequently from past one week. The speeds are terrible not able to perform a single task neither the support team or the technician team is able to help don't know what's went wrong

Finally, I told the customer care to please cancel my request as I cannot wait anymore. Every day I call customer care requesting them to please cancel this request as I have been waiting for more than 10 days and no technician has visited. @JioCare

@JioCare is seriously affecting my work and my children’s education. This clearly shows a lack of accountability and urgency from your team. I need a clear timeline for resolution, not another generic assurance. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter
