    @reliancejio @JioCare I am having 399 jio plan No.8075849664. But now at SDSC SHAR. Very Poor Jio 4G Netwok coverage. Location kotachenu Sriharikota 2 km away from Sriharikota. Compelled to recharge 4G Airtel for Rs.169.Pls depute any Technical Engineer to restore 4G network.

    @JioCare As per your request deleted my last post, but what about the solution. 1) I don't have alternative number. 2) Last visit date and time - 9th march, morning 11:30am, already visited 3-4 time. 3) didn't get any replacement yet, reason-they took 200-700 ruppes only sim change.

    @JioCare I was told that your service will be active by tuesday, but when I have asked the person. He said that the service will be active by Saturday. I got deadlines after deadlines, but not yet got the service as of now.

    @JioCare Jio fiber not working since morning, the engineer which was scheduled to come at 3pm hasn't come till now..the visiting visiting time is updated without even asking the customer. Pathetic customer service.

    @reliancejio trying to surrender my jio fiber connection since last 25 days, no support and pathetic jio staff. Horrible service . Order no Order Number CO0000K5DZKP. Any body who can take responsibility.

    It's very poor internet service from @JioCare @reliancejio. Not able to even send messages. And 12KBps for a 4G network? Please make sure you provide good internet at our place.

    @JioCare jio network is very worse in our area here no one is able to make or receive call every time when I make a call it's showing server unreachable. No advisor is giving proper solution.

    @JioCare 9990933927. I have requested many times to change the billing date so that due date can fall on either end of the month or starting but no resolution yet.
