    @reliancejio @JioCare I am having 399 jio plan No.8075849664. But now at SDSC SHAR. Very Poor Jio 4G Netwok coverage. Location kotachenu Sriharikota 2 km away from Sriharikota. Compelled to recharge 4G Airtel for Rs.169.Pls depute any Technical Engineer to restore 4G network.

    @JioCare Pathetic customer service and experience.... Seems like Jio wants to take peoples money and sell new connection by abruptly disconnecting old connection instead of providing service and addressing Service request

    @reliancejio Which phones are compatible? Also I know a Jio postpaid customer in Pune who has OnePlus 9 but still does not have access to 5G, can she get it?

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ @JioCare shout jio organization if you can't provide services, 10 out of 9 call no voice 100 network baar but no voice going. Recharge ke liye call karne ke liye CC hai lekin issue resolving ke liye koi nahi B.C Kitna customer ko banaoge. M.C Mukesh kuch kar nahi to market se out
