@reliancejio @JioCare I am having 399 jio plan No.8075849664. But now at SDSC SHAR. Very Poor Jio 4G Netwok coverage. Location kotachenu Sriharikota 2 km away from Sriharikota. Compelled to recharge 4G Airtel for Rs.169.Pls depute any Technical Engineer to restore 4G network.

Hey @Airtel_Presence your 4g mobile internet is pathetic. Every time when my broadband is not working and I need to do some office work, I have to connect to my wife's @reliancejio mobile hotspot. The airtel one doesn't works at all.

@JioCare too much dissatisfied with your service and attitude of your field team. I have paid amount for installation on 8th of November 2021 and from that day they are not in touch and I am receiving only sms that ther is some technical issues.

My Jiofiber connection internet speed is down. Instead of ~150 Mbps it's giving only 0.67 Mbps download speed. I contact the helpline but no one's available apparently. Please help me with the issue @JioCare

@JioCare Hi, This is in regard to my previous complaint, 1. unable to get the missed call alerts 2. Poor Internet and call drop due to your network conjunction. No action was taken to resolve. Please be truthful and do not call & harass me without finding a resolution as always
