Location kotachenu Sriharikota 2 km away from Sriharikota. Compelled to recharge 4G Airtel for Rs.169.Pls depute any Technical Engineer to restore 4G network.

If this is how to service requests are being managed, I better switch to other internet service providers.I always thought that because of its service Jio has an edge

Nn C (@NnC11592038) reported@JioCare The problem is not limited to any particular website or app. Mobile internet is essentially not working in my village. Calling is also extremely difficult — calls often fail, voice is unclear, calls drop, and many incoming calls do not reach my phone at all.

I will have no hesitation in escalating the matter through the appropriate forum for deficiency in service and seeking appropriate compensation
