    @reliancejio @JioCare I am having 399 jio plan No.8075849664. But now at SDSC SHAR. Very Poor Jio 4G Netwok coverage. Location kotachenu Sriharikota 2 km away from Sriharikota. Compelled to recharge 4G Airtel for Rs.169.Pls depute any Technical Engineer to restore 4G network.

    Jio is a poor company, if you get its monthly recharge done, it will not give speed, if you use another company's sim, then you cannot install its sim in a phone without volte network, please do not buy its sim @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Since last 4 days #JioFiber services is down. Engineer unable to resolve the problem and closing the service tickets. I felt Jio is a professional service provider but no resolution as yet. Please look into urgently

    @JioCare @JioCare jio is the worst service provider.after 24 hours they are saying wait for another 24 hours your problem will be solved!plese dont go for @reliancejio services, instead go for local service providers who provides better service.

    @JioCare I am a jio customer, I am having very bad experience when I joined jio. Customer care creates daily new SR when I call them. I have 5 SR request for cancelling my connection. Request got automatically closed. Till now no one has come for device pickup in last 24 days

    @reliancejio Hi , I am in Saudi Arabia and my prepaid Jio SIM has no network to received even msg. Kindly activate it urgently. Although my Airtel SIM has automatic connect to local signal and getting sms easily. My prepaid no is 7004426396 and 84095 24665. Kindly activate IR.

    @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare sir my service request is not complete so we have changed our plan from 599 to 399. Please take my issue. Jio care is not satisfied answer provide to us.
