    @reliancejio @JioCare I am having 399 jio plan No.8075849664. But now at SDSC SHAR. Very Poor Jio 4G Netwok coverage. Location kotachenu Sriharikota 2 km away from Sriharikota. Compelled to recharge 4G Airtel for Rs.169.Pls depute any Technical Engineer to restore 4G network.

    Regarding my case plsz solved this my problem fixed it all this matter This is the issue, no engineer has appeared for the issue, already 40 engineers have come. 1 Speed issue 2 Network issue of the converge on internet @JioCare @internetfreedom

    @JioCare Jio fibre never fails to disappoint its customers. It has been around 20 hours and no traces of any action taken to restore Internet at my place. It seems you are determined to break your record of 36 hours outage which you proudly established less than 19 day back.

    Picture resolution is fullHD 1080p@60Hz maximum higher set but still problem is getting HDR mode quality while HDR mode should be clear. How will it be fixed, even though it was replaced before, still this problem is there since the connection was taken. @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Uninstallation request raised in 3rd week-of May. Service visits scheduled at least six times; but no visit. It seems that you guys don't want to refund the initial deposit of Rs. 5000/-. Is this the way Reliance is getting rich at our expense?

    @JioCare Ticket Number: SR000015VL8W, SR000015U0UN Both my tickets are closed without any resolution, moreover Jio staff is harassing everyday regarding recharges. I am shocked by the commitment jio fiber provided just to achieve their targets.

    @reliancejio Customer harassment continued - 18th July Started - 24th July and issue is still not resolved . No initiation from CS team , No initiation from Sales team , No initiation from Installation team...............
